with that I clenched my life in my mounth and biked to the very familiar place.

I stood there for 5 minutes. Waiting for his head to plop from any direction.

"Yoohoo!" he whispered in my ear from the back.

"Goddamnit you gave me a heart attack!"

"Anyways. Why did you want to tell me so late at night?"

I stayed silent. Clearly flustered at the sight of him.

"Come with me." it's the only thing I said before I grabbed his hand and started climbing up the hill.

We were met by a little river, a beautiful played tree next to it. The only place I'd call it mine.

I sat down on the grass, neatly admiring the shine of the moon.

"I might have something to tell you that I've been keeping for a long time." I slightly stuttered, not daring to make eye contact with Mikey as I sat up to face him.

He glazed his attention from the moon to my face. Deeply analysing my facial expressions.

I quickly shouted and closed my eyes for a brief second before opening them.

I looked to see what reaction would he pull.

Would he reject me? Damn I think he would.

Why would I even think I'd have a chance?

Why was he not saying anything? Did I go deaf?

"I hope that answers your question." I turned my head to the side, trying to hide the blush on my face.

"I'm glad your answer was positive" he smiled before pulling my waist closer to him. Kissing me once again.

His warm lips touched mine.

A sudden flash of warmth covering my body.

He pulled back and stared deeply into my eyes.

"I can't accept that you were the only one to kiss me. Twice now."

"It's because I'm bold enough to."

Everything became fuzzy as he pinned me to the ground. His hands in mine. Eyes locked.

"Kiss me again then."

I blankly stared at him.

"I can't you idiot. I'm pinned to the freaking grass."

"Haha" he softly laughed, before placing a kiss on my forehead.

"You love this idiot."

"And you love this shy woman."

"I do indeed. Very deeply."

"Stop you're so cheesy."

"Ok shut up now before I slap you."

"What's up with you guys holding hands? Oh my- don't tell me our ship has finally sailed." there we were. Standing in front of the living room as Hina and Emma stared at us in awe.

"OUR SHIP HAS FINALLY SAILED!!!" she shouted lightly before embracing Hina into a hug and jumping around.

"Ok can you guys be quiet tho. No need for the whole neighbourhood to find out.

"We need to celebrate! Tomorrow we're going to the cafe."

"Seriously? Celebrate what? This shrimp's achievement of getting such a beautiful girlfriend?" I said with the biggest confidence in my tone.

"No. I think that we should celebrate the fact that you such a boyfriend material boyfriend."

It was now the next day. We were sat at the dining table in the cafe.

And for some reason Emma thought it was so important to gather everyone here.

"Cheers for the cutest couple!" she shouted and tossed the drink.

"Stop your embarrassing us" I hid my face in Mikey's hoodie.

"Flustered princess?"

"It was time bro, I can't believe you took so long to confess to her." said Baji while munching on a sushi.

"Fyi, I was the one who confessed first."

everyone shockingly stared at the 2 of us.

"Yeah but I was the one to ask her out." said Mikey confidently.

"Ok we get it you guys love each other."

Everyone got louder over the next minute and I started to feel more drained after each minute passed.

"Wanna go out get some fresh air?" Mikey clearly noticed my mood and decided to step in.

I lightly nodded as we got up, exiting the cafe.

We sat down on the side walk. Me comfortably snuggling into Mikey's jacket.

"You know Y/N. I think you're the best thing that ever happened to me."

I looked up to be met by Mikey's soft smile.

"Wow looks who's soft and kind."

"Shut up and admire the moment."

I snapped out of my transit and looked at him.

"Wanna know a secret." He said in a sweet voice, I rested my head on his shoulder closing my eyes. "Mmhm" I nodded.

"Wow you couldn't say that without adding that word at the end couldn't you." I lightly chuckled.

"Just say it back."
