( I MISS YOU, I'M SORRY )

"OH MY GOS YOU LOOK SO CUTE!" Rylan said as she walked in Gabbie's room.  The younger girl grinned too at Rylan. "Literally any soon-to-be mother will envy how good you look pregnant." Rylan boasted.

"You're still in your pajamas." Gabbie pointed out, noticing that Rylan was still in her sweats and a hoodie.

"Yeah about that—" Rylan was quick to reply, but she was cut off by Gabbie raising her eyebrow.

"The party is in an hour."

"Yeah but—"

"Go change." Gabbie pointed out the door, but Rylan continued to protest.

"but—"

"Now." Gabbie said sternly.

"Fine." Rylan huffed walking out the room and into her room. As Rylan than proceeded to struggle finding what to wear, the five Why Don't We boys walked into the apartment, along with Tate and Katie.

"Hey guys." Gabbie greeted, giving each of them a hug, and kissing her boyfriend.

"Where's my girlfriend?" Corbyn asked, looking around for Rylan.

"She died." Katie snorted sarcastically and Corbyn rolled his eyes.

"She's about too if she doesn't get ready." Gabbie gradually spoke louder, directing her statement to the girl upstairs.

"I AM GEEZ LEAVE ME BE." Rylan yelled back, making the boys laugh.

"I'm gonna go help her before she comes out in her pajamas." Tate said, walking up the stairs Katie and Gabbie following behind her.

"Where's Trix?" Jonah asked and Zach shrugged.

"I just texted her she should be here with Quinn soon." Daniel spoke up and as if on cue, Quinn and Maeve Patricia Johnson walked into the apartment, giggling about something they were just talking about.

"sup idiots." Maeve spoke, plopping herself right in between Jonah and Corbyn.

"Johnson." Jack glared and Maeve rolled her eyes before raising an eyebrow.

"Avery." She tested, which just made Jack roll his own eyes.

"Where're the girls?" Quinn asked and Jonah pointed behind him.

"They're all helping Rylan get ready."

"Why would someone need three people to get ready?" Maeve asked and Corbyn laughed.

"Because Rylan is the most indecisive person you will ever meet." He explained, but Maeve just nodded not completely convinced. Families started to pile into the apartment as everyone spoke, and the boys started wondering what was taking the girls upstairs so long. The rest of the Besson family were the last ones to make it to the party, and Ashley Mae Besson stormed into the apartment.

"WHERE'S MY GIRLFRIEND?" She yelled as Corbyn scrolled through his Instagram feed, not bothering to even look up from the screen.

"She's still not you're girlfriend." He lazily replied to his younger sister, and she just rolled her eyes, looking to Jonah for an answer.

"Where's your sister?"

"Upstairs."

"Later losers." She said before running up the stairs and into Rylan's room.

"I swear Rylan's dating my family more than she's dating me." Corbyn joked and Jonah laughed.

"Tell me about. Every time I'm with both Rylan and Tate, she ditches me for my sister."

"Wait, you're dating Jonah's sister?" Maeve asked Corbyn.

"Yup." He grinned proudly, making Jonah roll his eyes.

"I didn't even know you were dating anyone." She confessed and Zach furrowed his eyebrows.

"How? All he does is talk about her." Zach asked and Daniel nodded.

"For real. It gets kind of annoying at time." He said and Corbyn narrowed his eyes at Daniel. "Didn't mean it that way chill."

"Am I missing something here?" Maeve asked, pretending she didn't know what they were talking about.

"Nothing you need to worry about." Quinn smiled as the five girls who were upstairs for so long made their way down the stairs.

"Finally, you took forever." Corbyn complied, as he hugged Rylan.

"Oh shut up."

"You look pretty." He told her and she quickly kissed him before Jonah could push them apart.

"You look pretty hot not gonna lie." She bluntly stated making Corbyn laugh.

"Okay what ever you say." She was gonna say something, but Gabbie pulled her away, needing help with something.

"I'll be right back." Maeve walked up to him the moment she left.

"Is she you're girlfriend?"

"Yup."

"You guys are cute." She complimented, but Corbyn noticed the non-feeling that was hidden in her voice.

"Uh yeah." He looked at her a second confused, before hearing Rylan call him over.

"CORBYN COME HERE AND LOOK AT THE CUPCAKES. THEY'RE SO CUTE!" Rylan exclaimed, standing next to Ashley and Corbyn's mom, eyes wide with excitement. The older boy walked over to her looking at the cupcakes that were just simply frosted in pink and blue. Corbyn licked his lips at how good they looked and reached out to take one, but Rylan slapped his hand away.

"ow! What was that for?!" He asked her and she shook her head as if the reason was obvious.

"You're not supposed to eat those yet!" Rylan scolded and Corbyn pouted.

"Why not?"

"Because those are for after we reveal the gender."

"You could just tell me the gender and we could pretend that we already revealed it. Then I get a cupcake and everyone's happy." He bargained and she raised her eyebrow.

"No." She stated simply. The pair continued to playfully argue as Maeve approached Quinn.

"Hey trix—"

"How long have they been dating?" She bluntly asked and Quinn looked at her confused before answering.

"A little over seven months. Why?" She asked skeptically and Maeve just shrugged, a hint of a smirk on her face.

"Just wondering."

"You should meet the girls though." Quinn said, dropping the subject. "Guys come here real quick." Tate, Rylan, Katie, and Gabbie walked over to the two other girls.

"Girls this is Maeve, but we all call her Trixie. Trix, this is Gabbie, Rylan, Katelyn, and Tate." Quinn introduced and they all greeted each other, but no one noticed the subtle smirk that Maeve was sending Rylan.

