KRISHN : GREATEST OF ALL

Time skip~ after 10 to 20 day!

Subhadra noticed the sadness in his eyes and gently placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Arjun, not everyone will see things the way you do. But you can’t lose heart over it. Your brothers love you, even if sometimes the world around you seems hostile."

Arjun sighed, his expression softening. "But Bhrata, the Kauravas—they're my family too. And Duryodhana’s friend, Karna... he despises me without reason."

Subhadra smiled gently, her voice soft yet reassuring. "You can't expect everyone to understand your heart, Arjun. But the people who matter the most always will."

Arjun met her gaze, finding comfort in her words, though the weight of his worries still lingered. "I just want peace, Subhadra. For my brothers and me... for all of us."

Subhadra squeezed his shoulder softly. "And you'll find it, Arjun. I believe in you."

Arjun looked down, his voice heavy with sorrow. "Subhadra... nothing feels right anymore. I don’t know where I belong or what to do..."

Subhadra gently placed her hand on his shoulder, her voice soft and steady. "Arjuna, you carry the weight of so many burdens. But remember, you don't have to carry them alone. Why don’t you speak to my Bhaiya? He always knows what to say, and he always has a way of making things clearer."

Arjun sighed but nodded slightly. Subhadra’s words gave him some hope.

Later, Arjun quietly entered Krishna’s chambers. Krishna lay on his soft mattress, his face serene, eyes closed as if in deep rest. Arjun hesitated, unsure if he should disturb him. Just as he turned to leave, a gentle voice broke the silence.

"Why are you turning away, Parth?" Krishna’s eyes remained closed, but his voice carried warmth and familiarity, as though he had been waiting for Arjun all along.

Arjun froze, taken aback by Krishna’s awareness, and slowly turned back, his heart a little lighter hearing Krishna’s voice.

Arjun stammered, "D-did you call me Parth, Jyeṣṭ ha? If you called me Parth, then… can I call you Madhav?"

Krishna opened his eyes, his lips curving into a soft smile. "Of course, Parth. After all, names are just reflections of the bonds we share. Call me Madhav, if that brings you closer."

Arjun, feeling a little more at ease, managed a faint smile. He felt a sense of comfort in Krishna’s words, the bond between them deepening even more with this simple exchange.

"Come here," Krishna said softly, patting the space next to him. "Sit down."

Arjun followed without hesitation, though his heart was heavy. "Madhav, I don't know where life might take me—"

Krishna, ever knowing, gently placed a finger on his lips, shushing him. "Parth, the one thing you need in your life is my guidance, my presence. But the real question you should be asking yourself is this: Are you ready for everything that's going to happen in the future?"

Arjun’s heart skipped a beat. He looked into Krishna’s calm eyes, the weight of his words sinking deep into his soul.

Krishna's voice was calm yet carried the weight of destiny. "I am the one who knows the past, the present, and the future, Parth. Are you ready for the destruction that awaits? For the sacrifices you'll have to make? For the heartbreak, and the burning thirst for revenge?"

Arjun felt a chill run through him. He lowered his gaze, unsure if he had the strength to face what Krishna was preparing him for. The road ahead seemed darker with each word spoken.

Krishna smiled softly, his eyes gleaming with wisdom. "Parth, remember one thing—never make promises you might have to break later. Think twice before giving your word."

Arjun nodded, his heart heavy with the weight of those words. He knew Krishna was warning him of the challenges ahead, reminding him that choices made in haste could lead to regrets in the future.

Arjun nodded his head and left the room, feeling a mix of uncertainty and fear. As he stepped outside, his eyes met Subhadra's. Her gaze was soft, and for a moment, all his worries seemed to melt away. He smiled, trying to lighten the mood. "I think I learned something today... but now I'm even more worried," he teased, hinting at Krishna’s cryptic advice.

Subhadra frowned playfully, crossing her arms. "Oh, Arjuna, if you didn’t understand my brother’s words, it’s because you don’t understand his love," she retorted, her expression feigning anger but her eyes still warm.

Arjun chuckled softly at her reaction. "Can you make me understand his love, then?" he asked, his voice teasing but sincere.

Subhadra blushed deeply at his words, turning away in a fluster. "I'll... I'll have to think about it," she stammered before quickly running off, the soft chime of her anklets filling the air. As Arjun watched her retreat, her graceful movements reminded him of a swan, gliding elegantly. In that moment, she seemed even more beautiful, and he couldn't help but smile, feeling his heart lighten.

Nakula nodded thoughtfully at his younger brother's words. "You might be right, Sahadeva. Women can be hard to understand sometimes. They rarely show what they're truly feeling."

Just as Sahadeva was about to respond, Arjun walked in, his face still lit up from thoughts of Subhadra. He smiled as he overheard the conversation and said, "Or maybe it's just us men who can't read them."

Nakula and Sahadeva exchanged glances before looking back at Arjun, both of them grinning knowingly. "You seem to be speaking from experience, Bhrata," Nakula teased. "Is there something—or rather, someone—on your mind?"

Arjun, still lost in his memories of Subhadra, simply shrugged, his smile not fading.

Sahadeva chuckled, "Oh, it's very easy to tell when a man falls in love. Isn't that right, Nakula?"

Nakula, picking up on the teasing, nodded with a grin. "Absolutely, Sahadeva. His face gives it all away, doesn't it?"

Arjun, trying to keep his composure, glared at them both. "Enough with your teasing. You two should mind your own business," he said, his voice firm but with a smile tugging at his lips.

But Nakula and Sahadeva weren’t going to let him off the hook that easily. "Come on, Bhrata," Nakula said, "we're brothers! If we don’t tease each other, who will?"

Sahadeva added, "Besides, we haven’t seen you smile like this in a long time. Something... or someone must be the reason for it!"

Arjun sighed, shaking his head, knowing well enough that no amount of warnings would stop his brothers from teasing him.

"But you know what happened today, I went to meet with Madhav.. and he told me not to make promises which I might break in the future.. what does it mean? It's so syptical to understand his words"

Nakula and Sahadeva exchanged glances before Nakula said, "Well, you know how Krishna is, Bhrata. His words always seem simple, but they carry deep meanings."

Sahadeva nodded. "Maybe he’s trying to warn you to be careful, not just with your actions, but with your words too. Sometimes, in the heat of a moment, we say things we can't keep later."

Arjun furrowed his brow, still pondering Krishna’s advice. "But what promise could I possibly make that I wouldn’t be able to keep?" he wondered aloud.

Nakula smiled softly. "Promises aren't always about big battles or oaths of loyalty, Bhrata. Sometimes, it's the promises we make to those we care about... promises to protect, to stay, or even to love."

Sahadeva added, "Jyesth Krishn may just be reminding you that life is unpredictable. Even with the best intentions, circumstances change. Think carefully before committing yourself."

Arjun nodded thoughtfully, though the confusion still lingered in his heart.
