➳ fur color (s),      umbra ' s coat is a solid expanse of pitch - stygian black . he bears a mane - like tuft of fur around his neck that resembles the neck fur linings of a fur coat , which is a constrasting snowy - white . similar to his mane , he has white ear tips , tail tip , & the bangs of the tuft of fur on his head .

➳      umbra is a selfish feline . he 's self - conceited , arrogant & vain . he presents himself as a domineering , intelligent character , always in search for the sweetness of control . he ' s cold , caring for no one but his own back . he utilizes other to get what he wants , with the honey - dripping promises of greatness , only to stab others in the back . to manipulate others he does whatever means to do so . he ' s a smooth talker , donning a silver tongue , & has masks that expresses innocense , naïveness to attract those twisted minds that enjoy upholding control over those types of individuals .

he has a certain childish , happy - go - lucky demeanor that seems to unnerve many felines . umbra appears to be fearless , stepping into risky situations without a care in the world , inwardly ever confident of his abilities to get out of sticky situations unscathed .

he hates getting his paws dirty , so he finds himself pawns that do his double - dealings for whatever price . he keeps those who serve him greater purpose . like his brother ' s clairvoyant capabilities . he ' s cunning & decietful enough to get what he wants & getting away with it . most of what he does & deals with is to feed his boredom ; for his own diversion & to have a quick laugh watching others fall into his traps .

because of his intelligence , umbra likes to think highly of himself , & he especially likes to think he ' s an invincible mastermind ( it comes a big surprise when someone comes around & shows him he is , in fact , not ) . he enjoys the feel of being better than the rest . he has a certain fascination with other felines , but expresses blatant hate for clancats & /or forest - dwellers & their foolish ways of living - they ' re unpredictable , mindless , bone - chewing beasts .

but everyone has a heart , regardless of how diminutive & rotten it is . the oriental is brittle - hearted . a sentimental creature . he merely isn ' t an aficionado for weakness . which means obscuring any kind of emotions behind well - crafted façades . he doesn ' t allow anyone inside - not even kin or those he considers as allies . howbeit , if somewhat were to be let inside , they ' d see just that ; an influx of pure , authentic emotions hardly ever seen circulating through umbra ' s face . he ' s still arrogant & thinks of himself first before others , but with enough time maybe he ' ll care about other people too without it being a show for his own amusement .

those few lucky to know the real umbra knows he ' s the same lunatic of before but with less strained , fake emotions & maybe even a little sympathetic . he isn ' t a fan of physical affection , be allows to be manhandled once in a while . he cracks up jokes in his dark - humorous mannerisms , & he especially loves to talk about anything & everything .

       for umbra , falling in love is a great burden he does not want to live with . he ' s independant & isn ' t fond of commitment , perhaps becausw the state of being smitten leaves him blind & vulnerable & we all know how much he hates showing weakness . he furthermore likes to believe he ' s too grand for something as idiotic as love or romance . of course he ' ll go around & have quick flings with other mousers - mostly toms - but they ' re just that ; one night stands to tame his boredom & natural bodily needs with little to no repercussions .  he leaves with nothing but a flick of his tail . umbra has never been in long lasting relationships before - real ones at least .

        falling in love & being in a relationship with umbra is an exhausting marathon that , well , may leave rewards .
