"๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ฉ, ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก."
I sat on the dirty ground with my back on the rough textured tree. My fingertips traced patterns in the dirt as I watched the flaming fire nearby. Growling came from my stomach as I grew hungrier as each minute passed by.
Bellamy was trading food for the delinquents wristbands. It was a smart but selfish move. My dirty fingertips moved around my wristband as I thought deeply about taking it off so I could calm my roaring stomach.
But I had to stay true to my word, otherwise all that I have said and done meant nothing. In the distance I see Finn and Clarke standing together with a stick of meat. Eyebrows crossing in confusion as to how they managed to get food without taking off their wristbands.
My trace of thought was ruined by someone blocking my view. My eyes flickered up to the man standing in front of me with two sticks of meat in hand.
"Hungry Peach?" Bellamy asks as he passes a stick of meat to me before resting on the messy ground beside me, ruining my patterns.
"Is this some kind of trick to get me to take off my wristband?" I question before hesitatingly taking a bite out of the chewy meat. I had to admit, it tasted pretty good for what it was.
Bellamy looked forwards as he shrugged, "I know you won't take off the wristband, you're too stubborn."
I shove him jokingly, acting offended by his words. "I have a good reason for it Sprinkles." He chuckles at me deeply.
I let out a loud yawn as I stretch out my arms, "Thank you for the food but I think I should get some rest. You should get some too." I gently lower myself to the ground, using my arms as a makeshift pillow.
"You're sleeping here? The tents are much warmer and have blankets." Bellamy asks as he stares at my pale freckle covered face.
I turn around the other way, feeling uncomfortable at his piercing stare. "Nobody really feels comfortable sleeping with the hypocritical murderer I guess."
"Come. You can sleep in my tent for the night." He says before getting up and brushing the dirt off him. I look at him with an 'are you serious look.'
He nods before reaching his large hand in front of me. I firmly grasp his hand, his soft touch creating butterflies in my stomach. I hastily get up, letting go of his hand. Oddly missing his touch.
We walked to his tent in silence. As he opened the flap, I looked at the inside of his tent. It seemed to be the largest one of the lot. Probably from him being the leader. Blankets and clothes littered across the floor. I stand inside of his tent rubbing my arm awkwardly.
He takes off his shirt, once again revealing his structured figure. "You can either sleep in the bed with me or you can make a makeshift bed out of the spare blankets. Whatever you're comfortable with Peach."
I slowly took off my large jacket and boots as I thought about what I should do. Honestly I just wanted to sleep right away, my eyes were getting droopy.
Bellamy got into the bed and I followed. The blanket instantly providing me warmth and comfort. I was facing away from Bellamy, his back slightly touching mine. His body heat was radiating onto me. "Goodnight Sprinkles."
My brown eyes flickered shut. Bellamys voice was the last thing I heard before I fell into a deep sleep. "You're not as bad as you think Peach."

Loud groans woke me up, my eyes droopy as I let out a yawn. I turned over and faced Bellamy. He looked calm and peaceful while he slept, a major difference from his stone cold and cocky act he puts on.
I sat at the edge of the bed as I brushed my tangled peach hair with my thin fingertips trying to get out any knots. I threw my hair into a high ponytail as a few hairs fell down onto my face.
I quietly put on my boots and shrugged on my jacket. Missing the warmth of the bed. I step out of the tent looking at the sky. It was beautiful, the sky was mixed with orange, pink and yellow layers. My brown eyes twinkled in awe.
I walked to the drop ship where Jaspers groans grew louder. Climbing up the ladder my heart instantly drops when I spot Jasper in the second level. He looked worse than when I last saw him. I crouch down next to him as I run a hand through his damp hair.
My head turns to the ladder as I hear someone climb up it. I smile slightly as I notice Monty, I haven't talked to him or Jasper since the landing.
In all honesty I was scared of what they thought of me after they found out I was a murderer. I grew fond of the boys and their humour.
"Hey Monty, how have you been?" I ask quietly as I scan his face. He looked exhausted and sad.
"Could be better." He shrugs as he walked to the corner of room beginning to work on something with the wristbands.
Silence erupted between to two of us. I twirled Jaspers hair as I began to feel uncomfortable. "Hey Monty?" I question, earning a slight hmm from the boy.
"Do you think of me differently now? Like do you hate me after knowing what I've done?" I question as my thoughts spiral.
Monty stops working and looks at me, his eyebrows almost touching, "One mistake doesn't define who you are. I believe you are a good person with a kind heart."
I let out a breath of relief, flashing a quick smile at Monty. Our moment was stopped when Clarke stepped into the room. I stood up and fixed my jacket around. "I'll catch you later Monty."
He nods his head as I climb down the ladder. At the bottom of the ladder I bump into Finn, "Hey Collins long time no see!"
He grins, "Hey. Is Clarke up there?" A glint on envy is visible in my face, "Yeah, she just got here." I smile, trying to hide any feelings.
"Thanks." He mutters before crawling up the ladder. My face instantly drops as he leaves. I hardly see Finn around, he's always with Clarke.
Part of me was jealous of her, Finn changed his care from me to her in a matter of a few days. I felt abandoned. Alone.

