Spring break was coming, you were currently packing your clothes. Your parents wanted you to come back home for spring break.

You on the other hand didn't want to, but you had to do what they wanted, two weeks with them how bad can it be?

Nobara was sitting down on your bed, looking through a magazine as she continually talked about some drama that you didn't pay much attention to.

Your head was in the clouds, it's been about a week since the whole study session with Kenjaku and he still kept blowing up your phone, leaving flowers at your dorm, chocolates, etc.

No one knew what happened that night, it felt pathetic to let anyone know about that. You were like your mom in a way, never telling anyone anything.

You heard a knock at the door, you and Nobara shared a look of confusion. "Did you invite someone over?" You asked, hesitantly walking towards the door Nobara following behind, "no, did you?"

You shook your head, already expecting something from Kenjaku to be there.

You opened the door with confidence, lowering your gaze towards the floor as a box that was sealed with a white bow sat perfectly on the floor.

Nobara snorted from behind you, "secret admirer?"

"Fat chance." You sighed, grabbing the box and looking at it closer, you placed it on your bed Nobara curiously looking at it.

"So are we just gonna stare at it?" She crossed her arms, now averting her gaze towards you.

You hesitantly opened the box, your mouth agape as it revealed a diamond bracelet.

"Wow...that's gorgeous!" Nobara says, her eyes shining with admiration for the bracelet dress.

"Yeah.. It is." You agreed, your eyes lingering on the small note that was attached to the bracelet.

Dear (Y/N),
My deepest apologies for my previous actions i am very ashamed of them, please let me make it up to you. Meet me at (random address) please.

With love,
Kenjaku.

"Seriously? Does this guy never give up." You muttered, your brows knitting together in a frown.

"So what did he do? And before you say nothing be serious (Y/N) i'm your bestfriend, i've noticed how tense and scared you are." She placed a hand against your shoulders, your body instantly tensing up Nobara bit her lip and removed her hand, letting a sorry slip from her pink lips.

"Nobara... i just can't talk about this." You frowned, your heart pounding fast inside your chest.

"I understand," she nodded, a bit sad that you wouldn't confide in her. "But still, you should meet up with him, see what he wants." She smiled, and lingered for a few seconds before taking her leave.

You stared perplexed at the bracelet and ultimately decided to shove it in your drawer and take a nap.

-

You hugged your body, as you stared at the sunset hovering over the lake Kenjaku sitting close to you his lips sealed into a sweet smile.

"Im glad you decided to give me a second chance." Kenjaku spoke, grabbing your attention from the lake as you stared at him now.

"Not entirely a second chance, i'm giving you a chance to speak your truth or whatever." You say, his brows knitting together in thought, "right." He cleared his throat, his eyes meeting yours.

"Like i said in the letter i misjudged the situation and kissed you without your consent, which i feel terrible about. I'm used to girls throwing themselves at me which shouldn't be an excuse for me to throw myself at you, truly (Y/N)...my deepest apologizes. I hope you find it in yourself to forgive me one day, i truly like you."

Your brows rose up in shock, this whole thing felt like something you'd see in a rom-com, Gosh you hated those movies. And more entirely you hated the words that spew out of Kenjaku's mouth, you knew him for like two weeks and he already liked you? Liked exactly what about you? It's bullshit.

"What exactly do you like about me? You hardly know me." His jaw clenched, he wasn't expecting this response.

"I like how pretty you are, your humor and that you stand up for whatever you believe in, that's an admirable quality of yours, and many other things that i could like about you..if you let me that is."

You scoffed, "i heard enough, this was a waste of time." You muttered, grabbing your bag from the ground and beginning to walk away.

"(Y/N)? Where are you going?!" Kenjaku yelled out, following you closely behind, "you clearly like me for another reason! I'm not falling for these types of lies." You told him, his hand grabbed yours pulling you to face him.

"Why is it so hard for you to believe that i like you for you?" He asked, his hand creasing your face his eyes never leaving yours.

"No men ever likes any girl for themselves." You whispered, your head feeling a bit dizzy from the sudden rush of adrenaline that rushed in your veins.

"I do..please (Y/N) just give me a chance to show you i promise it wont be a waste of your time." His eyes were basically screaming with desperation.

You gulped, "just.. Just give me some time to think." You whispered, Kenjaku smiled and nodded letting go of you.

"Dinner?" He asks hopefully.

"Fine, but you're driving." You say and throw the car keys towards him.

-

"This is really good." Kenjaku says surprised, really enjoying his slice of pizza.

"Told you, this place makes the best pizza!" You giggled, the shared blunt you and Kenjaku smoked before coming here taking it's effect.

"The worlds spinning, i'm seeing two of you." Kenjaku chuckled, his words reminding you of when you and Yuta got high together, your smile instantly widening at the thought of the black haired boy.

"What are you smiling about?" Kenjaku asked, taking a bite of his half eaten pizza.

You broke out of your train of thoughts and looked back at Kenjaku, "nothing..just remembered something." Your eyes sparkled with something unknown to Kenjaku, they quite literally lit up.

"Fuck! I still have to continue packing i'm leaving in two days and im still not close to finishing." You groaned, throwing your head back in displeasure as Kenjaku chuckled, "you still have time, don't worry." He assured you.

"What even is the time?" You asked Kenjaku, suddenly remembering that time even existed.

Kenjaku looked down to his watch, his laughter filling your ears, "it's 1am! How the hell did time go by so fast?" He questioned, him, himself being high as a kite.

"Must passed by when you were trying to shag that old lady that was in-front of us." You giggled uncontrollably, thinking back to the way Kenjaku was staring at the old lady infront of you.

"I was not trying to shag that old lady!" He quickly defended himself, but failed as he broke into laughter as well. "But she was kind of bad wasn't she?" He said, his eyes lighting up as he thought of said old lady.

You couldn't contain your laughter as you broke out in tears from laughing so much.

That's how you spent your night, eating pizza and laughing with the guy you swore you'd never give a second chance to.
