The sound of wedding bells was a weird sound to Elise's ears. They weren't familiar. She hadn't been to many weddings, maybe one or two that she could remember. Bella and Theodore Nott got married, and she went to their wedding and got to be the maid of honour speaking as the bride's best friend. She went to Blaise and Pansy's wedding as well, and Draco was the best man to Blaise, the groom. But this wedding was different, it felt different in fact entirely different. Instead of Bella being the bride, Elise was. And instead of Blaise being the groom, Draco was.

This was their wedding, Draco and Elise's wedding. It felt nerve racking, scary, and a whole lot more, neither of them felt this way at their friend's weddings. Though it didn't necessarily feel wrong either.

"Nervous?" Bella asks Elise as she puts the last pin into Elise's hair. Because Elise's hair was so short, she got extensions put into her hair, she was unsure how it would turn out, but Bella made magic happen and made her look and feel beautiful. Her hair was in a braided crown with gentle, soft, curles dropping down around her head.

Her mother did her makeup, light pink eye shadow, a small amount of eye liner with the smallest wing at the corner of her eyes, mascara, blush, and lipgloss with a small amount of color. Elise had never worn this much makeup, she wasn't sure how Draco would feel, so her mother went lightly on the makeup and sofly kissed her daughters cheek before Elise went to put her dress on while her own brides maids got their hair done and makeup.

"Nervous?" Blaise asks Draco as he inspect his new tux in the mirror.

Draco scoffs. "Of course not."

Blaise rolls his eyes and takes Draco by his shoulders and makes him sit down on a chair. "Talk to me." Draco looks at him funny. "Come on, I know you are nervous and probably kind of freaking out right now."

Draco takes a deep breath. "It feels so strange, we love each other I know that much, but what if because of how I grew up, I'm not good at being husband? What if I'm not good at being a father to children we will have?" He voices lowers. "What if we get a divorce Blaise?"

"Jeez, I never knew you could worry this much." Blaise shakes his head at Draco then clamps his shoulder.

"We already know you're a great husband because of The Baby Assignment, Draco, and we already know you're an even better dad. Ajax and Atlee loved you. And if you have them again, they will love you again. Don't worry too much. Besides, from a married man to an almost married man, I basically just wing it or go by the flow, as muggles say. Merlin, I almost never know what is going to happen next, but, I have my wife by my side and we get through it together. We are stronger together. And you and Elise are already stronger together, so, it's going to be fine, Draco. I promise." Blaise smiles encourage. Draco nods.

"Thanks." Draco says standing up and clamping Blaise on the shoulder.

"Ow!"

"You did it to me." Draco shrugs with a smile.

It was almost Elise's turn to walk down the aisle after her flower girls. Her hands are sweaty and she feels like throwing up, but her fathers hand suddenly takes hers and she is calmer.

"Today is a big day Elise." He tells her, as if she didn't already know, she nods anyway and tries to swallow down the knot in her throat. "It's okay to be nervous, I bet he is too." She laughs at the thought of him being nervous, then remembers how nervous he was when he purposed to her, he was worried she would say yes, what a silly little boy she had fallen in love with.

"Thanks dad, I appreciate you being here." she smiles up at her father and he smiles down to her in return. "Now lets get you married off." Her father shares his head.

"What?" Her nerves come up again.

"I can't believe my one and only daughter, is getting married right away." A tear falls down his cheek almost so small she could've missed.

"Oh, dad." She hugs him tightly and the two quickly get into action as the curtains open to reveal the bride to the guests.

Her dad hooks his arm into Elise's and they walk down the aisle, Elise gets so nervous she begins to quicken her pace, but, her father is there and slows her down to his pace and calms her down with a squeeze of a hand.

Then, soon enough she's there, in front of Draco, holding his hand, looking into his eyes. She barely hears what the priest is saying, can barely see through the tears until Draco's hands cup her face and wipe the tears from her cheeks gently and kisses her and she is complete. They turn to face the crowd full of beautifully wet but happy faces, Draco and Elise hold their hands up to the crowd and everyone cheers and casts sparkly spells from the tips of their wanda that make the night sky light up.

Elise finally takes in her surroundings, for she was too nervous to do before. Her mother and Draco's mother did everything and didn't let her help, they wanted it to be a surprise. It was beautiful, magical. The sky was dark and filled with stars, there were white benches with wines and tiny lights on them, and the aisle Elise walked down was a long glittery white path to where Draco was waiting patiently for her. The trees had lights galore hanging down and lighting up the area, under two trees was a table full of white-wrapped gifts.

Elise couldn't help but think of her children, her son and her daughter. Atlee and Ajax. She wished she could share this moment with them, she knew that couldn't be possible. So, to ease her mind, she dreamed of their future, when Elise and Draco have children and coincidentally are twins, a boy and a girl, Atlee and Ajax.

The rest of the night goes passed in a blur, they danced and danced the night away, her feet hurt so Draco carried her to their new house close by the Lovegoods and the Weasleys, Draco didn't 100% agree with it, but, when Elise said it would be good for the kids they would have in the future he agreed.

"The Future." Draco saw her eyes sparkle and took her into his arms and kissed his wife who was finally and, officially his.