As time came closer to the reveal of the gender, Rylan had to leave Corbyn's side to make sure everything was set. This gave Maeve the opening she was looking for to get closer to Corbyn. They all spoke to the others, minus Gabbie and Rylan, but Maeve continuously grabbed hold of Corbyn's arm. She would constantly be touching him or subtly flirting with him, and once Corbyn caught on, he suddenly felt incredibly uncomfortable. He would push away from the girl, but she would constantly find a way to go back to him. Now, the rest of the group were starting to notice, even Gabbie who wasn't even standing with them. Rylan was the only one, being the most oblivious one out of all of them, who hadn't notice Maeve trying to make a move on Corbyn.

Once they were about to reveal the gender, Jack then moved to speak to Gabbie quietly.

"You saw that, too right?" Jack whispered, and Gabbie nodded.

"The real question is, did Rylan noticed?" Gabbie whispered back and Jack was going to responded, but Rylan interrupted them, grinning like an idiot.

"C'mon it's time." She said pulling them towards the living room, that was currently occupied by a huge balloon. "AHHH I'M SO EXCITED." She squealed, repeatedly hitting her brother over and over again.

"ow Ow oW OW! Rylan stop hitting me!" Jonah exclaimed, rubbing his arm where his sister was punching him.

"Sorry."

"Rylan." Their mom warned and she shot her hands up in defense.

"I said sorry!" She defended and her dad laughed at her.

"Focus Rye." Jack reminded.

"Oh right." Rylan remembered that she was the one who held the pin to pop the balloon. She handed it to Jack. "Wait don't pop it!" She stopped him scaring everyone. "Sorry I wanted my camera so I could record this." She innocently stated as Katie handed her camera. "okay now." She said as everyone chuckled at the girl.

After popping the balloon everyone started congratulating the soon to be parents. Instead of hugging Gabbie or Jack, Maeve took this chance to embrace Corbyn right away, subtly checking if Rylan was look. Corbyn tried pulling away, but Maeve only squeezed him tighter, making him furrow his eyebrows confused. At the other side of the room Rylan looked at the pair, confused, before dropping the subject, just thinking that this was simply something that they always did, or she was leaving. Rylan was definitely rooting for the latter.

As everyone started piling out for the night the only ones who were left in the apartment, were the five boys, Tate, Gabbie, Katie, and Rylan. Quinn and Maeve had just left minutes before but not before Maeve gave Corbyn another hug. It wasn't like it was one of those friendly hugs. It was more like a hug that Rylan gave Corbyn when she was leaving to New York. As they were talking, Rylan was bottling up what she was thinking until she knew she needed to talk to someone.

"Uh I think I left my camera in my room. Gabbie wanna go help me find it?" Rylan said before standing up and walking up to her room, Gabbie quickly following after her, knowing exactly what this was about.

"I think I'm going to help them, y'know with Gabbie being pregnant and everything." Tate excused herself.

"Yeah." Katie said, following after Tate.

"You think she notices that her camera is right here?" Zach pointed out.

"Oh My gosh! You guys saw that, too right?" Rylan said immediately, frowning at the situation at hand.

"She was all over Corbyn," Gabbie added and Tate nodded.

"We literally just met her too. From how the boys talked about her, I thought she was cool, not a homewrecker." Katie bluntly stated, feeling protective over Rylan.

"Do you think she's been acting like this since I've been in New York?" Rylan asked, scared of Corbyn cheating on her for just a split second, but then her voice of reason told her that he would never do that.

"No, no, did you see how uncomfortable he looked the entire time?" Gabbie reasoned and Rylan let out a breath she didn't know she was holding.

"He better has been uncomfortable, because if he wasn't, I would've cut his dick off and tied it like a balloon animal." Tate threatened and Katie struggled to hold in her laughter.

"Tate." Gabbie warned and the eldest girl just shrugged.

"What? I'm serious." She said before looking back at Ryan. "So when are we beating that girl, what was her name again?"

"Maeve." Kate reminded

"Yeah so when are we beating that girl Maeve's ass? Because I don't leave until Friday, so I'm down for tomorrow." Tate said and Rylan glared at her.

"We're not beating anyone up." Rylan scolded and Tate started to protest.

"But—"

"No. I'll talk to Corbyn, but she didn't really try anything, so we can't confront her. Okay?"

"Yeah." Gabbie agreed.

"Got it." Katie agreed and Rylan looked at Tate expectantly.

"Tate, do you understand?" Rylan asked, making sure she got Tate's word for it, because if not she knew Tate would take matters into her own hands.

"Yeah, I understand." She grumbled.

"What the actual fuck?" Jonah said, glaring at Corbyn, who was making sure the girls were out of earshot.

"Why are you looking at me as if I did something? Trix has never done anything like that. That was definitely new, and very weird, and super uncomfortable, and extremely—"

"Okay, we get it." Jack cut him off before he could continue his rant.

"Corbyn is right though, Trixie has never acted like that." Daniel spoke.

"I expected it from her." Jack shrugged and Jonah looked at him.

"You knew?"

"No, but I told you, she gave off bad vibes, she was bound to do something messed up."

"What are we going to do though? She's Quinn's best friend, and we can't just kick them out the group." Zach spoke up.

"Maybe it was just a onetime thing." Jonah suggested, wondering if this was going to end with his sister hurt.

"We're going to the Johnny's in two days, we already invited Quinn and Trixie."

"Okay." Corbyn simply stated, trying to run all the possible outcomes to this.
