~First call

The Ghostbusters dine on Chinese take, but the girls prefer to eat salad.  Camila sat down on the table while Charli stand up with her salad bowl in her hands, "To our first customer." Peter said raising his beer up, the other raised their soda/ beers. "To our first and only customer." Ray said.

"I got to take out some petty cash, we should take her out to dinner." Peter explained to the other which earned a stifle chuckle from the girls, "Uh, this magnificent feast here," Ray said gesturing his chopsticks to the food. "represents the last of the petty cash." which earned a nod in agreement from Charli.

"Slow down, chew your food." Camila said to Ray who's eating his food to fast, he then slowly chewed his food. Suddenly the alarm for a call went off, all The Ghostbusters head shot up "A call!" Ray exclaimed as he shot up from the dining table and slid down on the pole follow by the others.

The five quickly put on their beige overalls with their nametags on them, they quickly went inside the Ecto-1 and drive towards the location. The Sedgewick Hotel.

The Ghostbusters went inside the hotel, Peter then shouted out "Has anybody seen a ghost!?" which earned a chuckled from Camila who's putting her hair up to a ponytail. The guest look at them and make small comments about them, then the manage walks up to them "Thank you for coming so quickly." which scared Peter.

"The guests are starting to ask questions and I'm running out of excuses." The manager explained to The Ghostbusters.

"Has it happened before?" Ray ask.

"Well, most of the original staff knows about the twelfth floor; the disturbances, I mean. But it's been quiet for years! Up until two weeks ago. It was never, ever this bad, though." He replied to Ray.

"Did you ever report it to anyone?" Egon ask The manager.

"Heavens! No!" he replied, Egon rolled his eyes and mutter something under his breath.

"The owners don't even like us to talk about it, I hope we can take care of this. Quietly, tonight!" The Hotel manager said.

"Yes sir, don't worry." Charli reassured the worried manager.

"We handle this kind of thing all the time!" Ray said with a smile, The Ghostbusters walk towards the elevator were a man smoking a cigar was waiting for an available elevator. "What are you supposed to be, some kind of a cosmonaut?" He ask while staring at them.

"No, we're exterminators," Peter said with a chuckle, "Someone saw a cockroach up on twelve."

"That's gotta be some cockroach."

"Bite your head off, man." Peter said under his breath, the the elevator door ding as a couple walk out as The Ghostbusters walk in. "Going up?" Ray as the man, "I'll take the next one." he said to him. Ray walk in the elevator, the five stared at floor indicator in silent. While Charli stared at it while playing with a ribbon that she'll sometimes use when she's nervous or excited, in this case, both.

Egon would occasionally sneak glances at her from time to time, "You know, it just occurred to me, we haven't had a completely successful test of this equipment." Ray said to the four.

"I blame myself." Egon confessed.

"So do I." Peter said.

"No sense worrying about it now." Ray said.

"Why worry? Each of us is wearing an unlicensed nuclear accelerator on his or her back." Peter said sarcastically.

"Yep, Let's get ready. Switch me on." Ray said to one of them, Egon turn on the proton pack on Ray's pack. He slowly grabbed onto Charli's arm as the two slowly back up to the corner of the elevator, squishing both Camila and Peter in the process. (Literally one of my favorite moments in this film)

The elevator door dinged as The Ghostbusters walk out while Egon and Ray were hunched over with their proton in hands, the four then hear a squeak from their left. As a flash of lightning Ray and Egon blast their proton beams at the source of the noise, Peter and Charli realize the squeak came from from The Handmaidens cart. Charli quickly put her on Egon's arm as Peter yelled out "Hold it!"

The Handmaiden peek out from the cart "What the hell are you doing?" she ask The Ghostbusters, all five of them mutter out their apologies for frighting the poor handmaiden.

"Well, that's a successful test." Charli said to the others, "I guess so, I think we'd better split up." Ray said to the four. They agreed with the plan of splitting up, Charli went with Peter as Camila went with Egon while Ray went alone.

With Peter and Charli, the two walk around as Peter stare at Charli with out her knowing "You're staring, Peter." she said to him. Peter scoff "I'm surprise you decided to go with me instead of Spengs." he said to her.

"Well, it doesn't really help that you sometimes flirt with me from time to time." Charli said to him.

"I don't' flirt with you." He somewhat lied to her, she giggle and shook her head. The two continue talking until Peter stopped in his tracks, "What is it?" she ask him. Peter grab her chin and focus it on what he's looking at, there's a green ghost with long arms with no legs. Peter slowly let go of Charli's chin and reaches for his walkie talkie, "Come in, Ray." Peter nonchalantly said.

"Venkman! I saw it! I saw it! I saw it!" Ray exclaimed through the walkie talkie.

"It's right here, Ray. It's looking at me and Charli."

