It's too sudden for him, the words swirled in his head as if he took drugs. "Y-y/n y- you're j-joking... Right?" He stuttered and was still able to smile even though he was despondent.

"I'm sorry Boboiboy, it's just... We're not for each other... Goodbye" she started to walk away from him with a heavy chest, she was then stopped by a hand wrapped around her wrist. She was pulled back as her face collided with his chest. "You're wrong we're perfect for each other. Even if you don't see it, I'll make sure you do" he whispered "just please. Don't leave me" he added tears began to flow out of his eyes.

She was really against this breakup she's proposing but she knows deep inside that they needed space. It might sounds off but something tells her to let him go.

She forced herself out of his grasp and sent him a sad stare before leaving him completely.

His eyes lingered on her figure, falling into his knees whilst the female wiped her visible tears.

He was busy filing reports from the recent events in school. And to his notice he sensed that she had been quiet the whole time, clutching her clipboard close to her bosom.

"Y/n dear, are you okay?" He asked eyes still glued on the laptop. Instead of receiving an answer from her all he gained was silence.

He raised his head with a gentle smile and yet worried look. "Quake" you trembled "yes dear?" He asked with love. "I... I'm resigning as your assistant and... I want to break up with you" she slammed the clipboard on his desk and ran out.

He was flabbergasted by her words, and not soon enough tears started to fall from his eyes. As the droplets fall into the keyboards. He couldn't believe it. Everything escalated so quickly that he didn't catch up. He didn't know why did she say that out of the blue.

All he knows now is that she left him.

He started begging in front of her, saying not to leave him. His world will shatter without her in his arms. "Y-y/n.. Don't leave me please... *Hiccup* if... If you don't like my attitude... I-i will change... Just, please... Don't leave me... *Hiccup*" he cried, intertwining his hands with her.

However, she began shaking him off. It's hard for her to do this, but if she won't, everything else will just turn out complicated. "I'm sorry.. this is for the best" she succeeds in removing his grasp and left permanently.

He thought she was just joking or doing another prank. Little did he know it was all true. "Aww, darling that won't work on me anymore. Let's go and grab a drink" he tried to get a hold of her, however, she was quick enough to step back.

"Cyclone, I'm not joking. I'm done... We're done" she left him without even explaining.

His smile grew wider, tears streaking his eyes. Even if he couldn't bear the truth, he tried to smile it all away. His feelings, however, were much stronger which made him break down.

"Why?... Why Y/n? Out of all people why does it had to be you who's going to leave me? I thought we had something special... And I was right, it was all just in my head"

At first, he wasn't aware of what she was saying. Not until she explained further which caused him so much pain than Solar's death in the movie.

"B-but why?" He asked, voice cracking. Still forcing a smile. "It's not you Thorn. It's me... I'm sorry... I loved you, but everything... Everything special I felt for you... Just disappeared" he broke into tears and embraced her.

"Don't leave me, please... I... I'll be alone again... I don't wanna be left alone again... I'm scared... Please don't leave Thorn... Don't leave me" he cried. She caressed his head before giving him one last kiss.

"I'm sorry Thorn... We can always be friends though" he shook his head aggressively "no! I want something more than that! I love you! I'll give you everything. Just please don't leave me. I'm scared to lose someone dear to me again" she untied his hands from her and walked away. Leaving a poor cinnamon roll crying by himself. (How dare you hurt my cinnamon roll Y/n!)

Even if he's an idiotic airhead, he's a softie. His poor heart broke with her saying each word he thought he would never hear.

"Babe... Please don't—" his hand got swatted away by her and soon after leaving him. "You're unfair Y/n... You can just leave me and throw away our relationship with ease. I wish it was that easy for me" he fell to his knees crying. (Sorry Blazy)

He wasn't aware of what happened at all. He just woke without you beside him, and all there's left was a letter. A letter which says she wanted space, he thought she meant she just wanted some time for a day...

But the truth had been unfold that she indeed wanted a lifetime space from him. He fell rock bottom from the words he read. He thought everything was going perfect, little did he know his relationship with you also fell rock bottom. For the entire week he didn't leave his room, and every night he was haunted by thoughts of why you left him.

Was he not worth it? Was he too lazy? Is the love he gave you not enough?

Leaving him was not the best idea... Why?

Cuz he freaking trashed his entire room, which contained all of his laboratory equipment. Quake and Thunder had a hard time calming the heartbroken Solar.

He became a little violent about their break up and it scared Thorn and Cyclone. That night Quake had to stay inside Solar's room preventing him to do something crazy. Since he attempted suicide earlier.

Solar might be a narcissistic scientist but he can let his ego down just for Y/n. "Quake am I not enough?" He asked, his head lowered, as he sat on the edge of his bed. Tears already formed into a small puddle. Quake sighed heavily as he pats his back, "Nothing is wrong with you Sol... It's just, there's no perfect relationship, everything must come to an end"
