Ji Sooheon couldn't help but feel exited.
Someone so precious to him, is coming here. He feels a bit nervous too.

It has been 8 months since Sooheon is studying at Yong Tan High. It's not bad here. But he misses Cheongsan, Gyeongsu, Daesu, Woojin and Joonyoung..all of them. And one person, whom he misses the most.

Choi Namra.

He miss those times when he used to admire her. He doesn't even know when the admiration turned into affection, then...love.

Sooheon just couldn't believe it. He reads the text again.

"Man, did you hear? Prez is being ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍‍ ‍
transferred to your school."

He wish he could kiss Cheongsan for giving him such a great news. Sooheon was on cloud 9. He chuckles and returns to the class.

In the hallway, Ok Chanmi caught up with him.

"Hey, you look happy. What happened?"
"Nothing. I'm just happy."
"Woo..." She exclaimed. "Are you free after school?"
"No, I have plans. But why?"
"Why bother knowing when you're busy?" She sulked.
"Fine, don't say."
"Let-"

Sooheon's phone buzzes.

"Sorry, I have to take this."
"Go ahead."

"Hey, Jimin. How are you?"
"I'm fine. What about you?"
"I'm just doing...whatever. What's the matter?"

"Hey, barefoot, listen close. We're having a gathering this weekend. Got it?"
"Why do you call this gathering? You guys are basically cussing the shit out of me. Why not name it 'cussing party' instead?"
"Whatever, cussing party or not. Bring your girlfriend."
"Who's that? My motorcycle?"
"Look at you playing dumb."
"Hey!"

Jimin hung up. Hyoryung gave her a thumbs up. She smirked.

"Your friend?"
"More of a enemy." He sighed.
"Is that your best friend?"
"No, it's not Cheongsan. Her name is Jimin, Kim Jimin. She's a good friend too."
"You guys must be close."
"Kind of." He lowered his tone. "Oh right! Have you seen Jaebom around?"
"I don't think so."

"I'll go find him, see you!"

She nodded.

Sooheon was super disappointed when his father said he had to transfer. His last day at Hyosan High was a disaster. No one knew what to say. His classmates said goodbye to him. His friends was cussing at him. They were complaining why he had to go. Everyone was busy talking about it. Except one person, who was busy doing her regular activities. Although he noticed her glancing at him few times.

A group of butterflies danced in his stomach. He forgot everything about leaving.

After school, everyone demanded Sooheon had to treat them. They were almost dragging him out then he remembered something. He ran back to class.

Choi Namra was packing her backpack. He stood at the door and waited for her. When she was done, she approached him. He smiled, she smiled back.

"Your hand." Namra pointed his hand.
She handed him a small letter. Not a letter, to be exact.

"Goodbye, take care."
"You too." He paused. "Be safe, always."

His eyes were filled with tears when she left. He wanted to stay, so bad. For his friends, for her.

It was miserable at first. He missed his old life so much. Then Jaebom reached out to him. Soon after, he made a few friends. After opening up a bit, it was less bad than before.

Sooheon talks about everything to his new friends. His old friends, his daily life and how much he likes his motorcycle. But there is one thing he doesn't talk about.

Her.

She is the only topic enclosed in his heart. He still admires the folded note she gave him. It was perfect, like her.

Sooheon never opened the note. His heart pounds everytime he looks at the note. But he doesn't open it, he doesn't even know why.

At night, Sooheon and his dad was having dinner. It was awkward. His dad barely managed attend a few meals with him in 8 months since he moved into this mansion. Whenever he did, it looked like he was busy with work.
And again today, his dad was talking to someone on the phone. Sooheon kept eating quietly.

"How about beer next Thursday?"
"Perfect. Thursday is a great night to get wasted."
"We should have makgeoli too."
"Yess! Let's soak our throats in alcohol."

Sooheon finished his food and he was about to go to his room but then his dad called.

"Son."
"Yeah?"
"Do you...like it here?

He hesitated a bit.

"Yes. Why do you ask?"
"I'm just making sure if you're comfortable."
"I adjusted in. It has been 8 months, dad.''
"Has it been that long? Time really flies by."

"You're right."

They both smiled.

"Then get a good night's sleep."
"You too, dad."

Sooheon locked his door and lied down on his bed. He starts typing on his phone.

Do you know when Prez is being transferred?

After hesitating for a minute, he sends it to Cheongsan. He knows it makes him look dumb. But after all, Cheongsan is the only guy who understands Sooheon better than anyone. He hugs a pillow and  closed his eyes as his wild imaginations about her surrounds his mind.

On the other hand, Cheongsan smirks at Sooheon's text. He exchanges a small look with his girlfriend, who was busy eating strawberries.

"Why are you smirking? What is it?" Onjo asked Cheongsan.
Cheongsan shows her the phone. They both burst out laughing. But suddenly Cheongsan stopped laughing and got all serious.

"What is it?" Onjo asked, concerned.
"No strawberry for your boyfriend?"

Onjo laughed. She picked up a grape and shoved it in his mouth.

"You're right. No strawberries for my boyfriend."

She whispered in a teasing tone. They both giggled.

"He is really a loser when it comes to Prez." Onjo says. "Wait, Cheongsan."

"What is it?"

"Let's bet on them."

Cheongsan gives her a shocked look.

"Why? You don't want to?"

"No, it's just.. how'd you get this amazing idea?"

"I'm just that smart.."

"I don't think so-"

Before Cheongsan could finish, he earned the 50th smack of the day.

Cheongsan and Onjo both was sitting on her bed. Onjo was writing in her diary.

Bets on Ji Sooheon and Choi Namra

"Onjo bets Ji Sooheon will make his first move."
"Cheongsan bets they will end up together."
"Onjo bets Namra likes him back."

"Wait a second." Cheongsan insists. "It's obvious she likes him back. There's no need to bet on it."
"Okay, if you say so."

The list continues.

"Onjo bets Sooheon will hide their relationship."
"Cheongsan bets their parents will not support their relationship."
"Onjo bets Namra will be jealous seeing Sooheon with a girl."
"Cheongsan bets..."

Cheongsan and Onjo stays up all night talking about them. At morning, they finally falls asleep.

Onjo's father came home after his night duty. He finds Onjo's door locked. He smiles and goes to wash up.

Namra was at the mall with her annoying cousin who dragged her all the way here. She has a blind date today and she needs Namra to keep her company. Namra quietly sat down in the couch while Solhee tried on dresses.

"Are you sure you don't want to buy anything?" Solhee asked.
"I don't need anything."
"You're going to a new school, at least try to look a bit different."
"I don't want to."
"Come on, I'll give you a makeover."

Namra stood up. There's no point talking to her.

She walked out of the mall, got on the waiting shiny black Lamborghini. She plugged her earbuds in and played a slow melody song. She stared out the window as the car moved faster and everything looked occupied.
