Jeanette POV:

Today is the day where Claude is hosting a ball where the bratty Princess took the spotlight!!
But this is my story so I get to choose how this ends and I want it to end where she's no where above or even a inch better or higher than me.

I mean come on have you seen the villainess in every story like they are always the better one and most loved in the story which means Athanasia is not a fan favorite. You may be wondering how I know that well it was because of my other self she told me all about the actual world out where the world is treated equally.

Which I love that but, Athanasia can't be higher than anyone else. I mean I would allow other people to be better than me but, HER heh! Not in a million years!

{When I was thinking in my mind my door suddenly opened I turned my head around to see who opened my door and why didn't they knock before coming in!?}

Maid "Greeting Princess Jeanette I hope your excited about the ball Your Majesty is hosting" the maid said.

"Oh my of course I am! I mean who wouldn't it's the best day of my life!!" I said "happily" somewhat I'm not but I have to act and I mean the only reason I'm going is because I have no choice whatsoever and because I want to show off me dress in front of miss bratty!

Maid "I'm glad your excited but, we have to hurry I know it's still daylight but, we have to get you prepared because your whole attire is gonna take a very long time to put on." The maid said while she bowed.

"Oh well it's fine so let's get ready!"

After awhile we were finished and the ball was about to begin in about less than 5 minutes.

Maid "Oh my your so beautiful Princess Jeanette" The maid said while slightly smiled.

"Why thank you" I said while smiling. "Everyone knows I'm beautiful you look like a rag.." I whispered.

Maid "Did you say something Princess Jeanette?"

"Oh I just said everyone knows that your work payed off and you look like a goddess!" I said while somehow smiling.
She blushed embarrassed about what I said even though I didn't even mean it.

Maid "My goodness Princess Jeanette it's almost time I will get going now goodbye" the maid said while fast walking.

"Oh ok then ciao!"

The ball was gonna begin in 3...2....1..

I heard them call for me to come out I walked out and walked down the stairs and everyone looked at me in awe and I looked over to Athanasia she looked somewhat annoyed and mad well I don't care enough to even look at her.

I was walking down until I saw my father and Claude standing there and it looked like they were having a showdown which one another I think they were about to fight which one gets to dance with me.

"Hey Father and Papa!" Yes I call Claude papa deal with it!

"Hey sweetie you look beautiful like always!" My father said to me while smiling I knew he was smirking looking at Athanasia I was confused for a second til I looked over and saw him looking at her and I turned my head towards him and smirked as well.

"Greetings Lady Jeanette" Claude said so formally whatsoever.

After the greetings and the complements we were about to dance but they were acting like child to see who would dance with me first and apparently the Emperor dance's with the Princess first my Father was mad but, I promised that I would dance with me after Claude.

We started going off slow and went fast by only little til I felt myself getting pulled off the ground and I remembered this part where Athanasia accidentally stepped on Claude's foot so he picked up and spin her in the air but, I didn't stepped on his feet which would mean he did it because he felt like it not like HER.

I giggled while he picked me up and he sat me on the ground again while everyone clapped I looked over to see Athanasia face she was stunned and so mad which made me smirked at her and she somehow saw my face and she was shocked to see me look at her with such a face.

I stuck my tongue out only a bit towards her and she rolled her eyes and I think Claude saw her rolled her eyes at me. I saw him walking towards her and she looked up kinda shocked to see him interact with her until when she asked if he wanted to dance with her he slapped her face in front of everyone at the ball.

"Oh..! Hey daddy are you gonna ask me to dance with you because I would love to- *SMACK*

Athanasia held on the cheek Claude slapped her at. "Don't you ever roll your eyes at Princess Jeanette remember your place and remember what you did to her when you too where children."
Claude said sternly.

Athanasia looked over to me and I was giving her a death glare while snicking quietly.

My Father looked over towards me and saw what I was doing to Athanasia and slightly chuckled my mom asked what he was chuckling about. He told her everything that has happen and what I did to make Claude slap Athanasia. She snicked.

My Mother looked over to Diana and saw her face was disappointed. "Lady Diana don't be disappointed I just think Athanasia is being ungrateful right now okay so breathe I know she is a lot and I still don't forgive her about what she did to my poor Jeannettey but you have to breathe okay?" My Mother tried to sound calm but, she was annoyed about Diana.

"Okay thanks Lady Penelope!" Diana smiled which when she smiles there's a lot of stars around her face which just makes me go blind for how bright it is.

"Oh my of course Lady Diana" My Mother forced a smiled across her face.

While they were doing their thing I looked over and saw a boy with dark blue hair and blue eyes that had a cat like shape. I mean when you look into his eyes you just feel your being hypnotize I think I stared for to long because he looked over to me. I quickly turned my head back and faces towards the ground. In the distance I saw him walking away.

I wanted to follow him so I looked around to see if everyone is busy doing their own things and saw everyone is busy so I took my chance and quickly got out of there and went to follow the boy to wherever he is. I heard footsteps near by so quickly followed them so I wouldn't lose them they were getting louder by the second and I looked around to see we are in the garden.

"I wonder why he's in the garden?" I whispered and suddenly I hear him stop. So I quickly stopped so he wouldn't hear my footsteps and I slowly took a peak to see what he was doing and I saw him picking something off the ground and when he looked back I quickly turned my back and hid behind the wall.

'I hope he didn't see me!' While screaming in my mind I peaked one more time and saw him gone did he already walked away I didn't hear footsteps or was I in the zone that much?!? I thought while screaming because I followed this boy and he's already gone!

While I was screaming in my mind I heard a voice behind me and I jumped and turned my head quickly to see who it was and it was...

The boy!?

He was right behind my but how I didn't hear him nor saw him beside me like only 3 seconds.

"Why are you stalking me huh?!" The boy said angrily.

"AHH- ehh! How did you get there!? And btw I wasn't stalking you I just followed you because you look like a- uhh um... robber! Yeah!" I said trying to sound sassy like I usually am but with him he's just I don't know how to explain it but he just makes me feel what type of way I never felt in my life.

"The hell does btw mean and yes you were I knew from when you looked at me from the party."

"Whatever and btw means by the way idiot!"

"I'm not a idiot cutie!" The boy said - wait what did he call me!

"Eh- did you just call me cutie!!" I blushed super red while looking like I'm about to pass out right here and fall onto the ground.

"What I didn't call you cutie I called you umm- ehh-"

"See you did Neko!"

"I'm not a Neko excuse you!"

"Yes you are you look like a cat!"

"Not uh!"

"Uh huh!"

We kept going back and forth until I heard someone calling my name.

"Well I gotta go before I go what's your name Neko?"

"Whatever and don't call me that and It's Jeremy"

"Just Jeremy?"

"Yes"

"I'm not a peasant!"

"Why yes you are you don't have a last name!"

"I just don't wanna tell you but you should go now your people must be wondering why your at now I gotta go as well bye Bangs"

The boy smirked and ran off the smile made my heart skip a beat is this....

Anyways after that night I went towards whoever was calling my name and after the chaos that happen when I followed the boy the ball was over and I went towards my room took an shower and layer in my bed thinking about the boy.

'That boy hm... why wouldn't he tell me his last name is he hiding something big...? Whatever not my business to tell I gonna go to sleep now.
