Aether stepped back putting an arm over Paimon. Childe laughed hysterically. Sigils circled him as he made a few signs with his hands and the streets of Liyue were now moving. The harbor immediately flooded and things were washed away. Osial was summoned. The millileth were on high alert and quickly ran in big groups towards the ginger but he just wacked them away like little ants. "Childe, why are you doing this?" Aether said drawing his blade. "Tsaritsa orders." Childe grinned and sprinted back to the Northland bank leaving Paimon and the traveler dealing with Osial.

"Lady Keqing are you alright!?" Ganyu said rushing to her side. Keqing had an electrified sword in her hand and she was bleeding out of her side. Ningguang summoned the jade chamber to the sea. Sacrificing it for Liyue's sake. Before Osial could envelop the chamber with water, another sea creature emerged out of the water. Beisht. The jade chamber sunk to the bottom of the ocean causing their backup plan to fail. Keqing had fallen and Ganyu sobbed at her side. Ningguang created a barrier around the harbor with geo, commanding the millelith to get everyone and run to the mountains. Ganyu picked up Keqing's limp body and ran as fast as her legs would take her.

The streets' concrete was breaking to pieces as they ran. Trees were shaking and rocks were being split. Crowds flooded the streets to escape their once-peaceful harbor. Beidou caught up to Ningguang and they created another electrified barrier surrounding the harbor– escaping on the other side being followed by Ganyu and Keqing. "Lady Ningguang Keqing has-" "I know. We will hold a proper funeral once our Liyue has returned." Ganyu nodded as more tears fell down her face.

The remaining Qixing settled on Mt. Aocang with the rest of the Liyuean citizens. They were all under the safety of the Adeptus'. Xiao, Ganyu, Cloud Retainer, Mooncarver, mountain shaper, and Yanfei all sat down in the middle of Mt. Aocang. "This is all your fault! You Qixing don't know what you're doing." Xiao spat at Ganyu. "Well, at least your lover isn't dead!" Ganyu cried again and Xiao felt bad. "Liyue is under bad conditions at the moment. One can not imagine the citizens going back soon." Cloud retainer said. The other two animal Adeptus' nodded. "Stupid Morax.. If he hadn't left this wouldn't have happened!" Xiao banged his closed fists on the table.

"The oceanic serpents have been dealt with." A figure said as he moved closer to the adepti. Xiao reached for his mask and weapon but he immediately recognized who it was. The adepti started to chatter as the figure grew closer. "Morax."

"What made you decide to come back now?"  Moon carver spoke as he turned to the figure. The figure had brown hair with gold tips. His eyes were golden and he had a sharp jawline. He was slim but had wide shoulders. He looked just like a mere mortal, though he was the god of contracts and war. "The fatui have gotten rid of Osial and Beisht. They have overtaken Liyue." The adepti went silent. "Morax why didn't you help?" Xiao said with squinted eyes. "It is no longer my duty to defend Liyue. I am no longer the geo archon and I am now just a human. So please, call me Zhongli." Xiao clenched his fists again almost piercing his own skin deep.

"Look who couldn't defend their own nation~" Out of nowhere, a short bard appeared. His attire was mostly green and white and the traditional clothes of a bard. The anemo archon laughed while Xiao threw a tantrum in front of all of the adepti. Zhongli stood quite the distance from the table and slowly turned to walk away with a soft smile on his face. "They will have Liyue restored in no time."

"H-Hey! What are you doing?" Signora clicked her tongue and made more adjustments. "Those fools who made your suit made it too big." Childe sighed. Signora rummaged through a drawer finding more pins to hold the suit snug on his body. "You're getting a secretary today?" Signora questioned skewering his clothes with the pins. The ginger nodded. "OW!?" He felt a sharp pain in his side where Signora accidentally poked him. "Relax dumbass" Signora finally finished her adjustments and marked everything down. "This is so stupid." The blonde looked up and raised an eyebrow "taking over Liyue and making it our own? This place is warm it doesn't feel very home-like at all." The man started to take off the suit revealing a plain white t-shirt underneath. "You're right. I don't like it here. But, it's what the Tsaritsa wants so we do what she wants."

"Someone's knocking on the door, I'll be right back." Signora put all the things she was holding down and walked towards the door. "Yes?" The door opened revealing Ekaterina. "Master Childe's secretary is here." Signora nodded and closed the door. "Your secretary is here i'll clean up your room while you're gone." "Do I really have to go?" Childe whined. "The Tsaritsa personally hired them so go before your little harbinger ass gets whooped." Signora laughed and shoved him out the door. "Yes mA'am."

Childe walked to the main corridor of what used to be the Qixing's. At the end of the corridor stood a tall slim man. He was wearing a neat brown suit with golden accents. "Master Childe, this is your new secretary for your stay here in Liyue." Ekaterina spoke.
