The unfortunate day of you and Kenjaku's settled date came, Nobara was frantic about getting you to look perfect while you on the other hand did not care.

Your room was full of your friends as they all shared each of their opinions about your outfit, jewelry, etc.

Yuta was as well present, his demeanor was quite different than before but you brushed it off thinking he had a bad day, as your friends left your room to go and bribe Gojo to buy them food Yuta remained at your side as you finished tidying up your hair.

"You're actually going through with this?" Yuta was the first one to break the comfortable silence his voice low with emotion as his eyes remained fixated on your figure.

You tilted your head towards the black haired boy, your expression one of confusion by what he meant.

"It's just one date, if i don't like it i'll simply leave." You replied, grabbing two different pairs of earrings one hoop earring and the other one a star shaped dangling earring that was filled with different shapes of diamonds.

"Which one?" You dangled both earrings infront the black haired boy, his eyes switching in between the earrings as he made up his mind on which he liked more.

"The star shaped one. It'll bring out your eyes more." He carelessly said, your lips tugged into a shy smile as you took note that he noticed small details about you. That alone made your heart flutter with unknown feelings.

"I guess that's true, i'm just worried about you." He said, reconciling your previous conversation.

You turned to face your friend, a stern look now placed across your features as you sit next to the boy his attention was fixated on you. Watching your every move with a careful gaze.

Your hand reached to hold his that was plopped on his lap, your lips forming into a smile as your eyes met for the first time today.

"There's no need okay? If it'll make you feel better i'll send you my location." You suggested, seeing as his expression was now less gloomy you decided that it worked enough in his favor.

"Won't make me stop worrying about you but it is better then nothing." He muttered, breaking eye contact as he decided to stare at floor. Hiding his embarrassed face.

You chuckled and got up, not before you gave his hand a small squeeze. With that you started on your makeup not going over board with it but just enough to show that you atleast tried, you didn't want to get murdered by Nobara if you somehow managed to fumble Kenjaku with not trying your hardest to impress him.

"What about you, anything interesting in your love life?" You asked while applying minimal concealer to hide your horrid eyebags.

This broke Yuta out of his sulking as he gave you his full attention, your question bringing him back to his sense's as his lips formed into a slight smirk, "yeah actually, got a date in about..." He trailed off and looked at the time, "three hours."

That surprised you.

You didn't actually expect him to also go on a date you couldn't help but wonder with who. A small ping of jealousy made its presence known, you assumed it was the girl from Gojo's party. She was gorgeous.

"Oh really? who's the lucky girl." You forced yourself to utter those words, not having a clue why you felt this way when you were going on a date with someone as well. You brushed it off as nervousness about your upcoming date.

"Royn Kolni, she goes to our school. You actually met her you know? At Gojo's party the girl i was trapped in that room with." He explained.

"Her? I thought you didn't like her." You recalled, raising your eyebrows in a questioning way, you gazed towards the black haired male.

"She's actually not that bad when you get to know her." He quickly replied, not missing the way your brows furrowed together when you realized who his mystery girl was.

"That's.. Great!" Your lips formed into a fake smile, now focusing on your makeup and getting the hell out of this room.

And as if your prayers were answered, Gojo burst in the room his presence alone made the whole room feel more lively and light.

"Are you done yet?" He asked, crossing his arms across his chest as his foot tapped impatiently on the floor.

"You know, no one asked you to drive me there." You pointed out, now finishing the final touches in your makeup.

"How dare you say that! If you think i'd let my bestfriend's future sister in law drive on her own to the restaurant to her first date in years you must take me as a fool!" He fake gasped, his look alone was as if you killed him.

Hold up.... How did he know that you haven't gone on a date in years? Nobara must've blabbered out about it to everyone.

Yuta's expression was one of amusement to the new found information about you.

"Seriously Gojo? You know i have no interest in marrying whatsoever." You decided to reply to his other far-fetched assumption, hoping that Yuta didn't hear the embarrassing detail about you.

"Who knows he might be the one the cold heartless (Y/N) will settle down for! He'll bring light in her depressing sad life." He pouted his lips as he uttered the words in a singing way.

"On the count of 3 if you don't get out of here i'm seriously gonna kick you where the sun doesn't shine." You crossed your arms, watching Gojo as a hawk.

"See you later Yuta!" He chuckles while he walks out of your room with no care in the world.

You now turned your attention to Yuta who was trying so hard to not smile.

"Shut up i don't wanna hear it." You sighed, already knowing what was going through his mind.

"Seriously (Y/N) in years?" He asked, his curiosity taking the best of him.

"It's been a rough couple of years." You placed your head on your vanity, wanting this whole day to be over with.

He chuckled, "well seeing as you're ready imma head out." He says, getting up from his spot on the bed.

"Already?" You asked, removing your head off the desk and looked towards Yuta.

"Gotta run some errands, sorry." He leisurely placed his hand against your head, his smile never leaving his face.

"Hey! I just finished doing my hair take your hand off." You smacked his hand away, Yuta couldn't help but laugh at the expression you made.

"Sorry." He smiled softly, making his way towards your door. "See you tomorrow (Y/N)." He waved leisurely and walked out the room.

"Bye." You whispered, fixing up your hair.

"Ready to go?" Gojo plopped his head in your room a lollipop hanging casually in the corner of his mouth.

