Heather immediately left after the subject changed.

Y/n wandered around the party, feeling a bit lost. Daniel had already left and the Cobras were busy messing around, laughing and causing trouble.

Mike was nowhere to be seen either and Y/n felt a bit alone in the crowd.

She thought back to the party and realized she hadn't really done anything she had expected to.

She had taken the risk of sneaking out for this but now, it didn't feel worth it. She grabbed a drink and took a sip.

It didn't take long for the alcohol to hit her and she felt tipsy almost immediately.

Her head felt light and the room seemed to spin slightly. Y/n tried to steady herself but it wasn't easy. She sighed, wondering if she had made the right choice by coming here.

The Cobras were laughing and chatting with each other, having a good time while Y/n walked around feeling tipsy. Tommy suddenly turned to Johnny.

"Are you going to tell Y/n's dad about what happened tonight?"

"No, I'm not gonna do that." Johnny answered.

The others started talking about Y/n and the conversation quickly turned to her decisions.

"She's always getting herself into trouble. Sneaking out like that, it's stupid. Does she think her parents won't find out?" Dutch said.

Johnny stayed quiet for a moment before replying.

"I don't get why she'd sneak out with Mike. I don't trust that guy.and I don't know why she does."

"Yeah, she has this thing with him. It doesn't make any sense, does it?" Tommy shrugged.

"Come on, guys. You're all being too hard on her. She's young and yeah, she makes mistakes, but who doesn't?Johnny, you've made plenty of bad decisions too but you're not a bad guy. Y/n's not stupid either. She's just trying to figure things out like the rest of us." Bobby said.

Johnny glanced at Bobby and rolled his eyes but Bobby didn't back down.

"You two may not agree on everything but that doesn't mean you should jump on her like this. She's just a girl at a party. She's not out to ruin her life." Bobby continhed.

The Cobras fell silent for a moment, thinking about what Bobby had said.

Bobby gave a slight nod, glad that he had at least made Johnny think for a second.

The group continued talking but the mood was quieter now with everyone reflecting a little more on Y/n and her choices.

Jimmy and Dutch quickly changed the subject, talking excitedly about Heather's dodge earlier.

"Did you see Heather? She dodged that like a pro!" Jimmy said, looking impressed.

"Yeah, she's got some moves. Where did she learn that? I didn't know she could do that." Dutch added.

Tommy and Johnny both looked surprised.

"Heather knows karate?" Tommy asked.

"Yeah, I guess so. But that dodge was like something straight out of Cobra Kai." Jimmy laughed.

Johnny didn't say anything at first. His attention was elsewhere. His eyes were fixed on Y/n, who was standing a little further away, clearly tipsy and swaying slightly.

He watched her with a concerned look on his face. The others kept talking.but Johnny couldn't help himself.

"Yeah, yeah, she can dodge." He muttered, his focus still on Y/n.

"But I've got more important things to worry about right now."

Tommy noticed where Johnny's gaze was.

"You watching her?" He teased.

Johnny quickly looked away.

"I'm not watching anyone." He said.

But deep down, he couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right with Y/n tonight. He couldn't stop looking at her.

Y/n feeling the effects of the alcohol, swayed slightly as she stood near the edge of the porch.

Her mind was a little fuzzy and she had an idea.

"What if I jump over the fence? It doesn't look that high." She muttered to herself, glancing at the fence nearby.

She took a step forward, ready to climb over like it was the most brilliant idea ever.

"This is gonna be fun!" She said, grinning and almost stumbling.

Johnny quickly dashed over.

"Hey, hey! What do you think you're doing?" He asked, grabbing her by the arm to stop her.

"I'm just gonna jump the fence. It's no big deal. Watch!" She tried to wiggle free but Johnny held her tight.

"Yeah, it's a huge deal. You're tipsy.and jumping over a fence probably isn't on the list of 'good ideas.'" Johnny pulled her back.

"What, you think you're invincible now because of the alcohol?"

Y/n pouted, trying to argue.

"Come on, Johnny! I can do it! It's not that high! Plus, I'm a karate expert."

Johnny rolled his eyes.

"Right, because no one has ever hurt themselves trying to act like they're in a movie." He gave her a serious look.

"How about we don't make a scene by making the fence your new enemy, okay?"

Y/n blinked, a bit embarrassed now but still giggling.

"Fine, you win. But next time, I'm jumping over it." She said dramatically.

Johnny just sighed, pulling her away from the fence.

"Sure, just do me a favor...don't try it while you're still pretending to be a stunt double, alright?"

Y/n laughed, stumbling slightly and Johnny couldn't help but grin at her silly antics, even though he was still trying to keep her out of trouble.

Johnny glanced at his watch and frowned.

