Wells and I didn't talk for the rest of the time in the forest after that. Neither of us knowing what to say.
We had gathering quite a lot of dirt covered wood. The drop ship entered our views again and we walked to the entrance of the ship. Chucking the logs to the side of it, wood clashing together to create cracking noises.
I wiped my dirty hands on my jeans in attempt to tidy them up slightly. Brown still covering areas of my small hands.
Murphy and another boy walk up to the pair, they both had smug smiles on their faces. "Find any water yet?" Wells shakes his head, "No, not yet, but, we are going back out if you want to come."
Wells stops and moves his eyes to the drop ship wall. My eyes shift to where he was looking, the words 'first son, first to dye,' were carved into it.
I hold back a laugh at the misspelling of the word die, the situation shouldn't be funny at all. It was actually rather disgusting.
"You know, my father, he begged for mercy in the airlock chamber when your father floated him." Murphy states staring at Wells.
Wells tilts his head forward as some indication that we were leaving. He pushes past Murphy, "You spelled die wrong, geniuses."
This time I didn't hold my laugh back, earning an evil glare from Murphy and his friend. Murphy quickly grabs my arm and leans next to my ear, "Watch out Princess, you might be next. That way you can know how your father felt."
I swing my arm as I land a harsh punch on the side of Murphys face causing him to stumble backwards. I was about to land another punch but two muscular arms tightly wrap around my torso and drag me away.
"Don't waste your time on him. He just wants a reaction out of us." Wells says, slowly releasing me. I huff with looking at my newly red knuckles. "Go on without me Wells, I need a rest."
He furrows his eyebrows, "You sure you want to be alone with these delinquents?" I nod, "Don't worry about me I'll be fine, stay safe out there."
He nods before limping away from me slowly. My feet drag me towards the drop ship, a yawn escaping my lips. "Guess the Princess is alone now. No prince to save her this time." Murphy taunts from behind me.
I turn around and I cross my arms, "Is that bruise on your face not enough to shut you up?" Murphy steps towards me, slapping me harshly in the face. My hands rush to my face at the stinging sensation.
"Hey Murphy. Back off, you've done enough. Leave the girl alone." Bellamy demands as he strides up to us. "You got lucky this time." Murphy hisses at me before stomping away.
A breath of relief leaves my plump lips, "Thank you." He lowly chuckles, "I think I saved him from you. The bruise you gave him looked pretty nasty."
"He deserves it for being such a prick." I respond while crossing my arms. "How's your face?" He asks while his brown eyes roam around the slightly red hand mark that Murphy had left.
"Hurts but I'll survive." I joke, lighting the mood a bit. He nods before walking away, looking back at me once before he's fully out of my sight.
I climb up to the second floor of the drop ship, looking around to check if it's empty. I sit on one of the plastic seats before gradually shutting my eyes and falling asleep.

My eyes flutter open to the loud sounds of delinquents cheering. I stretch out my arms and legs, a yawn leaving my lips. My neck was slightly aching from the position I laid in.
I slowly walk out of the drop ship, the only light was from a bright red and orange campfire in the distance. Delinquents cheered as they surrounded the campfire.
I spot Wells walking up to the group, I quickly jog up to him to catch up. My steps eventually falling in line with his.
"What's going on?" I question. The dark skinned boy just shrugs his shoulders hardly paying any attention to me.
As we lightly push and shove through the crown of cheering delinquents I spot Murphy taking off a girls wristband with a piece of scrap metal.
Bellamys voice booms around the circle, "Who's next?" Wells trudges in front of the man. "What the hell are you doing?"
"We're liberating ourselves. What does it look like?" Bellamy questions. I catch the mans eye, he looked very annoyed by Wells' interruption.
"You think this is a game? Those aren't just our friends and our parents up there. They're our farmers, our doctors, our engineers. I don't care what he tells you. We won't survive here on our own, and besides, if it really is safe, how could you not want the rest of our people to come down?" Wells states angrily at all of the delinquents.
None of the delinquents seemed to care about Wells' statement as they awaited for Bellamy to snap back.
Bellamy points his large finger at the dark night sky, "My people already are down. Those people locked my people up. Those people killed my mother for the crime of having a second child. Your father did that." The man walking up to the pair in front of him.
I hesitantly take a step forward, my chest a few centimetres apart from his. My head craned up so I get a close look at his face, his brown eyes glowing from the crackling fire.
