Sunlight spills in through the windows of a bare, stone-laden loft.

"I'm starting to not like this idea. It sounds dangerous. I definitely don't like it. And I definitely don't like him" Isaac passes through the light, pacing nervously, while Derek and gabriella sit patiently waiting for Peter.

"No one likes him" Gabriella said

Isaac stops his pacing "Why does it have to be him?"

"He knows how to do it. I don't. It'd be more dangerous if I tried it myself"

isaac turned to Gabriella "can't you do it"

Gabriella shook her head "I've never tried doing it before I've only seen my father doing it"

"And that's another thing Why didn't you tell us from the start your father was psychotic from the start"

"I told you he was an asshole"

"Asshole and psychotic are two different things"

"Do you like to talk about your father?"

Isaac's face tightened, his usual nervous energy fading for a moment into something colder, more guarded. "No," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "But my father isn't a murderous Alpha obsessed with power."

Gabriella's expression softened, but her voice remained steady. "You're right. He isn't. But sometimes... you don't get to choose your family."

Isaac paused, absorbing her words, his gaze flickering between the three of them before he finally sighed. "Fine, but if Peter tries anything, I'm out."

"Trust me, he knows better than to cross us," Derek said, his voice firm and reassuring. "This is the safest way, even if it's not the most... comfortable."

Gabriella leaned forward, her gaze fixed on Isaac. "Look, we're all in this together, okay? You can trust me." She placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "If anything goes wrong, we'll handle it. You're not alone in this."

Isaac relaxed slightly, nodding. "Alright. But I still don't like him," he muttered, casting one last look toward the door as if expecting Peter to slink in at any second.

Gabriella gave him a small smile. "That's something we can all agree on."

THE STEEL DOOR of Derek's loft slides open to reveal the man they're talking about "just an F-Y-I. Yes, coming back from the dead left my abilities somewhat impaired, but the hearing? Still works. So I hope you're comfortable saying whatever it is you're feeling straight to my face.

"We don't like you" derek closed the book that he was reading and stood up "Now shut up and help us"

"Fair enough" Peter snaps open his hand, CLAWS UNSHEATHED as Isaac goes and sits in a chair, nervously gripping the arm rests.

He flinches as Peter delicately touches his claws to the nape of his neck. "Relax. I'll get more out of you if you're calm"

Looking nervous as well, Gabriella watches Peter gently feel for the right placement of his claws on Isaac's neck.

"How do you know how to do this?"

"It's an old ritual. Used mostly by Alphas since it's a skill that requires quite a bit of practice. One little slip and you could paralyze someone. Or kill them"

Isaac was now even more nervous "Have you had a lot of practice?"

"I've never paralyzed anyone" Peter said

He was an Alpha for five seconds and for most of that time he pretended to be comatose. Of course he know what he's doing...on second thoughts" Gabriella was interrupted by peter JAMING his claws in. Isaac's head making him jerk up in shock

the world suddenly spinning around him. Both of their eyes begin to GLOW, Isaac's turning a fiery YELLOW while Peter's
suffuse with a brilliant BLUE.

Derek and gabriella watch as Peter's head wrench to the side, eyes moving about as if seeing something

After a while Peter yanks his hand free of Isaac's neck. He staggers to his feet, breathless. Isaac dips forward as if to pass out, but gabriella grabs him, pulling him back against the chair.

"What did you see?" Derek asked

"Not much. It was confusing. Vague images, phrases--"

"But you saw something"

Peter nods "Isaac found them"

Gabriella smiled "do you know where they are"

"No, I barely saw them. Just glimpses"

"But you saw them?" Gabriella asked still holding hope

Peter nods, unaware that he's pulled his clawed hand into a fist, massaging it as if he'd been burned "And worse, Deucalion, He was talking to them. Something about time running out"

Isaac frowned "What does that mean?"

"He's going to kill them"

"He didn't say that. But he did make a promise. That by the full moon, they'd both be dead"

"The next full moon?"

Peter nods, confirming the worst "Tomorrow night"

In the underpass leading to the athletics field, Lydia and Allison hold their arms together, forming the complete symbol on their skin

Gabriella stands before them while Scott and Stiles look on at her sides.

