Layla's POV

After my work at border patrol I went home and got changed into a black turtle neck, with a black leather shorts along with some tights underneath.
(The outfit looks like this but with no bag)

Once I left the house I flew to the gates to be greeted by sullivan. "I assume you did as I asked?" I questioned while I landed.
"yes I have, however I have an offer" he said as I look at him with confusion filling my facial expressions "how would you like to teach here?" he said.
"absolutely not I hate kids and I have too much work on my shoulders" I explained.
"I completely understand how about you come in and have a cup of hell grey tea, we can catch up, it's been so long" Sullivan offered.
"it would be nice to take to you again, but do you have any red wine?" I asked.
"I believe i do" he answered.
"Alright then" I said eccepting his offer before walking inside.

Just as we reach his office I hear "grandpaaaaaa!" And little footsteps as we turned our heads to see a blue haired child that I instantly knew was human. I mean after sixteen years in the human world It would only make sense that I know the difference between a human and a demon.
"uncle Sullivan, why do you have a human as a grandson and why haven't you made him a demon" I said shocking them both with iruma looking like I'm going to eat him.
"jeez blue Bell I'm not going to eat you, demons and humans have the same meat anyways, I ain't no cannibal" I said with Sullivan and iruma looking at me confused.
"what? You two didn't know? Also uncle Sullivan, you should turn him into a demon, for his safety" I said with confusion. "I have my reasons for not turning him into a demon" Sullivan mentioned.
"why? So he can die?! He needs protecting and your making him live in fear, I would understand if he wanted to go back, but I can tell by how happy he looked to see you, that he wants to stay here, so what's stopping you Sullivan? And I order you to tell me right now" I said in a somewhat angry tone with Sullivan getting scared.

"you've never ordered someone to do anything, let alone call me by just my name" he said.
"that's because I'm being serious, and only me, kalego and father know that I was once human, farther turned me into a demon by my request using his and his partners DNA" Sullivan and iruma because shocked more than they have ever in there life. "I don't want him being put in danger and him being your grandson he shouldn't be left alone who knows what could happen" I said worried with Sullivan saying.

"wait your not fully king derkila's daughter?" He said with surprise.
"That's all you picked up from that?" I said as he quickly replyed.
"no that's not it! That's the thing I'm most shocked about! that's all!" He said nervously "Alright I believe you" I said before stopping and turning my head to see shichiro stairing around the corner menacingly but unresponsive from an information overload and excitement.

"chiro what are you doing" I said as Sullivan and iruma looked at him.
"oh hello professor balam!" Iruma said with snapping him out of his information overload.
"Layla why didn't you tell me! You knew I wouldn't hate you for that!" He said being quite offended.
"I knew you wouldn't hate me but I knew you would ask so much questions, however I would gladly answer your questions just not lots at the same time" I said making his eyes look and me happily before coming back to reality, and before I know it he was holding my shoulders with worry implanted on his face.
"you shouldn't talk about stuff like that in the corridor anyone might hear you! Your lucky it's the middle of lesson!" Shichiro said as iruma looks dead "oh no, professor kalego will be so mad when I arrive late" he said as he starts walking off shichiro let go of me aswell and started walking with him so I grabbed both of their shoulders.
"actually how about you two stay with us, we're having a few drinks, we can answer shichiro's questions and get to know each other, and once we're done I'll take you back to kalego I'm sure he won't be too mad if I personally bring you" I said as shichiro becomes enthusiastic and buzzing with questions
"that's a perfect idea, kalego can never get angry at you" shichiro said.

Once we sat down in Sullivan's office and had the tea perfectly made so it was the perfect temperature to start drinking. And I had a class of whine which he let me have the bottle.
"So what does the grounds humans live on look like?" shichiro asks.
"well it's like a massive sphere in the sky like the sun and moon but their isn't any floating islands like there is here, the humans call that plan it they live on earth" I said before continuing "there is water covering over seventy present of the entire globe we call it the ocean, and it's full with many different animals and humans have only discovered five persent of these see life" "wait really?" Iruma questioned as I looked at him.
"yeah I learnt it in school, you never went to school did you?" I asked with him looking down "I would have hated not going to school, I mean as horrible as my first experience was I would have hated to miss out on the information" I said making all of them looking at me with concern "if you don't mind could you explain you experience" shichiro asked.

