Shanic's pov:

Once both me and gilthunder found somewhere to rest for the time being he left to help hendrickson fight against meliodas while i was healing dreyfus wounds with my healing magic

I look down as i kept healing him blaming myself 'i am the protector holy knight..I was suppose to protect him but instead i pass out for a short minute..' i said in my head letting out a sigh as he was fully heal now

"lord dreyfus im so sorr-" he stop me by pulling me in close to him most of my clothes were almost toren off "im so happy your alive..When you pass out i thought i lost you.." he says to me having me blush a bit

Wait why was i blushing? I kept asking myself as i was still against his body that was covered by his red armor

I pull myself away telling him i need to requip into new armor now he nodded his head slowly, i quickly requip into an armor

Reader's pov:

Once shanic requip her armor she look at dreyfus, she was going to apologize again but he stop her "shanic you don't have to apologize..Im fine see" he says getting up and looks at her then pull shanic in wrapping his metal arms around her waist

"lord dreyfus..But i was-" she starts but he cut her off once again

"i said im fine, really i am" he says to her kindly as he gave her a smile, she finally smiles and nods her head slowly but suddenly she heard hendrickson's voice

"shanic, where are you at the moment?"

"im with lord dreyfus almost near the entrance of the castle, do you need my help?"

"no, im alright but you and dreyfus go to the King's room, thats where meliodas is heading"

"right away lord hendrickson" she says to him then she looks at dreyfus pulling away from his embrace.

He let out a sigh and ask "does he need you again?" he ask almost in jealousy "no, he said he's alright and to- i mean ask us to head to the King's room." she says running towards the King's room with him.

(time skip)

Once they made it to the King's room there was the two princesses, gilthunder, meliodas, king Arthur, king barta (again idk how his name is spell) and Merlin. While dreyfus was talking shanic was just hoping grady was ok 'grady..' she says in her head

"hmm shanic can i ask you do something please?" merlin ask her keeping a small smile on her face shanic look up at her as she was ok her knees with dreyfus "of course.." she says to her looking down "i want you to use the truth of death, i would like to ask a few questions." she says to shanic placing both hands on her hips

Shanic nodded her head and ask her "on who?.." Merlin turn her glance at dreyfus but shanic cut her glance off by getting in front of him "very well. On yourself shanic" she says looking amuse by this, elizabeth was going to ask her if that was ok for to make shanic do it but shw did it anyways "truth of death..If i were to lie then death well come to me, i well speak of the truth and nothing other then the truth..The questions you ask have no limit ask as many as you want.." she says looking down

Question one: "did you know that the two kill grandmaster zaratras?" she ask, it took shanic a bit of time but she said "...Yes.." looking down

Question two: "have you made your promise and vow to them already?" merlin ask shanic "yes i have.." she says to merlin, she smiles a bit and said "i would like you to lie at my next question" merlin say dreyfus snap his head up at her with shock on his face "l..Lady merlin you cant be-" shanic cut him off by saying ok to her, everyone in the room was shock by this

Question three: "did you know gilthunder and Princess Margaret were under a curse?" she ask shanic crossing her arms under her breasts "yes- *couchs*" shanic cough out some blood a bit holding her stomach then, everyone expect merlin was shock by this, then she ask another question asking shanic to lie once again

Question four: she look at shanic unfazed by this "did you know hendrickson was resurrecting the demon clan?" she ask her "y-yes..Ugh!" she fell on her side holding her stomach as she coughs out more blood "shanic!" dreyfus calls out being by her side

"ok now shanic you need to lie to this one ok?" Merlin says to her "merlin..I think that-" "ask whatever you want.." shanic breaths out heavily cutting off meliodas

Question five: "are you in love with hendrickson?" she ask knowing the answer already but it shock shanic, she knew it wasn't a secret to anyone she took some time before answering "y-yes..I am in love with him.." she says almost sadly

For dreyfus he was kinda hurt that she admitted it in front of him even though he already knew. "ok, this is my last question and i would like for you to lie one more time" merlin says "l-lady merlin!" Elizabeth yells in a worry "but if she lies once more..She'll die!" dreyfus yells at her with anger and worry

Question six: "a-ask away.." was shanic said holding her stomach as she pants hard "do you believe hendrickson feels the same as you do?" she ask rather harshly causing shanic to stay quiet "merlin what-" meliodas was cut off "we've all seen how he acted ten years ago before all this and not once as he shown any affection towards her" merlin says.

"no.." was she says luckily it was true even though merlin told her to lie "i know he well never love me the way i love him.." she says sadly

Shanic's pov:

I just lay there not looking at merlin my body trembling from me coughing out some blood

Suddenly i heard my baby brother's voice "big sissy!" even though he was small it didnt stop him from getting in front of me faning out his small arms for protection seeing his tiny body quiver in fear "s-stop bully my big sissy!" he yells, i only say his back "grady?.." was all i said.

Grady's pov:

I turn around looking at big sister and i hug her with my small arms crying "wh..Why you bullying big sissy?.." i ask not looking at anyone

Then i felt her petting my head so i look at her sadly as i sniffled "im fine..Im sorry i worried you grady.." she says giving me a small smile, i saw big brother dreyfus help her up on her feet as she picks me up in her arms and i saw a male with pink short hair putting cuffs on big brother dreyfus "where you taking him!.." i cry once again.

"and shanic you well he send to prison...And we'll be taking grady-" i cut him off swing my small fits at the male "nooo! *sob* i wanna be with big sissy and big brother dreyfus!" i cry louder.

I wasn't paying attention to anything cuase i was still crying in big sissy's arms holding onto her with my small hands.

Reader's pov:

Once merlin had left with both of the kings back to camelot there was sudden bang from the wall that broke and spreaded smock/dust.

Dreyfus took shanic and grady somewhere save "dreyfus what are you doing?" she ask weakingly as held onto grady "somewhere safe for you two..I dont care what they do to me..But im not letting anything happen to you or grady" he says carrying her bride style.

While he was carrying them to safety meliodas and gilthunder were left to fight off hendrickson who seem different.

(time skip. Coz i am lazy af!)

Dreyfus and hendrickson were fighting, shanic stay with him and with the princess Elizabeth "dont worry lady Elizabeth...Once this done...We'll all atone for our sin" shanic says to her "lady shanic.." Elizabeth look at her as she was just a few steps away from her

Suddenly dreyfus attack hit Elizabeth "LADY ELIZABETH!" shanic yells going to her aid as did dreyfus placing a cloth on her wound as she was unconscious "lady Elizabeth im so sorry!" he says looking down at her with guilt, hendrickson appears behind them "well thats unfortunate..I should hurry before it dries out" he says rather coldly

'this..This isn't the hendrickson i fell in love with...What happening?' shanic thinks to herself as she looks at the person who was looking more like a demon, she wasn't paying attention until hendrickson's attack kill dreyfus

This cause her to gasp out in shock "DREYFUS!!!" she yells out crying as she saw what he had done to his best friend who was more like a brother to him, shanic stay close to Elizabeth keeping her hands on her wound to push some pressure onto it to stop the bleeding "h-..How could you?.." she slowly tears up looking at him

"i wont kill you shanic..I care for you to much to do that" he says to her walking over to the two females "y-your not the man i fell in love with...The hendrickson i know wouldn't so such a thing to his best friend..." she says her words breaking from every tear she shed "shanic, i am the same man you fell for..And I love you to much to kill you" he finally said it but it hurt her more cuase she knew it wasn't him who was saying it

She stay quiet until "huh?..Meli..odas.." she breaths out as she held onto Elizabeth for dear life.
