"Y/n! Wake up! You're having another nightmare again!" The earth manipulator said, shaking the h/c haired female. She shot her eyes open "NOO!" She yelled, sweat covering all of her face mixed with her tears. "Q-quake?" He looked at her with sympathy then pulling her in his embrace, "don't cry I'm here... You're with me" he soothingly said, feeling two arms hugging back. "Q-quake... M-my parents they.... *hiccup* they-" "shhh, I know I know" he brushed her hair with his fingers which made her comfortable.

"Hey, Quake commander-" Cyclone opened the door and saw the two hugging each other, the couple looked at the wind manipulator, their faces flushed in an instant and pulled away from the hug. "Uhh sorry sorry... You can continue what you two are doing" he said then closing the door, "so, let's go downstairs it's time for breakfast," he said, helping her to stand up. The two descended downstairs and saw the others at the table already, "good morning y/n" Granddad said, he was sitting on the couch, sipping his tea while watching tv. "Good morning granddad," she said smiling a bit. Afterward, you joined the others at the breakfast table.

"Want to help at the shop today y/n?" Quake asked, she nodded as a response and followed her boyfriend to the Shop. Once they reached their destination they saw Koko Ci waiting in front of the shop, once he saw the two he went closer to them. "Good morning commander!" Quake stated while saluting "Good morning cadet, today Quake I'm assigning you to a mission with Thunderstorm." He explained which made the girl beside him have a troubled look. She was sad that her beloved boyfriend had to leave once again and she'll be left alone. "But commander. Can't it be Solar or whoever is unoccupied?" Quake said, the commander sigh and fixed his sunglasses.

"Y/n dear, can you please stay with the others for a while. I need to discuss with Quake privately" Koko Ci said, she nodded, she took a last glance at Quake then left. "Hi y/n!" Thorn beamed smiling brightly, she smiled back and nod. But something hit her, when will she smile like that again? Like there's no problem that can harm her? I guess scars take time to heal.

"Where's Quaky?" He asked "he's with commander" she answered then sat at the front chair. Thorn nodded and started to work, "hey Thorn? Can I help?" She asked at the nature element. "No need Y/n, I can do this!" He assured, wiping the wet cup with a white cloth but accidentally dropping it. "Oopsie" he chuckled nervously and rapidly cleaning it up before anyone could even see it. "Don't tell grandad" he whispered to you.

"Y/n," Another voice said, she looked up to see Quake. "I'm going on a mission. Are you okay with it?" He asked, scratching his nape. "Uh... Yeah of course!" She replied but deep inside she's a wreck, the thought of Quake leaving her is hard for her. And he's leaving on a mission means another bruise, scratch, pain, and exhaustion for her beloved boyfriend. "A-alright then... I'll be leaving now" he said after kissing her forehead, he was about to leave when y/n suddenly grabbed his wrist.

"Oh and Quake... Promise me you'll come back safe and sound" she sadly stated, he smiled and said, "I promise". With that she let go of his wrist and waving goodbye to him, mouthing 'Good luck, I love you'. 'I love you too' he mouthed back. (Author-chan: WTH SANA ALL!)

Quake hopped on the spaceship along with his brother, eyes still glued to the female who was waving goodbye at him. As soon as the spaceship disappeared so as the h/c haired female's smile faded. "Worried about him y/n?" Solar said popping out of nowhere "kinda" she answered "kinda? More like you're very worried. Don't worry Y/n, we're talking about Quake here. I know he'll come back to you alive" he reassured making the female smile.

It's been weeks and still no sign of the two boys. This made Y/n worried about the fact that they haven't been home, they should've finished the mission earlier right? She tried her best to think positive, I mean it's not the first time that quake had to leave for so long. Though still, she's feeling more and more anxious, what's worse is that she started to vomit every time she felt scared for the earth manipulator.

"W-what i-if... H-he-" "y/n calm down, you're starting to hyperventilate" Cyclone rubbed your back, trying to calm your unusual breathing. "Yeah, Quaky will come back!" Thorn beamed with his innocent determined face. "Y-you guys are right... Thanks for calming me" she thanked "don't mention it... It's our job to protect our boss' girlfriend or else" Cyclone paused imagining the things Quake will do if they let y/n get hurt.

Months have passed and still... No thunderstorm or Quake insight, and furthermore it's been also months ago since they contacted them. But later on, they couldn't contact the two, "still no Quake nor Thunderstorm Commander" Fang said clicking buttons and typing on the large keyboard. "Try to use our enhanced tracker, they can't be far from us," Koko Ci said. Fang nodded and typed rapidly, soon he found something that made him back away from the screen.

"Fuck" he cursed under his breath, "commander I think I found them," he said, "where?!" He looked closely at the monitor and afterward backing up. "They're... Dead" he said seeing the skulls with their dino caps, little do they know someone behind them heard and saw what happened. Her tears fell like rain, knowing another meaningful person had left her again, "Is this my living nightmare? Why is this happening to me? Why Quake? Why not me instead?" She clasped her hand into her mouth preventing her cries to be heard.

She ran to her room surpassing every elemental that she encountered. "Eh! Is y/n crying?" Blaze asked his twin, ice "nope maybe she put her saliva on her eyes. Of course, she's crying you moron!"