"er- sure I guess" I said before pausing and continuing "in primary, this part of school you are ages from seven to eleven, I wasn't the best looking student I was most likely the worst, but anyways because of that all the other kids desided to pick on me for it every day and soon they started this thing called the 'layla touch' and just as it sounds if I touched them like on the shoulder or anything the would run away like I was some sort of disease" I explained.
"that's horrible how could humans do that?" shichiro asked.

"humans aren't all that great everyone is on a spectrum, as bad as killing people and tormenting to kind and innocent people like iruma some humans are as bad as some demon here in there evil cycle" I said replying to his comment before carrying on. "anyways after a while after that started I desided to use that to my advantage so when I was walking in the corridors or in the play area I would tap them on the shoulder saying 'layla touch' I must admit it was a good way to not get down by it, I was always a mischievous child when I was young, I would draw on the walls, through tantrums, hit my mum and even get mess all over the house, however I grew out of all that when I got into high school which are of the ages eleven to sixteen" I was stopped.

"didn't I meet you at age sixteen?" Shichiro asked.
"yeah I met you just after I left high-school" I said before getting back to my story.
"once I got into high school I realized how bad my entire life had been, the affect of there actions effected me soon after, it dropped me lower than low, at that point I didn't even want to be alive any more but I was too afraid of pain that I couldn't do it" I said.
"I am so thankful for that fear of yours" shichiro said making me smile a bit before carrying on.
"anyways, I struggled for the next five years with the last being the worst, we had final exams coming up so it was stressful In itself, but because almost everyone single guy in the country except the odd few where I lived all liked cat-calling women and most of the time it was for a laugh to make fun of us and you couldn't tell if they were being sincere or not so I would just not believe anyone, since I was used to being insulted about my looks, I never believed anyone that said I looked nice in any way I never revised for my exams because I was so stressed from all the annoyances and because I never revised I don't get good grades either which is why when it came for me to do my exams here I revised almost every day, because I didn't realize the effects of it before" I explained.
"wait so when you motivated our class to revise for the exams you actually had experience?" Shichiro said as I nodded.

"yeah, anyways, I tried finding a college but I got declined from the first one and the second one I missed the call which lead me to stress a lot, and after around a month after the last exam that's when my scumbag dad sold me to father for one million pounds and luckily for me he was the best father I could have asked for" I said with iruma looking at me with confusion.
"wait one million pounds? Isn't it yen?" Iruma asked.
"each country has different currencies I was born in England or otherly known as the United Kingdom where our currency is pounds and I believe you were raised in Japan since that's their currency" I said with iruma looking at me like 'ooh that makes sense'.

"what are the birth places like?" Shichiro questioned.
"oh er- that's hard to explain, so there are multiple places you can choose from, you can choose to have a home birth with professionals coming to the house, or you can have the birth at the hospital, in some countries you have to pay for the hospital but where I lived it was free" I said as shichiro got confused.
"you keep mentioning 'countrys' what are they?" He asked.
"Oh they are the lands that people live on" with him understanding he asks another question.
"you both have mentioned friends is that a human turn?" He asked.
"Oh, yes it is, allow me to enlighten you about it" I said standing up and walking to a chalkboard and grab a piece of calk. "the higher-arkie between human relationships are as follows" I said while drawing on the board.

Once I finished writing on the board "ok so first we have family and partners since if you get married they will be family anyway, secondly we have best friends which are the best out of all of your friends" I explained making iruma confused.

