Previously:

As Y/N splitted away from the group, she followed the scent to its origin. She was so intrigued by the smell, she thinks that the one who killed her family was there. It was a different scent but it's the same type of scent. She didn't want the opportunity to be wasted, murderer or not, she'll stop whoever kills humans and eats them. The scent was getting closer and closer until she saw what was the scent coming from.

It was a demon whos feeding on the lost candidates.

Such horrible sight she had witnessed, she was ready to pounce on the demon until she became hungry. The scent of flesh and blood made her very hungry, she never has eaten human ever since she bacame a demon. The feeling was new to her, but she didn't like it, she wanted it to stop, she couldn't control her hunger since she was always sleeping. She wanted to resist it- No, she needed to resist it. She didn't want to join it, she didn't want to get manipulated by the power she would get if she did. She was so deep in thought about it.

She snapped of it quickly and started to fight the demon. She swung a powerful kick to the demon's chest as it rolled onto the ground and get hit by a tree. The demon quickly stood up and came charging to Y/N with it's long claws. Y/N swiftly dodges the attacked and kick the demon again. Her features werent the same anymore, her face were full of bulging veins and her eyes were slit sharp. They started to have an intense fight, one hits and another gets knocked back. As the demon was becoming slowly tired, Y/N used this oppurtunity to kill the demon. She charged at the demon and cuts its head off—with her claws— making the head disintegrate into blood drops. (wow epic battle) It's body fell down and started to disintergrate into ashes. Y/N was stunned by the sudden happening.

But little did she know there was someone watching her from behind the tree, but even before she notices it, it fled off into the forest. Y/N decided to calm down and go back to the group, only to realize that she became lost but she didn't worry too much about it. She used her highly advanced sense of smell to go back to the group. To make things easier, she jumped tree to tree to get a better smell of the examiners scent. It wasn't long when she reunited with the group, but she felt like something was wrong. She over to the tree to see Leorio slouching with a lot of injuries, she rushed to him in concern.

"Dont worry Y/N, Leorio will be fine!" Gon said enthusiastically (the more I look at this word the more it feels wrong)

Y/N felt bad, what if she stayed with the group? What if she ignored the scent?. Many questions surround her as she realizes that the second phase of the exam will start. But the second phase is about cooking? What? Y/N was confused on what the girl said but introduced later on as Menchi and the other guy behind her was Buhara and they will be the second phase examiners. They said that their challenge was to cook a pork dish, but most of the candidates were furious about it and started an argument. 'I got no time for them rn' Y/N thought and took a rest ontop of the tree not caring about the challenge. Though she predicted that she might fail everyone since her personality screams choosy and picky which isnt really suprisng because culinary chefs are really choosy in taste.

For a few minutes later into the challenge Y/N woke up in the middle of judging. And as expected she did fail everyone without even taking a bite because they looked either burnt, improper and somehow childish. Buhara on the other hand passed all of them and ate all of the food, 'Damn he got so much room on his stomach how is he not exploding?-'. Soon after, one of the candidates decided to start a fight again. Soon later, a Zeplin(idk this sounds better) or a air balloon plane somesort that Y/N has never been on. An old man came out and started to scold Menchi. He introduced himself as Isaac Netero, the chairman of the Hunter Associations. Instead they changed the second phase to a more "easier" challenged. Everyone got on as Menchi explained on how to pass the second rephase,

"So everyone, right now we are ontop of the Split Mountain! Where the second phase will redo, all you need to do is grab an egg from down there and come back up here and boil it. And as simple as that you will pass automatically!." Menchi said excitedly.

"Thats it? Well that's easier done than said" one of the candidate cockily said. Which some of the candidates agreed 'Really why don't you guys learn from everything that has happened so far' Y/N sighed internally. But suddenly the candidates who agreed to the candidate followed him, jumping down. Menchi tried to stop them but it was too late, a few minutes after they did that, they havent came back. Menchi sighed at the situation, but she explained on how to obtain the eggs. Y/N over here is excited about it, so after Menchi demonstrated what to do she followed after. And a few more followed behind her. Y/N grabbed a string of web while gliding above the eggs and successfully grabbed one as everyone followed what she did, as Gon helped everyone on how to get back up. After a few more minutes Gon sinaled everyone the jump down as the wind gushes up flying us back to the Zeplin. And after all that everyone boiled their eggs and Menchi passed all of them, well except for the ones who went first without listening to Menchi of course. Netero-san decided to let all the remaining candidates rest in his Zeplin. As everyone got on they all parted ways finding ways to rest up and regain their energy.

"Hey guys let's go explore the airship!" Gon said excitedly to the four.
" Ill go with you Gon!" Killua said to Gon
"I think you guys should go on ahead I'll go rest for awhile" Kurapika said. Y/N hummed to Kurapika's statement signing him she wants to go with him. It wasn't long before Gon dragged Y/N with them, Y/N was surprised at the sudden action. Leorio and Kurapika sweatdropped after the happening.

"Wasnt Y/N going to rest?" Leorio asked Kurapika
"Yeah but Gon misunderstood her, probably."
"Man, kids nowadays always have energy for everything." Leorio said as he pouted.
"Thats because youre getting older everyday" Kurapika jokingly said while walking away.
"OI! COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BASTARD" As Leorio chased Kurapika through the hallways.

