𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐒𝐀𝐓 𝐀𝐓 in her pink office chair as she ate her fruit bowl while waiting for her next client. "yo leah when you get off again?" naomi asked peeping her head through the door . "my last client is at eight i got six more clients." leah explained.

" k. can aaliyah come over?" naomi asked leaning on the door as her her black curly hair fell onto her shoulder. "sure just dont be too loud." leah answerd as she turnt her head back to her ipad that was playing her playlist.

since naomi started highschool she had moved in with leah since the girl had extra space. its not like leah mind anyway naomi was like her best freind.

deleah had grabbed a strawberry from the bowl as she left her phone start to vibrate in her lap. leah looked at her screen as her heart dropped to her ass seeing it was a call from notti.

deleah didnt know what to think. she was still mad at him for how he made her feel for so long, but deleah honestly still had a spot in her heart for notti no matter what.

"hello?" leah answered placing her phone on the desk. " you working?" notti asked as he stared at deleah celing for a bit. " yeah, why?" leah asked as she propped the phone up against het lamp trying to stop herself from falling back in love with the boy.

" i wanna come see you, what time you gon be done?" notti asked showing his smile along with the diamond earrings he was wearing.

deleah aint know what to say she was just trying not to smile, like not only was notti smooth with how he said things to deleah it was the things he said that had her stuck. " i got five more clients so ill be done by five, but i'll let you know when im done." leah said quickly as if she was nervous.

" ight, ima do this session and ima get to you later." notti said before he hung up leaving leah stuck in her head. all kinds of things where racing through leah's head. at first she had doubts in her self about why she let him back in.

she knew it was wrong messing around with another girl's boyfriend but to be fair the other girl was the same bitch that was in deleah's boyfreinds face. everything was just weird..

it's not like her and notti haven't talked since her birthday to be exact ever since they talked atleast twice a week . not as much as they used to talk but hey it is what it is.

leah finished all her clients leaving her with one more and her last break of the day.

leah just leaned back in her chair shutting her eyes for a second just to clear her mind, it was a tactic she often used to control her anxiety and emotions. soft calm music filled the room it might've came off depressing to others but if leah listened to something to hype she would be hype and the girl needed to be calm.

leah opened her eyes realizing her break was over and her next client was here. the girl got up adjusting her side part low ponytail before getting up going to answer the door.

"he－ leah stopped in her tracks realizing her client was the one person she was once close with and that she now hated. not only for playing in her face but for speaking on the girls dead father. it was either stand on business or get active.

"oh my gosh.. deleah! i missed you soo much im glad your doing my nailss i saw one of your videos and was like omg i need her but i didnt know it was you!! ugh i missed you." 𝐍𝐘𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐀 spoke as leah just looked at her as if she was crazy. but leah had to suck it up and just get the appointment over with.

"mhm, follow me." leah said as the girl followed to the mini shop leah had in a room. "so how have you been?" nyasia asked sitting in the other chair staring directly at deleah as for deleah she couldn't even look at nyasia without wanting to beat her face in.

"im ok." leah replied dryly as she bounced her leg under the table against the carpented floors while grabbing all her tools that she was going to need.

an awkward thick silence was filled in the room between the two as nyasia was still staring at deleah. "so your not gonna ask how ive been? so rude." nyasia huffed as leah sucked her teeth and began prepping nyasia's nails.

" i hope you're still not mad about what happened between notti, like i get yall where together but like he knew what he wanted .. so you cant really be mad." nyasia began yapping immediately making deleah stop what she was doing and mug the girl.

" can you shut the fuck up! like ion even fuck with you." leah snapped before she started hydrating the girls cuticles. nyasia flipped her braids over her shoulder just staying quiet letting leah do her job.

an hour passed as leah finished up on nyasia's nails. " im done." leah said dismissing the girl since she didnt have to pay due to her paying ahead of time. nyasia stood up from the chair quickly leaving.

deleah just closed her eyes shoving her hands the pockets of the green cropped jacket she had on.