Gabriella raises her eyes to meet Allison's "I don't see anything"

Scott sighes "Look again"

Gabriella glared at scott "How is a bruise going to tell me where lucas and Boyd are?"

"It's the same on both arms. Exactly the same"

"It's nothing"

Lydia shrugged "Pareidolia. Seeing patterns that aren't there. It's a subset of apophenia"

Gabriella nods "exactly"

"That girl was looking for you, Gabb-Gabriella. I'm here to help you" Allison said

"You wanna help move out of town"

Allison's face fell, a flash of hurt crossing her features, but she quickly masked it, clenching her jaw. "You know I can't do that."

Gabriella's expression hardened, her voice a low growl. "Then don't pretend you're here to help. You're just trying to ease your guilt."

She leaves the room wanting to wring Allison's neck as she made her was down the hall she accidentally bumped into somone "um sorry"

She looked at the person she bumped into making her freeze, her heart dropping as she recognized Aiden, her ex.

His eyes widened for a moment before a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips.

"Gabriella," he drawled, his tone filled with a dark amusement. "It's been a while."

She clenched her jaw, her gaze hardening. "What are you doing here?"

Aiden shrugged nonchalantly, his gaze flickering with a hint of menace. "School spirit?" he mocked. "Or maybe I just wanted to catch up with an old... friend."

"Don't lie to me," she snapped. "Deucalion sent you, didn't he?"

Aiden's smirk only deepened. "What can I say? He likes to keep an eye on his wayward children." His voice was deceptively light, but there was an edge to it that made Gabriella's skin prickle.

"Stay out of my way," she warned, her tone low and dangerous.

He raised his hands in mock surrender. "Hey, I'm just here to help. Maybe even offer you a little... guidance." He leaned in closer, his voice a quiet murmur. "You know he won't stop until you're back where you belong."

Gabriella held her ground, her voice steady but fierce. "Tell Deucalion he can go to hell. I'm done being his pawn."

Aiden's gaze hardened for a moment, the humor slipping from his expression. "You keep saying that," he said softly, "but you know he always gets what he wants...and so do i"

"What's that supposed to mean"

He stepped closer, his voice soft but laced with intention. "You know exactly what it means, Gabriella. I didn't come all the way back just because Deucalion sent me. I missed you."

Gabriella felt a wave of anger rise within her, masking the pang of discomfort his words stirred. "I'm not interested, Aiden, I told you and ethan to ran away with me but you refused...You had your chance, and you blew it."

Aiden's expression shifted, his smirk slipping as he caught the certainty in her eyes "it's because of that blonde...Erica was it?"

Aiden's eyes narrowed, jealousy simmering beneath the surface. "You and I both know she won't last. She doesn't have what it takes to handle you."

Gabriella's gaze turned icy, and she held her ground, unyielding. "You don't know a thing about her, Aiden. Erica has done more for me than you ever did, and she doesn't need to 'handle' me. She actually cares."

Aiden scoffed, a bitter edge to his smirk. "Oh, please. That girl has no idea who you really areβ€”what you're capable of. She won't be there when things get tough."

"Like you were?" Gabriella shot back, her tone laced with disdain. "When I wanted a way out, when I needed someone to trust, you chose Deucalion. You were too afraid to fight for anything real. So don't pretend you're here for me."

He looked taken aback for a moment, but his expression quickly hardened. "I made the choices I had to," he replied, his voice a low growl. "But that doesn't mean I stopped caring about you, Gabriella."

Gabriella shook her head, her expression resolute. "If you cared, you wouldn't be here now, doing his bidding. And you wouldn't try to tear me down for being happy with someone else."

For a moment, Aiden's expression softened, a flicker of regret in his eyes. But he quickly masked it, shrugging nonchalantly. "Believe what you want, Gabriella. But sooner or later, you'll see that no one else can give you what we had."

"Whatever we had is long gone," she said, turning on her heel. "Stay out of my life, Aiden."

ICE pours into a steel tub filled with water, the kind of tub typically used to bathe animals.

Deaton approaches to watch Gabriella, erica and Derek empty bags of ice into it. Kneeling next to the tub, Isaac tentatively touches a finger to the water.

"Obviously, it's not going to be particularly comfortable. But if we can slow your heart rate down enough you'll slip into a trance- like state"

Isaac looked at deaton "Like being hypnotized?"

