As you can see (or read) Rengoku is an energetic and sweet man.

Zenitsu: Uhmm.., Sir Rengoku... I don't think that will work...

Tanjiro: maybe it would! Im not really sure though...

Inosuke: Hahahaha! Let the King of the Mountains search for Giyuu!

Tanjiro: ahahaha.. Inosuke I thin-

And the girls come out, wow.

Mitsuri: Ah! It was fun talking to you guys!

Shinobu: well yeah!

Giyuu: it was fun, I guess..

Kanao: it was indeed... Fun....

Aoi: w- well it was fun!

Nezuko: I really liked talking with you all!

In the end the girls had to explain everything, yup, everything to the boys.

One morning, Giyuu had woke up earlier than normal, she checked her calendar and saw it was her birthday! So she wore her maid outfit and quickly got ready and went downstairs.

Giyuu: hmm...

Giyuu had seemed more lively today.

Sanemi: hmm? Whats wrong? Your more happier than usual.

Giyuu: huh? Nothing! It was a little boost from how good my sleep was!

Sanemi had already knew about her birthday and already set it up, it was in a giant mansion which Sanemi had prepared for Giyuu's birthday.

Sanemi: hehe...

Giyuu: why are you laughing?

Sanemi: it's nothing...

A few hours later.. Around 2-3 hours later.

Giyuu: I wonder why no one seems to notice it is my birthday...

Meanwhile.. In the mansion...

Sanemi: get the balloons up! Get the decorations ready! Make the cake! Get the food!

Everyone was rushing to prepare the mansion for Giyuu's birthday.

Maid 1 (Nora): Yes sir!
Maid 2 (Sari): Yes!

Sanemi: ahh.. This will take a long time...

After a few minutes the mansion was done and Sanemi called Giyuu there.

As Giyuu walked in, she saw the entrance was filled with rose petals and roses

Giyuu: huh? That's weird...

Once Giyuu was inside, she got startled by the loud party crackers and every one shouting "surprise!" At the same time.

Giyuu: uh- ah! Ahh..

Sanemi: don't think we forgot your birthday, Giyuu.!

Giyuu: I thought you all forgot..

Mrs, Shinuzagawa: Oh Dear! Don't think that way!

Mr, Shinuzagawa: Yes! It's just a little prank we did.

Giyuu: oh.. I see..

She said as she smiled, she received many presents that it would fill up one corner of her room. Her room is intensely big

Giyuu: ahh.., so many presents.. I should open them...

Most of her gifts were dresses and stuffed toys, while some were toys of Sanemi (wow surprising) since some of the maids thought Giyuu liked Sanemi. And there was even a bit of weird things like lingerie, some surprisingly thin maid outfits and even a mouth gag- (I don't know what that is for)

Giyuu: wow, many things I don't know. And whats this? She picks up the lingerie and mouth gag   oh I see...

And the day ended with Giyuu laying on her bed and sleeping,