" leah someones at the door!" naomi yelled from her room alerting deleah as the girl groaned before going to the door answering it just to see notti standing there with the biggest smile on his face.

" you okay?" notti asked seeing how the girl had a blank expression on her face, " no bro, im tired." deleah said as she went down the hall to her room as notti followed. "what happened?"  the boy asked as he stared over at the girl laying across her bed.

" your bitch ass girlfriend." leah spoke looking over at notti as he looked confused, " what she do?" notti asked. " she was my last client and she went to just talking and she aint even apologize about dissin my deads, she immediately thought everything was about her and you." deleah vented.

" so you mad at me now?" notti asked poking the girl, " no, i just want you to make your mind up." leah said honestly. referring to notti still messing with both girls.

" bro leah you know i want you, and you only." notti spoke again, " no tf, if that was true you wouldn't be sneaking around, and you would've told everyone you single." leah spoke.

it was dead silence mainly due to notti trying to come up with something to say. " leah."－ "hm?" the girl hummed as she opened her eyes once again.

" can we just start over." notti said as leah sat up on the bed with one of her legs laying across notti's lap making full on eye contact with the boy. " yeah.. whenever you dont got a girlfriend." the girl said being petty .

" mtch. you get on my nerves." notti said as he gently nudged the girl. leah just laughed as she got up out of her bed grabbing her mac book, doing some christmas shopping.

leah layed on her stomach swinging het legs in the air, as notti layed against her pillows at the top of bed watching rick and morty as the girls led lights where llighting up the whole room.

" wanna go christmas shopping with me?" leah asked looking back at notti as a smile spread across his face . as both teens rolled off the bed going in to different sides of the room as leah went to her closet changing into a gray two peice with a flannel jacket with her nike socks layered ontop of her gray leggings.

leah took her pretty black straight hair out of the low ponytail letting it  fall on her shoulders as she grabbed her bag posing taking a quick picture in the body mirror.

" ready?" notti asked as leah slid on her slides nodding. notti put his arm around deleah as the two took the elevator down to the parking garage. the two had got into notti's car as leah immediately connected her phone to the car playing her playlist.

" wanna tell you that i like you but i dont cause im not sure. i should take her heart and spoil her then love her till she sore. i should break her heart in four and ion want her anymore." leah sung ' love and war ' using her phone like it was a mic .

the two arrived at target as the two got out the car walking inside the target holding hands. leah grabbed a cart as notti walked along side deleah. " first lets go get some stuff for naomi, she texted me a list." leah said looking at her phone as notti just admired leah.

he was so mad at himself he let his attitude get in the way of his relationship. he often thought back to that night where he ended things with her, if only he listened to her. he was mad at himself for even allowing her to not to talk to him for soo long.

leah had went over to the make up isle as notti followed, " black or yellow?" leah asked notti showing him the two color star patches in her hands as he quickly picked the black as leah tossed it in the cart along with some other stuff.

" where too next?" notti asked as leah sat in the cart. "toy isle, i gotta get tj some more stuff." leah said as the two headed that way.

leah hopped out the cart grabbing a pool noodle hitting notti upside the head with it as notti grabbed one doing the same. " oh my goshh! look they got lego flowers!" leah said with the box in her hands spinning in a circle out of excitement. notti just smiled he love how childish leah was.

" ok, so two nerf guns for tj, two lego sets and he said he wants airpod pros." leah said as she put all the stuff in the cart. " anything else?" notti asked as he walked over to leah resting on her shoulder. " nope, but i need more christmas decor!" leah said getting hyper again. " calm down before you mess around and fall again." notti said referring to how he tripped her earlier with a pool noodle.

" that was cause you tripped me." leah testified as her and notti headed over to the elctronic area getting the airpods before going over to the decor.

" smell this." leah said holding the candle up to notti's face, " it smells like vanilla." notti said as leah laughed. leah thought notti was the right person for her, but the way he had her in her feelings for almost six months was the reason she tried keeping her gaurd up with him.

leah had made eye contact with notti mainly due to him staring at her, "what?" leah asked still with a smile on her face. "nothing..."