"Exactly. You'll be half transformed. It'll let us access your subconscious mind"

"How slow does his heart need to be?" Erica asks

"Very slow"

"How slow is very slow?"

"Nearly dead"

"But it's safe, right?" Isaac asks nervously

"Do you want me to answer honestly?"

"Not really" Isaac removes his shirt

"You'll be an ice sculpture whether or not you take off your shirt, Isaac. But thanks for the view" Gabriella said sarcastically trying to light up the mood

Isaac rolled his eyes, but a faint smirk tugged at the corner of his lips. "Thanks for the encouragement," he muttered, glancing nervously at the tub of icy water.

Erica gave Gabriella a playful nudge. "Ease up on him. Not everyone can handle freezing water like a pro."

Gabriella shrugged, leaning against the edge of the tub with a smirk. "Just saying, this is no time to worry about modesty." She turned her gaze to Isaac, her expression softening. "But seriously, if you're too nervous, you don't have to do this. There are other ways we can try."

Isaac shook his head, taking a deep breath. "No. If this is how we find them... then I'll do it. Just... try to keep me from dying, okay?"

Derek's expression was serious as he placed a reassuring hand on Isaac's shoulder. "You've got this. We're right here."

Isaac steps into the tub with a soft splash.
Already shivering, he takes a few quick breaths to prepare, then gives them a nod.

Grabbing him by the arms, Gabriella and Derek plunge Isaac into the ice-filled water

Isaac was struggling beneath the swirling ice, Isaac's body shudders, jerking upward.

Isaac's eyes snap open, GLOWING YELLOW. Strangled gasps come from his throat.

But then, finally, his body relaxes. Breath

slowing, he slips back amid the ice and closes his eyes.

Deaton whispered to the three air breathing werewolves "Now remember, only I talk to him. Too many voices will confuse him
and draw him out"

Isaac stirs, eyes moving under the lids as if dreaming.

"Isaac? Can you hear me?"

"Yes. I hear you"

"This is Dr. Deaton. I'd like to ask you a few questions. Is that all right?"

"Yes, it's all right"

"I want to ask you about the night you found lucas and Boyd I want you to remember it for me in as vivid detail as possible. Like you were actually there again...Can you tell me what you see? Is it some kind of building? A house?"

"Not a house. The walls are stone. Like marble"

"That's perfect. Can you give me any other descriptors?"

"It's dusty. Empty"

"Like an abandoned building? Isaac?"

"Someone's here"His hand WRAPS around Gabriella's wrist, grabbing him with a
sudden and painful intensity.

"Isaac, relax"

"They're here--they're coming"

"They can't hurt you. It's just a memory. Your memories can't hurt you"

Breathing hard, Isaac's grip begins to loosen.

Finally, he releases his grip on Gabriella who pulls back in relief

"Good. Now tell us what you see. Tell us everything..."

Eyes open, Isaac stares up at the ceiling, transfixed by the memory" I hear him. He's talking about the full moon. About being out of control when the moon rises"

"Is he talking to lucas?"

"I think. I can't see him. I can't see either of them...They're worried about what they'll do. During the moon. Worried they'll hurt each other"

Derek and gabriella share a look. Derek whispered "If they're locked in together on
the full moon they're going to tear each other apart"

Suddenly Isaac draws in a sudden, terrified breath "They're here"

Holding still in the water, his eyes dart from side-to-side, seeing someone or something in his memory.

"It's all right. Just tell us--" deaton tried to reassure him

"No, they see me. They see me"

Derek sighes "This isn't working" he leans forward "Isaac, where are you?"

Erica and gabriella gave Derek a confused look, why was he messing it up

"Derek stop" Erica whispered

"They're coming--they found me"

ICE SPILLS across the floor around Derek who struggles to hold Isaac still.

"His heart rate--he could go into shock"

"Derek, let him go" gabriella went to pry Derek's hands of isaac But Derek shouts again, voice thundering at Isaac "Where are you? What did you see?"

"A vault--it's a vault--a bank vault...they caught me, there dragging me into a room,I see... there's a body lucas... it's lucas"

The room fell silent as Isaac's voice echoed in the stillness, his words sending a jolt through everyone.