Although on the other side, someone has been stealing food from the kitchen diner.. Until the two were caught and got kicked out fro the kitchen. Y/N was just leaning by the wall infront of the kitchen door as she watched the two get kicked out with loads of meats in their hands and mouth. 'These two- They really are the definition of childish-' Y/N sweatdropped. After the two finished their meals, they walked together through the hallways admiring the view.

"Woah! Guys come take a look its a city filled with jewels!" Gon said in amusement, his eyes sparkling. Y/N and Killua followed Gon and was also amused of the view theyre seeing right now. Its literally a city full of jewels top to bottom. Until one of them speaks up,

"Hey Killua, I was wondering. Whats your family like or what do they do?" Gon asked curiously. Y/N perked up about the sudden questions but Killua kept the poker face as he talked about them, about his family being assassins and wanting him to be an assassin to his training to be one and another reason why he became a hunter. Gon wasn't all surprised but Y/N certainly was, she hasn't heard of an actual assassin or has she ever met one. Killua laughed about both of their reactions as they were the first ones to take it seriously.

"Isnt it true though?" Gon asked, Y/N obviously knowing that it is true but wasn't suspicious of it because of his fake aura hiding the real aura he has. But it was cut until they felt something passed them really really fast. Then Netero-san appeared of the opposite side it went,

"Whats the matter? You kids looked like you've seen a ghost" Netero-san said
"Netero-san did you see someone come this way?" Gon asked
"Nope didn't see anyone yet until now." Netero-san replied
"Youre pretty fast for an old man" Killua complimented and Y/N hums in agreement. Gon looks both at them confused.
"Hmm, I didn't think that you kids have quick reflexes" Netero-san complimented,
"We got no time for you old man, come on Gon, Y/N" Killua says unhesitantly,
"What about a game with me to pass time? I promise it would be fine" Netero-san said,
"Sure I'll join you! Come join us Killua, Y/N!" Gon said happily
"Fiiine I'll join you. It's just because I'm bored, what about you Y/N?" Killua said, Y/N signalled them all that she would take a rest instead of playing, as she slowly walks away so she wouldn't get dragged again.
"Aww man, ok Y/N go take a rest we'll meet up with you later" Gon waved goodbye to his sleepy friend alongside Killua.
"Alright then boys come with me" Netero-san said as the two boys followed him to a room.

Y/N on the other hand is trying to find where the others are resting. She suddenly saw Tonpa peeking through the door as if he's looking at something or someone. Y/N kicked him on the jaw where he was flying off, and he ran away trying to escape the problem he just made. 'What was he peeking in here?' Y/N thought, so she peeked through the door to see what it is but she saw Leorio and Kurapika sleeping on the floor. Y/N went inside the room, but when she closed the door Kurapika woke up to the sound. Y/N was also startled when Kurapika called her name.

"Y/N? What are you doing here? I thought your were with the boys." Kurapika asked Y/N while rubbing his eye. Y/N wrote on the paper that said
"I came here to rest since the boys are going to play a game with Netero-san"

"Hm alright then," Kurapika patted his lap as a sign that she can sleep on it, "You do look like you need some rest, so come here, rest your head on my lap." Y/N was processing what he just said because she becomes more sleepy every second, but she went to Kurapika's side and slept in his lap. It wasn't long til' the two were asleep, they were exhausted by the exam so far. On the other side, the two were playing a ball game with the chairman. Killua already gave up and decided to head out to rest, but instead of heading straight he got caught by distubances which made him do something horrible to them but silently. Noone knows what happened to the candidates who bumped into him til' the end of the trip when the cleaners are doing their job. What he didn't know that someone stole one of the candidates badge and claimed it as their own.

A few minutes later, they have arrived at a very tall tower where jumping down was not an option. People started walking around trying to find out what to do, until on of them claims as a professional hiker or climber and proceeds to go down. 'This will not end very well I can feel it.' Most of the candidates thought of the guy climbing down, until some monster looking bird started surrounding him. He noticed but he tried to ignore it but he accidentally misstepped and fell down until one of the birds catch him and ate him. Everyone was sickened at sight except for a few—Hisoka, Gittarakur, Y/N and a few others, Y/N wasn't affected of the sight because of her trauma. A few minutes passed, Gon and Y/N have noticed that there were lesser candidates than before. A few more minutes of walking around Gon and Killua found something,

"Hey guys come look!" calling the attention of his friends "We know the reason why candidates keep disappearing" Gon said
"There were trapdoors everywhere, when we saw one fell down the trapdoor we couldn't reopen again. So we suspect that only one person can get through per trapdoor." Killua said,
"And we found more trapdoors that hasn't been gone through. There are five trapdoors, there, there, there, there, and right over there" Gon said
"I guess we cant all go through this together, goodluck to the ones who got a wrong one" Leorio said,
"I guess this is where we part now" Gon said sadly.
"On the count of three, we all jump together!" Gon said enlightening the mood.
"Alright" the rest replied.

"One..."

"Two..."

"Three!"  

(yes a cliffhanger but yall can guess whats next it may be full of suprises or not, just a normal HxH Trick tower episode)

yes back from school :'D

I got so much projects to do like CLE (Christian living education or basically religious subject), Math, english, PE, science and holy fuck im tired

and btw i just met all my friends in school they have changed so much TT
they are all so tall and im here sitting still short ToT but its nice to know they are fine despite the pandemic and im excited for our f2f classes 

but it means i will post less often so yeah sorry abt that