"Those people up there are also children. Taking those wristbands off won't allow them to grow up to have a nice life. Instead they will tragically die at a young age because their fate was in the hands of ungrateful teen delinquents." I paused before speaking again.
"If you remove your wristbands you're just as bad as they are, they will only kill more people and this time it will be your fault." I say angrily while poking Bellamy in the chest.
Staring into the mans brown eyes I see a sudden shift from annoyance to regret and guilt. Wells grabs my small shoulder lightly and moves me away from the man.
"My father didn't break the laws." Wells' brown eyes becoming glossy. "No. He enforced them, but not anymore, not here. Here, there are no laws." The man speaks once again, delinquents beginning to cheer at his words.
"Here, we do whatever the hell we want whenever the hell we want. Now, you don't have to like it, Wells. You can even try to stop it or change it, kill me. You know why? Whatever the hell we want."
The rest of the delinquents begin chanting 'whatever the hell we want.' I have to admit, although the man was cocky and arrogant he was great at motivating and convincing others.
Thunder suddenly booms and water begins to shower from the night sky. I tilt my head to the starry sky as I smile and let out a small chuckle. The cold droplets of water falling down my hair and face made me feel calm and relaxed. I brush my hands through my hair and I spin around happily.
Cheers and screams could be heard from the other delinquents. As I look down I notice a pair of brown eyes staring at me. I catch Bellamys stare once again He sends me a cocky grin when he notices me looking back at him.

I had hardly slept that night my mind was in a million places. My concern was growing for the five that left for supplies, especially Finn. I should've gone and helped but I feared that nobody liked me anymore due to my past mistake.
Deciding that sleep wasn't going to work for me I decided to get up. In the corner of my eye I see Bellamy covering Wells' mouth with one hand and a gun in the other.
My eyes widened in shock. How the hell did he have a gun? The pair get up and begin to venture into the dark forest. I quickly follow along, taking caution with every step so that I don't make a noise.
Bellamy and Wells stop at a clearing with rocks scattered across the are, I moved to the nearest and largest rock, crouching down behind it.
Bellamy had his back to me and Wells' facing me. Wells noticed my presence and his eyes widened. He quickly looked away as Bellamy begins speaking. I couldn't make sense their conversation, muffled sounds only being head.
Murphy suddenly pops up from behind the hill, knife firmly grasped in his hands. Three other delinquents walk up and help Murphy pin Wells down. A loud gasp escapes my lips and I drop to the ground in fear. My body froze when I heard loud cries from Wells'.
A large hand tightly grabs my shoulder, pulling me up. As I'm about to scream his other hand clasps my mouth, dragging me away awkwardly.
I try to my best move out of their grip, kicking and punching the air. The attempt fails as it only leads to the grip on me to tighten.
We come to an abrupt halt and I get pushed up against a large tree. The hand releases from my mouth and is replaced with a gun under my chin. Tears begin to prick my eyes as I hold back a sob.
"What the hell are you doing out here? You could've been hurt." Bellamy yells, his face only a few centimetres from her.
"Like Wells? He did nothing wrong!" I yell back, my brown eyes flicking up to the man with anger. I shove the man harshly, moving him backwards slightly.
Bellamy puts the gun back into his waistband as he sighs deeply. "We just needed his wristband. He will be fine. Don't worry about him."
"Why do you want the wristbands off so bad?" I question. "You didn't even have one on when we got here!"
"I don't know what you're talking about." He crosses his arms, trying to act intimidating. His eyes told a different story. He looked afraid.
Realisation hit me like a bullet. He had a gun, no wristband and was weirdly interested in the ark and making sure we had no connection with them.
"Bellamy. Who did you shoot to get here?" I ask in fear. He steps back and rushed a hand through his gelled hair. Panic was evident in his body.
My glossy eyes look directly into his as they widen. "Chancellor Jaha?" In a quick flash he pulls out his gun and places it at my temple. Answering my question with his action.
My breath hitches. "I don't want to kill you Aurora, but I can't let this information get out." Bellamy tells me quietly.
"Bellamy, don't do this. I know you're not a murderer. You did what you thought was right so you could see your sister again, right? I promise that if you let me go I won't tell a soul." I tell him before closing my eyes, awaiting his next move.
I feel the cold gun leave my temple and a shaky sigh of relief leaves my lips. As I open my eyes as he tilts his head slightly. "Go."
"Thank you." I whisper before quickly rushing off to find my way back to the drop ship.
