Third Person

"so brinnley what are you doing now?" ashton asked the girl. they had finally finished their last tutoring session and were currently walking out of the school side by side.

"i'm leaving school" brinnley said coldly.

"yeah but like what are you up to? meeting some friends, zach, anything?" he pried.

"why do you care exactly? it's none of your business anyway ashton" brinnley said as she walked out of the building door to see zach by his car.

"oh so you're hanging out with zach... again" ashton mumbled loud enough for them both to hear as they both glared at him.

"yeah me... again" zach replied grabbing brinnley's bag from her hands. "you ready to go?"

"always" brinnley said smiling as zach grabbed her hand and the pair walked to his car while ashton rolled his eyes and walked away.

"so i really can't ask you where we are going?" brinnley asked as the two got in the car and put on their seatbelts.

zach shook his head, "nope it's a surprise" he then pulled out of the school parking lot and started to drive to their destination.

the whole car ride was filled with the two talking about their days and very loudly singing the high school musical soundtrack.

once they got to the destination brinnley gasped and got excited. "yes! the arcade i used to go here all the time as a kid!"

"yeah i know" zach said as they got out of the car. "wait that sounded weird, i mean clara told me this would be a good place to take you"

"well let's go!" brinnley exclaimed grabbing the brunette boy's hand and ran inside while he laughed. after they paid to they branched off to play the games hand in hand.

the two played a couple of games such as, dance dance revolution, mario kart race, air hockey, brinnley even convinced zach to do the walking dead game which he was terrified to play making brinnley laugh every time a zombie walked up.

"what should we do next?" brinnley asked as they walked away from dance dance revolution. "oh basketball game, i will crush you herron"

"no way i'm a master at this game" zach gushed while brinnley rolled her eyes.

"okay then let's see who wins"

"you're on ms. forbes"

"stop calling me that oh my god"

the two then started the game and were both heavily focused on beating one another. zach was in the lead throughout the beginning of the game until brinnley smacked the ball out of his hand which threw him off causing her to win.

"HA I WON" she bragged.

"that's because you cheated!" zach complained. "you literally smacked the ball right out of my hands!"

"nah you are just upset i won" brinnley said flipping her hair while zach rolled his eyes.

"okay brinn whatever you say" zach said taking her hand again. "what should we do next- oh claw machine, i'll see if i can win you something"

brinnley giggled as zach walked them over to the machine. "z those things are rigged, no one wins anything out of those"

"shut up and let me try"

"okay fine go ahead"

about twenty minutes later zach still hadn't gotten anything from the game.

"zach i think it's time to call it quits" brinnley told him.

"yeah i think- oh my god i got something!" zach exclaimed as a little panda stuffed animal was grabbed from the claw.

"okay careful... careful... YOU GOT IT" brinnley cheered as zach grabbed the panda out of the dispenser.

"yes!! here ya go m'lady" the boy said handing the blonde girl the panda.

"why thank you sir" she said giggling as she took the panda and smiled at it. "not that i'm not happy with what we're doing but, are we going to eat?"

"yeah you want to eat now?" zach asked causing brinnley to nod. "we can go now if you're hungry"

"yeah i kind of didn't eat anything but a bite of toast"

"oh then we can go, i have another part of this date anyway that involves food so let's go"
