This Story will include some darker themes!

This includes : (Mild ) Torture , Abduction/ Hostage situations , threats , mentions of su*cide , general violence because fighting, etc

(There will be no unconsentual sexual touching because I am extremely uncomfortable with writing that kind of stuff, but it may be referenced or mentioned in characters backstory's / lore in general)

This is fic is created to portray my view on a more Realistic " Isekai into your favorite game" trope

By Realistic I mean how dangerous it would be , its not all fluff and smiles when you know too much around people who would go to alot of extremes to either get , erase , or know that info.

Especially when you aren't in the most powerful position, like , per-say , being magic-less in a school full of mages?
And some of the most powerful mages in question are the ones that would raise hell trying to get that info, erase it, or keep it for themselves for their own gain,

Oh , and don't forget most of them are Rich Geniuses with people in high places and other powerful mages at their beck and call

yeaaaaaaa, you'd be in for a tough ride.

Plus, you'd also be dealing with alot of Disney cliches and (if you know what they mean in advance) concerningly obvious hints, symbols or obviousness on who did what via context clues only given by advanced info.

Also, we won't be jumping straight into the next book after the previous one ends , with the exception of the Prologue and Book 1 , and
Books 5 and 6 , as they happen back to back canonically, where as there is some time in between the other books, so, I wanted to fill in some of that extra time aswell with some goofing around and general silliness so it isnt all dark and gloomy.

Think of it as an Intermission of sorts

As per my calculations, unless I change this you should be able to guess the length of the calm before the story chapters by the length of the break in between

(starting from the American school year, instead of the Japanese school year, just for reference)

Books 1 - 2 :   4-6 weeks in between, 8 max

Books 2-3 :  1-2 weeks in between , 3 max

Books 3-4 :  1/2 - 1 week

(Winterbreak : 2-3 weeks , 3-4 days spent in Scarabia (book 4) during this period)

Books 4-5 :  , 3-4 months after end of Book 4

Books 5-6:  less then 24 hours after the end of the VDC

Books 6-7 :   2-3 months , 4 max

So , there will be sometimes be event chapters (Halloween, Fireworks fest etc)  during these periods if i can find a way to weasel it in, and like an event enough to do so!

This Fic will be written in a somewhat
P̶e̶t̶e̶r̶ J̶o̶h̶n̶s̶o̶n̶ Percy Jackson Like way in the sense our protagonist (and some other characters) will have Bits and pieces of internal commentary visible to the reader, these lines or Paragraphs will be referred to in first person with 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒏𝒕 :3 , the story will more focus in on a more third perspective, however :)

Next! I love symbolism. Like alot. Be ready.

AND ANOTJER THING. fourth wall breaks, most wall breaks take inspiration from a book I read (I sadly forgor the name) where the narrator sometimes talks to the reader, and has his/her/their own personality a little, but does not exist as a named character nor a character in the plot. Just the narrator. I do it for shits and giggles. But there will be others obvi.

The Main Character whos name will be revealed in the next chapter: As this character is a lets call it.... Edited Clone of me, lore and personality wise.

I will be referencing real life stuff that has happened to me, but not going too much in detail if I can but more or less :

For Example: I've Almost died more times then I've lived years in my life (Im 17) , and get into the most TV show worthy scenarios 

(what genre, who the hell knows , Its like a Mix of Percy Jackson and Looney Toons)

Examples of NON Deadly scenarios Ive somehow managed:

Accidentally attending a Party & a Funeral

Having to Bike around definitely more then 50 mysterious bird corpses on the sidewalk/road and then ending up at the wrong meeting spot. (My dorm advisor didn't notice somehow so yay)

Perfectly accidentally burning myself on peanut butter and Jelly

Tripping on a friends playbill while at the Theater watching Sweeney Todd and my shoe flying over the balcony and hitting an older lady in the head during a murder scene
etc etc )

BUTTT. I've also had alot of good luck :)

Like Winning 4 jackpots at an arcade in one visit,
Getting SSR Rook on 1 Pull , (Jumpscare) etc)

So yea!!! Don't be surprised when thats mentioned , along with my more almost fatal situations (All were accidents or sheer Coincidence don't worry)
I want to keep this intro lighthearted so Im going to Loop de Loop around that for now

Another thing is , I chose a specific character, the character that was the reason I found TWST , to be our "dragged us into and around the story" character , he will be hinted , a bit, but probably revealed soon enough.  Your only hints arreeee

This character is only showed up in the Books with "Tyrant"  in the name , of which there are two

Currently doesn't have an SSR card

Hints at the existence of the Mirror shenanigans in Book 1, before we even meet Mickey

Also, our protagonist isn't meant to be fully shipped with anyone , but if you want to ship then , as long as it's healthy and legal , go ahead!

(Ok coming in from the future;  I may have made an executive decision that I will also be sneaking in sprinkles of a rarepair i like but never see content of: Idia and Che'nya , because God Damn it since I can't find anything with those two , I guess ill have to make it myself )

( Thinking about it out of context the Idea of it literally being the characters based off Hades and the Cheshire cat is actually kinda funny, honestly so is almost every ship when you think about it)
