It has been many months or years to say since the High Cloud Sextet was formed and started fighting in the battlefield together to defend the Loufo against the Disciples of the Sanctus Medicus, enemies by Yaoshi, The Abundance. Yingxing was getting old turning his hair white and  kinda was feeling a little in love with Dan Feng  but never confessed that everybody was waiting but didn't do pressure. Mei spent more time with Baiheng and Jing Yuan, Jing Yuan sometimes let her come to the Divine Foresight to hang out and then sometimes go to his place to play chess. The group except Mei was hanging out in Scalegorge Waterscape, drinking and sparring, Mei needed to go back to Yaoqing for a urgent message from her friend of Rubilia, the scientist famous in Xianzhou Yaoqing.

Meanwhile in Xianzhou Yaoqing, Mei entered in the laboratory of Rubilia and did see Ruby staring at her as Mei is confused. Mei once met Ruby as Rubilia creation when Rubilia told her to come to Yaoqing. Mei did see a letter in a table and did sit in a chair and read it

Mei read it as she looked at Ruby who looked shy and Mei just smiled at her, she grabs Ruby hand and starts leading her to a starskiff to go to the Xianzhou Loufo to meet up with her friends since she's very late already. They arrive to the Xianzhou Loufo, Mei buys snacks for Ruby in Aurum Alley and then takes her to Scalegorge Waterscape to meet up with her friends.

Meanwhile in Scalegorge Waterscape, Jing Yuan and Baiheng were cheering for Jingliu and Yingxing during their battle sparring, Yingxing and Jingliu decided to spar to see who's better, Jingliu did win against Yingxing as Yingxing sighs in defeat as Mei clapped her hands after the match ended as Ruby still was eating the snacks she had as they did watched the match making everybody look at her and a Ruby as Baiheng did run to Mei to give her a tight hug as Ruby just watched

"You're here! Where you were? We were waiting for you!" Baiheng says happily while hugging tight Mei until she finally let go of the hug and looks at Ruby who looked shy and nervous as Baiheng investigated at her and then smiled  "Who is this? Don't tell me you did kidnapped a kid from another planet" Baiheng teases Mei as Mei sighs and shakes her head as Jing Yuan, Jingliu, Dan Feng and Yingxing stop what they are doing and focus on the conversation

"No, she's not from another planet, this is Ruby, one of my friend's creation in the laboratory, she left me in charge of her while she's in Vera-IVV, so please don't pressure her and act natural" Mei says looking at everybody and mostly to Baiheng making everybody to smirk as Baiheng is offended by her

"What do you mean? I act natural!" Baiheng huffs crossing her arms looking away as Mei raises an eyebrow of 'Are you sure about that?' as Baiheng sighs in defeat putting her hands in the air "Alright, you're right, I will try to act natural, anyways, good to meet you, Ruby! My name is Baiheng, an Foxian archer and one of the Xianzhou Loufo defenders. This is Jingliu, the swordmaster champion, Yingxing, from the Xianzhou Zhuming, Dan Feng or you can call him Yinyue-Jun if you want, he's an Vidyadhara and the only one here and lastly Jing Yuan, the General of the Xianzhou Loufo!"  Baiheng says as Ruby nods at the names and the group and Ruby enjoy each other thinking everything could've perfect and nothing would've happened.