She banged the door closed and fell on the floor, she could feel her stomach grumbling, pleading to let out the food she ate a while ago. She ran to the bathroom and started to puke, feeling the burning in her throat. She placed her head on the toilet seat with her arms as the pillow, mourning for her deceased lover. "He promised... He promised he'll come back... But... In the end... He lied" she cried, trying to wipe it away but it comes falling back.

"I'm scared... I'm... Scared..." She sobbed, feeling afraid of everything, it was death who took her parents' life, and now it was death who took her boyfriend's existence. She could feel the agony her parents felt when they died and all she could do was stare from afar, and now she had to deal with Quake's death. She couldn't understand but she felt afraid... She never felt this afraid before. And soon she knew that she was "Scared to death" she mumbled. Well, it's true though, the thought of leaving your loved ones in this world, it just made her heartbreak into pieces.

She decided to lock herself in her room, not wanting to face reality, not wanting to even see her life getting suck into extinction. Weeks passed and everyone was still depressed by the two elementals' death, y/n though became skinnier than ever due to vomiting too much. She tried to be healthy, so she wouldn't meet her Grimm reaper, but unfortunately, luck wasn't coming to her way. Instead, she became more and more lifeless, what's more, painful than feeling dead while still alive.

Few months passed and something had happened. A large strange spaceship landed on earth, to be specific, in front of granddad's shop. Everyone readied their fighting stance just in case it might be another power sphere hunter, but no, once the door opened it released a huge smoke and revealed two familiar faces. "THUNDER! QUAKE!" They all yelled (nope y/n wasn't here. Still on her room) running to the two's direction. "YOU TWO! WE THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!" Ying yelled, "yeah I even saw your skulls on the screen!" Fang said "oh that! It was some random skulls me and Thunder found to use as a distraction" Quake explained.

"Oh my goodness my grandsons," Atok said hugging the two, "goodness I'm so happy you two are alive," Koko ci said sighing in relief. Quake looked around to find a certain someone but no sign of her. "Where's y/n?!" He asked "Quake... She's..." "In her room" Ice cuts off Thorn, Quake ran to their house and dashed to the h/c haired female's room. "He needs to know himself" Ice explained to his younger brother. "Hey, thunder any souvenirs?" Cyclone said "yeah I have and I've been itching to give it to you," Thunder said then throwing a punch at him, "that's for secretly putting a Pikachu talking doll on my bag" "owww"

Quake excitedly dashed to y/n's room but found it locked. "Y/n?" He called but no answer "y/n!!" He yelled banging on the door, "go away Solar" she said, then it hit him they all had the same voices. "It's me Quake!" He said "Stop pranking me... This isn't the best time" She sobbed he could hear her whimpers so he did what he had to do. He broke her door into pieces. (Sorry door... R.I.P)

She looked at her now broken door and was about to yell at the freaking person who broke her door when she saw a familiar face. "Q-quake?" She stuttered, Quake smiled and went closer to her. He pulled her to his embrace, y/n couldn't believe it. Quake's here, he's here, and he's presently hugging her. "Quake" she started to cry from joy, "y/n I missed you" he whispered to her. "I miss you too" he pulled away from the hug and smiled at her.

But his smile soon faded once he saw how skinny she is, "what happened to you?" He asked holding out her arm, "i-i... I don't know... I-i started to vomit... When you... When... I... Thought you died... When I'm feeling anxious... Scared" tears falling like a river. He placed his hand into the female's cheek and looked at her with worry and pity. "I'm sorry... I'm sorry I let you become like this" he said, tears began to form from the corner of his eyes. "Quake I was scared" she screeched.

"I was scared that you were gone for good" she added hiccuping (is that a word? Nah I don't care) from time to time. "No, I wasn't... I'm here y/n... I'm here beside you" he said pulling her into another hug. "I thought death came to you... I was scared that it might come for me too" she added "I'm scared of losing my life Quake, I'm scared of losing someone important to me" she shrieked, he brushed her tangled locks soothing her aching heart.

He pulled away from the hug then cupped her face "I won't let you die Y/n... And I won't die so easily, I vowed my life to you. You're my Euphoria y/n... Don't be afraid... I'm here, I won't let anything happen to you... I love you y/n... I really do" he confessed pressing his forehead against hers. "I love you too Quake... And thank you... Thank you for coming back to me" and with that said he pulled her into a passionate kiss.

"Dude I think we shouldn't peek on them" Cyclone whispered to Blaze "Nah don't worry he won't see us. Damn, I wish I have a girl too" Blaze whined silently "if you ever had a girl, she would be blind" Ice said taking a sip from his drink. While Thorn was looking at them, seeing how love can change one's life.

Author-chan: eyy!! I finished another request thank goodness, I was supposed to publish this tomorrow but I felt a little bit guilty not doing it so I did what's best... And I'm really super sorry if it's bad, my mindset is not in it's best condition. Because we had to enroll for this school year, FREAK IT! I thought it was canceled but no! They just had to continue it! Not that I hate school it's just... Online classes are boring!! I don't know how I felt this way about school because ever since I was a freshman in high school I would usually happily go to school... But now I just hate it!