Gabriella's heart stopped, her face going pale. "No... no, that can't be right," she whispered, gripping the edge of the tub, her knuckles white.

Erica placed a steadying hand on her shoulder. "We don't know for sure. It could just be his fear talking," she said softly, but her own voice trembled.

Deaton held up a hand, his tone calming but firm. "Isaac, stay focused. Are you certain it's him?"

Isaac's face twisted with fear and confusion. His voice came out in a desperate whisper, "It's... it's Lucas. I see him, but he's not moving. I tried to reach him, but... I can't." His breaths grew ragged, and he began to thrash in the icy water, panic seizing him.

"Isaac, listen to me," Deaton instructed, his voice commanding but steady. "This is only a memory, and memories can't hurt you. I need you to stay calm and look around. Is there anything else you can tell us? Anything at all?"

Isaac's breathing slowed, his focus narrowing. "Yes... there's a stairwell to the left, leading up... I think it's locked, but... I can hear footsteps. Someone's coming."

Before Deaton could ask another question, Isaac's body jerked violently, his eyes snapping open as he gasped, breaking out of the trance. He looked around wildly, disoriented and shivering as reality settled back around him.

"Beacon Hills First National. It's an abandoned bank. They've been keeping them in a vault. Locked inside..." Breathless, he looks at their subdued reactions "What? What's wrong?"

Erica looked at him confused "You don't remember what you said right before you came out of it?"

Confused, Isaac shakes his head.

"You said when they caught you, they dragged you into a room. And there was a body in it, lucas You said it was lucas"

Gabriella, her emotions fraying, fought to keep herself together. Her jaw tightened as she whispered, "He's not gone. We're going to find him, and he's going to be okay...you said body you never said dead body he could just be sleeping...yea just sleeping...he's fine he'll be ok...yea ok"

[...]

Scott, Gabriella, erica, Derek and Peter crowd around a work table where Stiles unrolls a BLUEPRINT of the bank.

"Okay, see this? This is how they got in. A rooftop air conditioning vent. It leads down inside the wall of the vault which is here..." With a RED MARKER, Stiles circles the vault.

"One of the robbers was lowered down into this shaft. The space is so small, with so little room to move, it took him twelve hours to drill through the stone wall into the vault. Then, over the entire night, they siphoned all of the cash up through that one little shaft in the wall to the guys on the roof"

"Can we fit in there?" Erica asks

Stiles nods "Barely. And they patched the wall. So I'm thinking the kind of drill we need is a diamond bit--"

Derek interrupted stiles"Forget the drill. If I go in first how much space would I have?"

"What do you think you're going to do? Punch through the wall?"

"Yes. I'm going to punch through the wall"

"Oh really, tough guy? Make a fist"

Derek holds out his clenched fist. Stiles puts one hand on Derek's elbow and the other a few inches from his fist.

"See this? That's maybe three inches of room to gather enough force to punch through solid--"Derek SLAMS his fist against Stiles's palm.

He yanks his hand up in agony "he can do it"

"I'll get through the wall. Who's following me down?" Derek looked at the four werewolves

Peter shakes his head "Sorry, but not me. You know I'm not up to fighting speed yet. And, honestly, with Isaac out of commission, you're not looking at good odds for yourself."

"I'm supposed to just let them die?"

"One of them is already dead"

"We don't know that" Gabriella glared at peter

"Do I have to remind you what you're up against? A pack of Alphas. All of them killers"

"You guys can sit this one out if you want to but am going, they won't kill me they want me back into the pack" Gabriella said

"Gabriella, you can't be serious," Erica said, her expression a mix of concern and disbelief. "You think they're just going to let you waltz in there?"

Gabriella's resolve hardened. "I've been avoiding my dad and the rest for too long. They're looking for me, and if I show up, they might just let their guard down. I can get in close."

Peter raised an eyebrow. "And what's your plan if they don't?"

Gabriella shot him a steely glare. "I'll figure it out. We don't have the luxury of waiting around to see if boyd and lucas are okay."

Erica crossed her arms, still skeptical. "You really think they'll listen to you?"

Gabriella's expression softened for a brief moment. "If I can get to Deucalion, maybe I can reason with him. I'm his daughter. I have leverage."

Stiles leaned against the table, rubbing his temples in frustration.
