Okay, if you read the note I put at the end of the last chapter, you would know that this is a chapter where you'll get to know everything a bit better because I'm very bad at explaining them in the actual story: B hehee

Let's begin:

(Y/n)'s necklace:

How and when did you get it? - You have had it as long as you could remember.

How does it look? - It's normally see-through, but when you feel a strong emotion, it changes color - depending on what emotion you're feeling. Here's a picture;

How does it work? - Okay, so let's take red: If the necklace glows red, that means that you're angry. And if it glows purple, you're scared. And if blue, you're sad. Have any of you seen the inside out movie? If you have, you can remember the colors and their emotions that way; because anger is red, happy is yellow, you name it. (Though green is the only exception - It's confidence, not disgust) Here's another picture, lol:

But the special thing about this necklace is, that when you're feeling a strong emotion, it'll allow you to use its powers. But only if the emotion is strong enough. let's say that you're angry and the necklace glows red - that means that you'll be able to use certain powers. All the powers will not be revealed yet.

And also, if the necklace is shining black, you'll be able to use a hidden power - which you will only be able to use, as long as it shines black.

For how long can you use your powers? Technically as long as you want to, but every time you use a power, you'll be very tired afterward: Though this depends on what you're using your power on; If you use telekinesis to make an apple float, you won't feel a thing.

If someone takes the necklace from you, will he/she be able to use it themselves? - That's a question I will not answer.

The background of (Y/n) and Eugene;

Your background is not revealed yet, but it will be later on. All I can tell you now is that when you were very young, you were homeless and had no place to live. Back in the day, Eugene was a thief, and he was stealing from a store, that you had happened to be in. When he saw that you, as young as you were, was stealing as well, he couldn't help but ask you if you had a family. When you told him no, he took you with him, and the two of you had been together ever since. And ever since that day, he had called himself your brother.

And even though you can annoy the shit out of the other, you still loved each other. <33

The moon-dogs:

Okay, so the moon-dogs are some evil creatures, who only show themselves at night. They are quite big, looks horrifying, have bad breath and a very sharp set of teeth. A moon-dog will always try to kill, so don't try to be friends with em'. They have a connection to the black rocks. I can't say anymore.

-Oh, and also, they are capable of shapeshifting.

Let me introduce you to:

VARIAN'S DARK SIDE, YAAAY

Okay, so as you may know, when Varian's father died, he sort of created this other personality, which isn't very nice.

It's known as a multiple personality disorder, DID or dissociative identity disorder. A person can get this if they experience something traumatic. And in Varian's case, this is the death of his father.

When you have a split personality, you can't decide which personality (luckily Varian only has two... Have you guys seen the movie split? That guy has 24...) is in 'the light' - meaning which personality is in charge at the moment.

So if Varian says: "Careful! He's trying to take the light." - 'He's' is the dark personality, who is trying to gain conciseness.

I really hope that this makes sense...

So at the beginning of the story, Varian experiences memory loss. And this is because his dark personality had taken over - and he couldn't remember any of this.

And when he punched (Y/n)? That was, of course, his dark side, and therefore, he couldn't remember any of it.

How long does it take for Varian to switch personality? - In a blink of an eye. At one moment he can be our little, sweet, innocent boy, and the next he can be an evil psychopath.

Does the 'good' Varian know that he has an evil personality? - Not at first - at first, he just thinks that he suffers from memory loss. But Varian is a very smart kid. He will eventually figure it out. And when he does, things will get "exciting".

Does the evil Varian know that he's not the "original" personality? - Oh, he's well aware. He knows everything about how he was created, and about Varian. His strengths, his weaknesses, everything. And the special thing about this evil personality, is that he's "awake" while the original Varian is in the light, and he sees everything he does - he doesn't have memory loss at all.

Who controls who is in the light? - The dark Varian almost controls everything - the reason behind that the good Varian is so much in the light right now is so people won't get suspicious. Eugene is after all, already on to him: And Dark Varian knows that.

What is 'Dark Varian's' plan? - We must remember, and this is important, that the dark Varian's personality, is based on the original's 'dark side'. Every dark corner of the original Varian's mind is placed in 'Dark Varian'. Just like our Varian wants justice for his father, so does 'Dark Varian' - he just takes it to another level. And of course, it was only the dark emotions that got placed in 'Dark Varian'. Therefore, his evil side is not capable of love.

But for his actual plan: What does he want? Well, the story would suck pretty much if I told you guys. But I can promise you, he's up to no good.