"It's getting late. Do you even know how you're getting back home?"

Y/n was too busy twirling his Cobra Kai jacket around her finger.

"Hmm, not really." she said absentmindedly, looking at the jacket.

"But it's comfy... and kinda cool."

Johnny raised an eyebrow, noticing how close she was to him.

"You really need to focus, you know. It's late.and you're tipsy. You're not just gonna wander back home like this."

Y/n shrugged, still playing with the jacket.

"I'll be fine. I'm good at finding my way around."

"I'm not letting you walk back like this. You can't even walk straight."

Y/n giggled and lightly bumped into him, still spinning the jacket.

"I'm fine." she teased, then playfully poked his chest with her finger.

"And you should stop being so serious, Johnny."

Johnny chuckled but kept a protective hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah, I'll stop being serious when you stop being so stubborn." He gave her a little nudge, keeping her close as he tried to help her focus.

She looked up at him.

"I'm not stubborn. You're just... overprotective."

"Maybe. But I'm not letting you end up in a stupid situation."

"Thanks for looking out for me." she said, still holding onto the jacket.

He gave a small nod, pulling her a little closer as he guided her away from the party.

"Just don't make me regret it, alright?" He muttered, making sure she wasn't stumbling.

Y/n laughed but her grip on his jacket tightened, a little less playful now as she let him lead her.

"I won't." She promised, feeling a little more secure in his presence.

Johnny helped Y/n walk towards the Cobras, who were chatting and laughing but as soon as they saw Y/n, they all stopped.

"Whoa, what happened to you?" Tommy asked.

Y/n looked around at all of them, her eyes a bit blurry but she grinned widely.

"I'm just, uh...testing my new 'walk like a penguin' skills." she said, swaying a little and pretending to waddle like a bird.

The Cobras stared at her, unsure whether to laugh or be concerned. Johnny rolled his eyes.

"She's fine." He muttered, trying to act like this wasn't a big deal.

"Yeah, totally fine." Y/n said dramatically, balancing herself by holding onto Johnny's arm.

"I'm just... I'm a professional at making bad decisions."

"Bad decisions?" Bobby asked, his face full of concern.

"You don't look like you're making good ones right now."

Y/n grinned and pointed at him.

"Bobby, my dude! You just wait. I'm about to show you how to dance like no one's watching." And with that, she tried to break into a clumsy dance, twirling in place but nearly tripping over her own feet.

Tommy laughed but quickly stopped when he saw Johnny's annoyed look.

"Is she alright? She looks like she's about to fall over at any second."

Johnny sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"She's just tipsy. She'll be fine, don't worry."

Y/n turned to face them all, swaying a little.

"Guys." she said slowly, as if about to drop some deep wisdom.

"I think I could totally be a secret agent. I mean, look at me. Stealthy, sneaky... except for the falling over part."

"She's definitely not a secret agent. More like a secret mess." Dutch smirked.

Y/n grinned even wider, still holding on to Johnny's arm for balance.

"I'm a professional mess. The best one you'll ever meet."

"Alright, enough with the jokes, we need to get you home before you start thinking you're a superhero or something."

"You're right." Y/n said, suddenly very serious but then she burst out laughing.

"But... I could totally save the world if I wanted to."

Johnny looked at the Cobras, his hands on his hips as he tried to figure out what to do.

"If I drop her off at home, her parents will know she snuck out. I need some ideas, people. Fast."

Tommy scratched his head.

"What if you just pretend you're taking her to the hospital? You know, like... she needs medical attention?"

"No way. She's not that good of an actress." Johnny scoffed.

"Maybe you could say she fell in the bushes or something, get some dirt on her. You know, make it look like she tripped and... uh, hurt herself?"

Johnny didn't look convinced.

"Nah, that'll just make things worse."

"What if you take her to your place, Johnny? You know, let her sleep it off. Then, in the morning when she's not tipsy anymore, you can help her sneak back home. That way, no one will ever know she was out drinking and causing trouble." Bobby suggested.

Johnny's eyes lit up.

"Huh... Bobby, that's actually not a bad idea."

Y/n, who was still swaying a little and giggling, suddenly perked up at the thought.

"Ooooh! That sounds perfect! I could totally crash at your place, Johnny. I love your couch!"

Johnny nodded, starting to get into the idea.

"Yeah, that way, you'll be all good in the morning. You'll be sober and no one has to know you snuck out."

"You're a genius, Bobby!" She slapped him on the back, causing him to stumble a little.

"Seriously, I love this plan! Johnny's house, then sneak back in like I'm a ninja. It'll be so smooth."

"Alright, let's get you to my place and hopefully, you'll sleep off all that... bad decision making." Johnny sighed.