"He's an ugly little spud, isn't he?" Ray jokingly ask.

"I think he can hear you, Ray." Charli said to him.

"Don't move, it won't hurt you." Ray calmly said to the two, as the ghost charges towards them. The two screamed as Peter use Charli as protection. But that didn't work and the ghost charges pass them, knocking them to the ground leaving them slimed.

Ray ran towards and saw the two on the ground covered in slime, he knelt down next to Charli "What happened? Are you two okay?" He frantically ask them.

"He slimed me." Peter said spitting out slime from his mouth.

"That's great! Actual physical contact! Can you move?" He ask Peter, Ray walkie talkie went off "Ray! Come in please!"  Egon's voice broke through the walkie talkie. "Spengler! I'm with Venkman and Charli! They got slimed!" He exclaimed.

"That's great, Ray! Save some for me! Get down here right away. It just went into a ballroom."

Ray helped Charli up who helped Peter up, the three went to the ballroom where Egon and Camila waited for them. Camila walk up and help her sister, "Qué te pasa?" What happen to you?

"Adelgazada por un fantasma." Slimed by a ghost, the sister giggled as Egon wiped some slime off of her shoulder and her short hair. "Are you alright?" he ask her, she nodded at his question.

The Ghostbusters walk inside the ballroom as Ray and Egon talk to the manager and soon joined the the others, they look up to see the ghost flying around the chandelier. "Ready? Throw it!" Ray exclaimed as the group shot at the ghost but hit the chandelier that fell and broke onto a table, " I did that! That's my fault!" Ray apologetically said.

"That's okay, the table broke the fall." Peter said sarcastically.

"There's something very important I forgot to tell you." Egon announced to the group.

"What is it?" Charli ask now sounding very worried.

"Don't cross the streams." He replied with a cautious voice.

"Why?" Peter ask.

"It would be bad." Egon said.

"I'm fuzzy on the whole good-bad thing. What do you mean, bad?"

"Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light."

"Total protonic reversal." Charli, Ray, and Camila said in unison while looking at one another.

"All right, that's bad, okay. Important safety tip, don't cross the streams. Thanks, Egon" Peter said, he then instructed the other to take sides.  He order Ray and Camila to fire, but missed him. He called out For Egon and Charli to catch him but missed as Egon accidentally wreak the bar.

" I need some room to put the trap down. Give me some room!" Ray said to the four as both Egon and Charli throw a table away as both Ray and Camila slid the trap to the center. "Okay, on my go signal. Spengler, Charli,  I want a confinement stream from you. Okay? Go!" He instructed as the two fire their proton at the ghost.

"Okay, hold him up there. He's gonna move, hold him up. Go!" Ray Instructed Peter as he fires his at the ghost.

"Start bringing him down, start bringing him down. You got him. Don't cross the streams!" Ray order the others as they start bringing the ghost closer to the trap.

"All right. I'm opening the trap, don't look directly into the trap!" Ray steps onto the pedal that open up the trap. The light caught Egon's attention, "I looked at the trap, Ray!" he said as his eye widen which earned an eye roll from Charli.

"Get ready. I'm closing it, now!" He said as the four stopped firing and look away as the green ghost got sucked inside. It was silent as the only noise came from the trap as it hiss and beeped, Egon crouch down and examine to make sure that the ghost is in there. "It's in there." he confirmed with a small smile.

"Well, that wasn't such a chore, now, was it?" Ray said with a laugh which earned a look from Egon.

Peter open the door and yelled out "We came, we saw, we kicked its ass!"  The manager stood in shock, "Did you see it? What is it?" he ask in disbelief Ray walk out with a trap in hand that still smoking. "We got it!" he said holding it up still, " Will there be any more of them?" he ask holding up a cloth in his hands.

"Sir, what you have there is what we refer to as a focused, non-terminal repeating phantasm, or a Class Five full roaming vapor. Real nasty one, too!" Ray explained as he cough from the smoke, Peter cleared his throat and explained to the manager "Now, Let's talk seriously, now. For the entrapment, we're gonna have to ask you for four big ones. Four thousand dollars for that. But we are having a special this week on proton charging and storage of the beast, and that's only going to come to one thousand dollars, fortunately."

"Five thousand dollars? I had no idea it would be so much. I won't pay it." The manager said.

"Well, that's all right! We can just put it right back in there." Camila said gesturing for Ray to put the trap back into the ballroom, "We certainly can, Dr. Lopez." Ray said with a smirk and started to walk inside.

"All right! I'll pay anything!" The manager crie dout.

Peter smiled and write out a receipt "Pleasure doing business."He gave the manager the receipt, "Thank you! Hope we can help you again!" Ray said as the five walk out of the hotel, who Earned their titles as The Ghostbusters.
