Few days later, the invitations to the masquerade ball were handed over the people living across the city. Of course, also getting to Fyodor.

He looked at it with a bit of suspicion, as they already had a masquerade ball not long ago.

"Hm, that's weird. I guess I could go and ask Amarah to look after Y/N." The tall Russian man whispered to himself.

He knew that Amarah would take it badly, looking over someone he loves. Knowing that she was obsessed with him, though he risked it. Because even if he didn't want to go to that party, Nikolai would surely strike for him to go.

One thing he'd have to look out for is the Armed Detective Agency, Dazai probably already told them about his suspicions on the matter of his dear sweetheart's disappearance. He couldn't just let them take her away from him, anyways he knew that they were only pawns to his chess board.

After that, Dostoevsky decided to call Amarah for the request of watching over you. He took out his phone from his pocket and dialed the number, now pressing the call button as the phone was ringing.

It took a matter of seconds before she replied.

"Hey Fedya! Why are you calling at this hour?" His protector exclaimed out of euphoria that she tried to hide.

Fyodor tilted his head out of annoyance as he began speaking once again.

"Hello Amarah, I uh... have a request for you." The slim Slav retorted in an irritated tone.

The woman stayed silent for a good moment before replying.

"Yeah, of course! What is it?" Uttered eagerly Amarah.

The man with piercing violet eyes pinched the bridge of his nose before sighing out of annoyance and began opening his mouth once again.

"I want you to look over my girlfriend, she's sick and injured and I'll have to go to the masquerade with Nikolai." Fyodor said with a fake expression of pity.

The part where he said you were sick was a lie, though injured was true. He had injured you badly not long ago. You had tried to escape once again but it resulted in him catching you once again before you could leave and spraining your ankle with a heavy dumbbell.

It took a minute before the obsessed woman to speak back.

"I'd need something in return for that." The bodyguard female answered in a vexed and cold vocal quality.

Fyodor now groaned as the brunette woman was greedy with her choices.

"Look, I don't have time for this. I can give you one or two nights together in return, but you'll have to make it fast." Retorted the irritated man with a Russian accent.

"Make it a week. It's either that or I'm not watching over your sweetheart." Amarah replied.

Dostoevsky thought about it for a second as he didn't want to leave you alone, but then after some thinking he responded with,

"Fine, a week. Just take care well of her and don't cause any trouble around the apartment. Also, her medications or pain killers will be in a locked cabinet. The code is 0-7-2-1." The Slavic man retorted, that was his decision.

She then took back her kind tone of voice before speaking.

"Good! Just tell me the date and the hour and it'll be set." Said the woman before Fyodor hung up, not telling her a goodbye.

This was truly getting to him, he didn't want to leave you alone with her as he knew something bad might happen. But anyways he had security cameras hidden in specific spots so he would be alert at any time.