"wait so what's a soulmate then?" iruma asks.
"well it says it in the name actually, soul referencing to basically being destend to be there partner, so basically even after both dieing and being riencarnated you will be with that person. And well with the word 'mates', you know how animals have 'mates' it's like a partner however some people don't believe they have one whilst others do" I said seeing iruma blush a little.
"wait so I've been calling Clara and azz that!?" He said as I laughed a little "it seems you have any way back to explaining, I've mentioned friends to shichiro before but to recap, it's someone that your close to, and then below that we have classmates, like you can be close to them but unless you speak to all of them like every day they wouldn't be classed as friends" I said before shichiro asks "so for iruma he gets along with all of his classmates and they always work together, are they all friends meanwhile for us we had a very small class with eight people and we didn't talk to them much so would that mean we weren't friends with them?" He asked.
"Not really, at the start however we did get along with our classmates they wouldn't be categorized as friends since we stayed at the rooftop with opera and Kalego. But it was only our last year we spent with our classmates and it was mainly used for revising, but we grew bonds and got on very well so we would be friends, I would say" I said before continuing. "and lastly, there is everyone else. Who you have little to connection to" I explained.

I then went back to my seat and continued to drink my wine which was placed with the bowl part on my palm whilst the stem was inbetween my ring and middle finger. I would sip the wine while talking to everyone and answering any questions Shichiro would ask.

After a while I looked at the clock on the wall "oh it looks like we've been here for thirty minutes it's probably best I take you to lesson now" I said whilst turning to iruma as he nodded and stood up with Sullivan and shichiro doing the same. Sullivan went to his desk meanwhile me, shichiro and iruma left his office, with shichiro going to the right as me and iruma went to the left.

Once we got to the Royal one I opened the door letting iruma in before me as I shut the door behind us. Once we got to the door to the classroom I knocked on the door with everyone looking over.
"enter" kalego said, and when we did Kalego was surprised to see me.
"sorry about iruma being latex he was talking to me, shichiro and uncle Sullivan" I said with the classed surprised.
"uncle?!" The entire class yelled with iruma taking his seat.
"anyway bye, see you at home" I said to Kalego before rushing out wanting to stand in front of the class.
"that bloody fool!" He said under his breathe whilst face-palming with the class confused.
"wait was she the devi-beutifull woman with you were with on Monday?" Lead asked before Kalego grabbed his head hearing a little scream coming from him.

I then made my way back to Sullivans office. Once I arrived I knocked on the door to hear him say 'enter' seconds after, as I walked in I pulled a chair to his desk before going back to the table and grabbed the wine and put it on the table before I sat down and put my elbows on his desk resting my head on my hands.
"I came here to catch up with you, but we never got to do that did we?" I asked with Sullivans face lighting up. "Could I ask about iruma first though?" I said as Sullivan's face because full of curiosity "it's about the reason you haven't turned him into a demon, I'm curious for your reason, and you didn't listen to my order so I would like to hear the answer now" I said as Sullivans curious face disapered and changed into a serious look.
"iruma isn't human" Sullivan said pausing before continuing "well to start off I'm going to start with before Lady Leah got sent away, you see she became pregnant to a little girl and once the little girl was born she was sent to earth by the angles to punish king Derkila and Lady Leah for going against the rules, and that little girl was reborn and she was then named 'Layla Rose." He said.

"what?!?" i yelled whilst standing up.
"Hold on, let me get to the bit you asked for first" Sullivan said as I composed myself and sat back down. "anyway, now to when Derkila left, he got Lady Leah pregnant for the second time, this time with a little boy and the same thing happened again, but this time they got even more mad locked king Derkila in the basement holded by angle magic with Lady Leah locked in a tower" I then stood up slamming my hands on the desk scaring Sullivan and accidentally making him hit the button to make anounsments.
"so all this time you've been looking after my brother that I didn't even know existed, by the way, untill this very moment and you've been hideing this from me for how long?! 14 years?! YET YOU DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER TO TELLING ME ANYTHING?!" I screamed scaring Sullivan.
"y-your magisty i-i a-apolagize b-but it was K-king Derkila's orders t-to n-not to mention anything!" He pleaded whilst stuttering over his words.

"you are one lucky demon Sullivan, one lucky demon" I repeated myself "keeping a secret like this from me?! Your lucky I'm not the type of person to kill, because if you lied or hid anything from me and the family he wouldn't even think twice about killing you, you are so lucky" I said angrily with Sullivan cowering behind the desk.
"b-believe me, i-im aware a-and thankful that you aren't k-killing me, but please stop using that sort of m-magic, i-it could kill a-any demon i-in seconds" as I stood back and disabeling the anounsment button. With everyone in the school shocked at the comotion through the anounsment speaker.