Earth was boring if you had nobody to embrace it with. My feet dragged me towards the forest, leaves crunching beneath my heavy boots. My fingertips traced the edges of the bushes below me.
I was walking for what felt like hours, my thoughts distracting me from the real world. A loud horn was heard in the distance, confusion entering my body.
Yellow fog was tracing towards me, yells could be heard close by. I instantly began running towards the yelling. My legs were burning up from not being used to much fitness. I felt like I couldn't breathe but I had to go on.
Bellamy and a girl entered my view. They were headed into a cave. As I get close to the cave a hand yanks me inside quickly. I crouch down as I try to catch my breath, a few coughs exiting my lips.
"What is that?" I ask Bellamy when I finally regain my breath. He shrugs, "Wish I knew."
His hand rests on my shoulder, "You feeling okay Peach?" I nod while sitting down, leaning my back on the cold cave wall.
"We should camp here for the night." Bellamy takes off his jacket and places it on the young girl as she curls up into a ball.
Bellamy sits next to me, the side of his body touching mine. I leant into his touch, embracing the warmth he provided.
"You should get some rest." Bellamy says as he looks into my eyes. "Do I look that bad?" I jokingly say.
"You never look bad in my eyes Peach." He says with a cocky grin on his face. I slightly laugh as I tuck a loose strand of hair behind my ear. "Thanks Sprinkles, not so bad yourself."
I take my jacket off, goosebumps cover my arms. I make into a pillow and I gently lay down facing away from Bellamy. My hair covering most of my face like a mask.
My heavy eyelids began to flutter shut. Soft fingers lightly brush my face as I feel my hair being tucked behind my ear.
Sleep overtaking me.

I jolt awake as I hear the girl yelling in her sleep. Bellamy immediately rushed up to her to wake her up, "Charlotte, wake up." I rub my tired eyes as the younger girl looks at the two of us, "I'm sorry."
Bellamys voice softens, "Does it happen often?" Charlotte replies with a sigh. He continues, "What are you scared of? You know what? It doesn't matter. The only thing that matter is what you do about it."
"But. I'm asleep." The moonlight shone on Charlottes face as she looked at him in confusion. "Fears are fears. Slay your demons when you're awake, they won't be there to get you when you sleep."
Images of my father flash through my head. His cold and lifeless body drenched in blood causes a single tear to slip from my eye. That day still haunts me. A constant reminder that I will forever be a monster and never a good guy.
"Yeah, but how?" Charlotte questions. "You can't afford to be weak. Down here, weakness is death, fear is death. Let me see that knife I gave you." She pulls out her knife and passes it to Bellamy.
What was he thinking when he gave her the knife? Like who gives a child a weapon? What if she went around stabbing everyone?
"Now, when you feel afraid, you hold tight to that knife and you say, 'screw you. I'm not afraid.'" He says as he passes her the knife again.
She grips the knife tightly with her tiny hands and weakly says "Screw you. I'm not afraid." She repeats it once more with more confidence.
"Slay your demons, kid. Then you'll be able to sleep." He pats her shoulder before she lays back down and falls asleep.
Bellamy sits back down next to me. "Take a picture it will laugh longer." He jokes, shooting a wink at me.
I give him a slight smile, feeling too distracted to give him a response. My eyes intensely stare at the rocky wall in front of me. Slimy green moss covered most of the wall.
"You doing okay Peach?" He asks as he stares at me intensely. His brown eyes burning holes in the side of my face. I turn to face him, a faint smile on face. "Yeah, just thinking. How about you?"
"I'm fine," Bellamy mumbles. He lays down on his back staring up at the cave ceiling, his muscular arm slightly brushing the side of my thigh.
Laying down on my side I watch as water droplets fall from the ceiling and splash into puddle. I couldn't fall back asleep as my thoughts screamed at me. As minutes passed by the ground began to feel more cold and uncomfortable.
I sit up slightly as I pull out my jacket from underneath me, shrugging it on. Hoping for warmth. I lay back down on my back. A voice speaks up causing me to jump in fright. "Why'd you do it?"
I look at him, his face half litten from the moonlight showing his sharp bone structure. My eyebrows furrow in confusion, "Do what?"
"Kill your father." He says bluntly. I scratch the back of my neck awkwardly before hesitantly replying, "We were in an argument, things got heated fast."
His body turns to face me, "There has to be more to the story. People don't kill other people without a reason." I sigh as I run a hand through my matted hair.
Phillip White was once a kind and loving man. He would do anything for his adoring wife and curious child. Their family was almost perfect, always happy and lively.
That was until the loss of Lily White. When she was floated away Phillip changed. It seemed that his soul floated away with the love of his life.
At first he was numb, using moonshine as his way to distract him from the pain and misery. Then he began to get verbally abusive to Aurora due to her being a constant reminder of his deceased wife. Aurora strikingly looked like her mother. His words cut deep into Auroras heart. She never felt good enough.
The words were replaced with violence. He took any chance he could to harm the young girl.
She was just a kid, she didn't deserve it. Nobody deserves that.
I snap out of my thoughts, slightly shaking my head. "He didn't take my mothers death well and became cold and violent towards me." I turn my body to face his. "I never wanted to kill him though." I tell him, "I love him."
His thumb wipes away tears I didn't notice. His face looked pitiful, sadness in his eyes. "You wanted the pain gone. Don't let your past actions define who you are."
"The pain didn't go away Bellamy. It just grew." I croak out. "Time and patience Peach. Your pain will go away eventually." He says before laying his arm on my waist as he rubs my side with his thumb.
I slightly move closer to him as I close my eyes falling asleep to his breathing.
