"NO!" You yelled at Rengoku and ran to the living room. You didn't want to go to bed. He followed you to the living room seeing you throwing all the pillows off of the couches and stomping on the ground. He sighed in frustration. You were usually so good he didn't know what to do when you were like this. He walked over and threw you over his shoulder. You tried punching his back a few times but it did nothing. You eventually gave up as he tucked you into bed and put your favorite stuffy next to you.

"Y/n you're never like this is something wrong other than you not wanting to go to bed" Rengoku asked in a worried tone.

"No leave"

"I know baby but I have too and the others will take great care of you"

Y/n started to cry again not wanting him to leave on another mission. He got in bed next to you and held you close until you fell asleep. He wanted to stay with you so bad he hated leaving you. What if something happened and he wasn't there? Or if someone attacked and he wasn't there to protect you? He was a nervous wreck leaving the next day. You clung to his leg not letting you go until Giyu pried you off. He could hear you crying as the carriage started going to his destination. He wanted to run back and hug you get you you're favorite snack and tell your favorite story.

As Giyu held Y/n she started hyperventilating. She thought he was never gonna come back and that he left her.

"SHINOBU?" Giyu yelled.

She got out a syringe injecting Y/n with medication that made her calm down then pass out. Giyu carried you to Rengokus house and laid you in your bed. Shinobu and Tengen tagged along just incase anything happened and he couldn't handle it himself.

Y/n p.o.v

I wake up to see im in my bed the covers neatly covered over me. 'Daddy I miss you' I started to cry missing him. Why did he have to leave? Was it because I was a bad girl that night?

A woman with purple eyes and a butterfly harori entered my room with a gentle smile like she was trying to reassure me I was okay.

"Im Shinobu a friend of Rengokus"

"D-daddy gone"

She kneeled down next to me bed and put her hand on mine.

"He will be back dear don't worry" Shinobu prayed she was right. She could tell Y/n loved Rengoku deeply and couldn't live without him. That's a problem because if something happened to him she needs to have other people that can be there and take care of her.

"I thwought he never come back" Y/n said wiping her tears.

"Of course he's coming back you're his everything"

'I had no idea he cared about me that much'

"Cans we cwolor?"

"Of course! Do you want Tomioka and Tengen to join us?"

"Okie"

All of them gathered in the living room and started coloring. Y/n was a humming quietly as she drew a picture of a cat. She made it f/c which isn't what the cats color was supposed to be but she didn't care.

Uzui glances at Y/n coloring liking all the colors she added.

"That looks so flamboyant! Good job" Uzui patted Y/n head.

"Tank u" Y/n said with a smile.

After all of them finished coloring Shinobu put Y/m down for a nap. Yesterday she would have thrown a tantrum and insist on not being tired but she didn't want Shinobu to leave like her daddy did. Shinobu tucked her into bed but before she could leave Y/n grabbed her hand.

"Pwease no weave"

Shinobu nodded and got in the bed next to her and waited until she fell asleep to quietly make her way back to the living room.

The next few days consisted of the three playing with you(Mostly Shinobu) and Giyu reading a story to you. Tengen also did your makeup and said how flamboyant you looked which made you happy. Rengoku came home to see you sleeping On Tengens chest a book opened on the coffee table next to the couch.

He shook Y/n slightly.

"Baby wake up!" He yelled.

Your eyes fluttered open to see your daddy.

"DADDY!!"

You ran into his arms crying. He picked you up and you wrapped your arms around his neck never wanting to let go.