"Yeah, just gotta grab my bag." You replied, getting up from your chair and grabbing your purse

"You look pretty." Gojo commented, the words falling deaf to you.

"What?" You questioned, not hearing what the white haired male said, as it was muffled by his lollipop.

Gojo's cheeks were painted with slight pink dust, "i said you look shitty!" He giggled like a maniac while watching you roll your eyes.

"Whatever." You waved him off, following behind him as you left the room. Everyone else had already taken their leave.

Leaving you with just Gojo.

"Let's go! We don't want to be late to your little date." He teased as he waved his car keys in your face.

It was gonna be a long night.

-

Gojo dropped you off at the restaurant, not before lecturing you about using protection.

You walked inside the expensive restaurant, your heels clicking against the marble flooring.

The hostess made her way towards you, her lips formed into a smile as she greeted you.

"Right this way miss!" She led you outside to the patio, from the corner of your eye you saw Kenjaku waiting patiently for you.

The hostess led you right to him, she notified you that your waiter would be coming shortly.

Kenjaku got up from his chair, you would be lying to yourself if you said he didn't look good.

He wore a fully black suit, his neck filled with different type of necklaces as he grabbed your hand and placed a soft kiss on it, "you look ravishing." He whispered. His eyes never leaving yours as you remained slightly shocked.

"Thank you." You say, sitting down in your chair as Kenjaku followed your lead, him as well sitting down.

"I ordered us wine, hope you don't mind." He gestured to the classy red wine, you didn't like wine.

"I don't like wine," You replied, swinging around the wine in your cup with a distasteful look.

"You should try this one, it's one of their bestselling it comes straight from italy." He took a sip of his red wine, slightly staining his lips. "It's really good."

You skeptically took a sip from the wine, the bitter taste turned sweet against your tongue a look of surprise plastered across your features.

It was actually good.

"It's good." You commented, placing your wine glass on the table. Your attention now solely on Kenjaku, "told you so."

He cleared his throat as the next words slipped from his mouth. "So, tell me about yourself." Kenjaku smiled.

"What do you wanna know?" You tilted your head slightly.

"Your dreams, what you expect from the future. Anything." His words were coated with honey his eyes showcased a dreamy look.

"My dreams? I haven't really thought about that, just living in the moment i guess," you shrugged your shoulders."You?"

"Taking over my mothers company, marrying a gorgeous girl and having atleast a few little knuckleheads." The way he looked towards you was like he was suggesting something. You didn't like it one bit.

You awkwardly cleared your throat, "that's nice." you averted your gaze to stare towards the city.

"Very nice." He said, his hand reaching to hold yours before he could, the waitress interrupted her beaming smile as she asked for your orders.

"I'll have (F/F)." You replied with a kind smile, the waitress quickly wrote it down and turned to ask Kenjaku.

( F/F) means favorite food )

"What would you like sir?"

"I'll have the same as her." He said, his eyes solely focused on you.

"Great choice! I'll be right back with your order." She turned to walk away, leaving you alone with Kenjaku.

"Where are you from?" Kenjaku asks, his tone low.

"Japan?" You replied, slightly confused about what he meant.

"Nevermind." He chuckled awkwardly.

"Anyway, what's your relationship with Yuta?" He spat out his name like it was poison.

You knitted your brows together, "it doesn't concern you."

"If were gonna be something, i think it will concern me." He clasped his hands, leaning his chin on them as he intently stared at you.

"Keyword, if." You rolled your eyes, taking a big drink from your glass of wine.

"Thirsty?" He questions, his eyes glistening with amusement, he loved a good challenge.

"Not really but if you're gonna continue acting like a weirdo i definitely don't wanna be sober for that." You smirked, Kenjaku's lips slightly parted as laughter escaped his throat.

"You're funny, i like you." He calmed himself down, licking his lips staring mischievously your way.

Before you could reply the waitress came back with your food, she placed the amazing smelling food down and left.

You and Kenjaku continued having small talk while both enjoying your meals.

He wasn't that bad.

-

You collapsed on your bed, glad that the day was over.

Truth be told Kenjaku wasn't as bad as you thought he was, he was funny, sweet and charming.

A little bit weird but nonetheless he was great company, he even drove you home and placed a soft kiss against your forehead. You didn't know how to feel about that.

Your stomach didn't do that funny churning feeling you get around Yuta, or anything of that matter.

Maybe you just needed more time.

Your train of thoughts was demolished as the ringing of your phone brought you back to the present.

You grabbed your phone and answered the call not even caring to check who it was.

"Hello?" You greeted, slightly confused on who would be calling at 11pm on a school night.

"Hey," Yuta's attractive voice instantly brought a smile to your face, the familiar feeling of butterflies exploding in your stomach made its presence known.

"How was your date?" He asked from the other line of the phone.

You stared at the ceiling of your room, "it was pretty good, you?"

"Great honestly, Kolni is a great girl she never runs out of things to talk about." He exclaimed, you could hear the smile on his face as he spoke about her, for some reason it hurt.

"That's great Yuta! What did you and her do?" You asked, your gaze solely fixated on the ceiling of your room.

"I took her to her favorite restaurant, and then we went to this arcade that was around."

"Sounds fun."

"It was, anyway it's getting late i'll let you sleep. See you tomorrow." He yawned, him as well being tired.

"Night Yuta." You ended the call, you threw your phone on the ground. You turned your body to face your pillow and let out a small scream.

You felt like you were going insane.
