Your POV

You run away fast into the woods until you were out of breath. You scanned the woods if the coast is clear. You sighed. You couldn't accept it, you just couldn't. How can you forgive him? You thought he was just some caring and innocent loving brother who would protect you when you're in danger. But when you see him torturing the father of your maid in the woods. From then on out everything from your perspective to him changes.

~Flashback~

"Im bored", you thought. Though you have a lot of things to do like painting or go shopping or something, you just sat there sulking.
You paused for a moment and lift your head up."I know!", you shouted but not so loudly. Your bodyguards were startled a little from your antics but just sighed.

"Lock!(Your bodyguard the electro cicin one)", you called out your bodyguard even though she's just right at your door. "Yes. What is it , young mistress?", Lock asked politely kneeling down and bowing her head."Tell the maids to prepare me a basket of buns", you said."Yes, young mistress", Lock bowed again and left like a flash.

You changed to your (favorite clothes) and put on a cape with a hoodie and the color of (favorite color). You put your pyro vision on the tie of your cape. You grabbed a bag of mora. You think about what sculpture her father will make. And then you decided on your big brother, you smiled and got to downstairs.

Lock sees you and walk towards you."Young mistress, the basket is ready", Lock said kneeling down to show politeness."Thanks a no need to be polite everytime, we see each other everytime it's like we're friends or something you know", you said while taking the basket off the counter."It's my job to protect you and entertain you from my lord's orders, I simply cannot be disrespectful to you nor my Lord so I will always say your name with formality", Lock said.

"Hmm...whatever you say, I will go now", you walked out the mansion."Do you need a companion young mistress?", Lock said catching up to you."No thanks, I'll go on my own. Bye bye", you waved goodbye while smiling to Lock. Lock just stand where she's at not bothering you and just letting you go."She's different from her brother, she's kind, sweet, and caring. While her brother is scary, manipulative, overall not the type of person you want to be with", Lock thought while waving you a goodbye.

(Little did she know Scaramouche has a soft spot for you)

=10 minutes later=

You are already at the entrance for the woods."Hmm...I wonder if he's awake", you thought while walking to the forest. You walked deep in the forest, you were cautious of your surroundings cause maybe you're gonna get ambushed by treasure hoarders or maybe even hilichurls. Oh well you jinxed it, what do you know when you step to a dried leaf loudly and startled the hilichurls.

You weren't scared. If you hadn't have your pyro vision, you'd be scared for life. The hilichurls tried to attack you but failed when you grabbed your bow out of thin air and shotted their masks with pyro infused arrows."Stupid hilichurls, geez how does that guy deal with these type of creatures", you put your bow on your back and started walking away.

=5 minutes later=

You were almost at his house, you tried to walk to his house but was stopped when you see he was talking to someone with other two suspicious looking guys. You quickly hide at the back of a bush.

Scaramouche POV

"So it's been a month, so, got the mora for your debt?", I said looking at the man."No, but please can you give me another month", the man said kneeling and pleading for his life."Pfft, another month?", I laughed and walked towards him, grabbed his collar, got close to his ear and whispered."What makes you think I'll let you go again? You think I'll let you go cause your daughter is my little sister's maid, and, she cares for you? You think because you're old I can't kill you? I can kill you and your daughter in an instant and just not tell my little sister, and just tell her you guys moved to another place, far from our mansion.", I said harshly while I released his collar and glared harshly at him.

"If you don't pay right now, you'll suffer the consequences. Now will you pay or not?", I glared at the old man."I- I don't have the money please just another month. I can do it plea-". I punched him at the face and said,"Do you know what happens for those who don't pay their debt? You'll know when you're the one who's experiencing it", I punched him again but in the stomach.

Your POV

You recognise that voice. You couldn't believe it, your dear brother hurting other people, and for the worse, it's the person you cared for. You thought about that he kind of deserved it since he's in debt, but you didn't know it was this harsh."Grab him he'll know what's good for him", your brother said."Wait don't tell me-, I have to go save him. But how will I just go in and interfere? Gah!", you thought. So many thoughts ran through me that I forgot what was happening until I heard a scream. I ran in front to of the old man and yelled.

"Okay! That's enough!". Scaramouche was dumbfounded, he didn't know that you know how to come here, how would he know? But nevertheless he had to keep up his persona in front of his underlings or they will spread rumors about him."Why are you here? Shouldn't you be at home? Also get out of the way", he said all emotionless. But you didn't know it hurts him for you seeing the truth and the lies he kept away from you. Scaramouche hates liars, so does himself for lying to you.

"Huh? You're asking why I'm here!? Why won't you ask yourself for lying!?", you yelled as you started to look down."I thought you hate lies, now look at yourself, you said you'd never hurt anyone I or you loved...", you clenched your fist as if you wanted to punch him."Fine then, I'll tell you all the truth you've been wanting.", he stood there not even fazed. This monster is not your brother, it can't be.

=After explaining=

"What? So that's how it is huh? After years of lying to me this is what you have to say!? So that's why you have been gone for atleast weeks and only go back when you have time cause you were doing this dirty work of yours!?", you clenched your fist. You don't wanna deal with this you ran away crying after the things he had done.

Scaramouche POV

He hated how he acted to you, you were his beloved little sister and the only one who cared for him when he was at his worst. And then now look at this situation."Take him to the cells, I'll go later", I ordered the fatui."Yes sir", they said as they disappeared like thin air."Now I have to find her", I thought. I ran to where she ran off.

~End Flashback~

Your POV

You heard a rustle and quickly you hide behind a tree."|Name|! |Name|! Come out! Please!", you heard him screaming your name. You couldn't take it, your not emotional. But seeing your own brother like this you just cannot take it. After screams and screams of your name. You can feel your heart clenched.

You just ran forward you don't care if there's hilichurls nor abyss mages, you don't care if he hears you, you just ran and ran. Its your fault for eavesdropping if you hadn't have done that you don't need to deal with this.

Scaramouche POV

I heard another rustle and looked at the silhouette and it was her. I ran towards her as fast as I could but I couldn't catch up until I heard a feint scream. I ran to where the source is and...

Your POV

You stumbled on hilichurls and it has an abyss mage with them so does a mitachurl. You knew your life was gonna end like this but you don't like it. Being devoured by sadness you just couldn't stand up for yourself so you screamed, you don't have faith on someone saving you. The abyss mage was about to land a hit on you but you hear it scream like it was electrocuted.

You open your eyes to see who it was and you see your big brother electrocuting the abyss mage, and defeated the rest."Sorry", that was all he said. He walked towards you and hugged your crying self. You can't believe the sudden change of his personality.

"Sorry for lying. It was all for your sake I couldn't let myself for you to know what I have done.", he said as you felt tears from your shoulders.

You don't know what to do. Will you forgive him? Will you always hate him? After that you decided to forgive him. You two are siblings so both of you will feel each other's pain and comfort each other, after what he had said you understand him. If you were him, you couldn't bring yourself to tell him too.

So you just hugged him back and said,

"I Forgive You"
