"KATIE HURRY UP." Rylan Emely Frantzich yelled through the apartment, buzzing with excitement. After six months in New York City, she was finally moving back to LA. Katelyn Rosie Brown was struggling to put her shoes on as she brushed her teeth, when Rylan yelled after her.

"Our flight isn't for another two hours!" She yelled back and Rylan walked back into the bathroom. Katie was also moving back to LA, after working at Atlantic records with Rylan. The girls met in the studio, clicking immediately after they started working together.

"Yeah but I want to go to the airport already, so we go through security without any problems." Rylan whined as Christina Marie Harris and Aaron Ellis walked into the room.

"Aw you guys are leaving. Six months seeing only your faces and now we're not living together anymore." Christina frowned.

"I know I'm so excited." Rylan jumped and Aaron looked at her, confused.

"Ouch Rye," He told her, and her eyes widened as she actually thought about how that sounded.

"Shut up Ronnie, I didn't mean it like that."

"Yeah you meant you wanted to see your boyfriend." Christina teased and Rylan just shrugged.

"You're right. I haven't seen him since August when we went to the Bahamas for my birthday." She reasoned and Katie visibly cringed.

"That was like 5 months ago."

"Exactly I miss him."

"Alright You guys better get going." Ronnie told the two girls and Katie raised her eyebrow.

"Trying to get rid of us Ellis?" She asked him and he nodded.

"Actually yes, I'm tired of hearing Rylan on Facetime with her boyfriend."

"Nah Katie he's trying to get rid of us so he could be alone with Christina." Rylan pointed out making Aaron's face flushed, and Katie and Rylan laughed while Christina rolled her eyes.

"Alright let's go." Christina said as she walked out the door, the other three following.

"GABBIE!"

"RYLAN!" Rylan was quick to run over to her best friend and give her a big hug. She had seen Gabbie more recently because she came to visit her in New York, though it didn't make her miss her any less. I mean two months is still a long time.

"Aw Gabs the baby is getting so big." Rylan said, putting her hand on Gabbie's stomach.

"I know right, she's being so complicated."

"IT'S A GIRL?!" Rylan yelled, getting some looks from the people around her. "Sorry." She said more quieter as her face flushed red.

"Yeah I found a couple days ago, Jack and I are throwing the Gender reveal party next week."

"Does he know that it's a girl?"

"Nah, that's the point of the surprise." She told Rylan. That was when Gabbie noticed Katie struggling to carry Rylan's bags because of her dropping them to hug the younger girl. "Hey Katie!"

"Hey gabs." She hugged the girl and then the three started walking out the airport and towards Gabbie's car.

"Where're the boys?"

"They got stuck at the studio." Gabbie informed her and Rylan was already jumping with excitement.

"Alright we'll drop our bags off and then go to the studio." Rylan planned and Katie furrowed her eyebrows.

"Are we allowed to do that?"

"Probably not but Randy and Jon love me." Rylan said, as she entered the car.

After making their way to Gabbie's apartment, which she now shared with Rylan, and then Katie's apartment, Gabbie and Rylan made their way up the studio, to where the boys were eating Chick-fil-a, finished recording and just editing music.

Corbyn Matthew Besson was impatiently tapping his foot, wanting to leave the studio already, but he knew it wasn't going to happen because they just started editing, and it was a long process.

"Corbyn will you please stop tapping your foot, it's really annoying." Jonah Marais Roth Frantzich snapped, tired of hearing the sound. Corbyn grumbled an apology, moving his impatience to so random game on his phone.

"oh, Rylan called me this morning and gave me the release date of the album." Jack Robert Avery informed, and everyone looked at him.

"When?"

"She's saying it should be out by the end of the month."

"oh my gosh I'm so excited." Quinn Mendoza smiled, and everyone nodded. In the Bahamas trip the group took in August, Quinn apologized for what happened the month before. Although Corbyn is still iffy about her and Daniel, Rylan was quick to forgive them.

"Where's Trixie?" Daniel James Seavey asked his girlfriend and she shrugged.

"She ditched me after we picked up the food." Quinn responded.

"Good." Jack stated coldly. He really didn't like her.

"What's you're deal with Trixie anyways?" Zachary Dean Herron asked Jack and he just shrugged.

"She just gives off bad vibes." He simply responded, but Jonah knew it was deeper than that.

"well—" Corbyn cut himself off when he felt hands covering his eyes and someone whispering boo into his ear. He turned around quickly to see his girlfriend standing there with a giant grin on her face. "MARS!" he yelled, quickly engulfing her in a hug before anyone else could get to her.

"I've missed you so much." She told him, squeezing him just as tight.

"Me too." He told her, pulling away but not letting go of her. "did you dye your hair?"

"Nah just fixed it up a bit. Your hair got blonder though." She pointed out and he grinned.

"Not again." Daniel said as the other people in the room groaned.

"What happened?" Rylan asked as Jonah rolled his eyes.

"SEE I TOLD YOU GUYS IT GOT BLONDER!" Corbyn said in an 'I told you so' tone.

"He's been saying that ever since he re-dyed it." Quinn said, giving Rylan a hug.

"It looks blonder," Rylan said, furrowing her eyebrows.

"It looks the same to us." Jack said and Corbyn rolled his eyes.

"Gosh you guys were made for each other." Zach said to Corbyn and Rylan, as he moved to hug Rylan. After they all greeted Rylan, Corbyn immediately pulled her down to the sofa, wrapping an arm around, happy that she was finally home.

"Album, you're album. I WANT TO HEAR IT." Jack said aggressively, and Rylan's eyebrow's shot up.

"Nope."

"WHAT WHY NOT?" Zach then proceeded to exclaim.

"Because I want all of you guys to hear it when it comes out." Jack and Zach proceeded to mumble some incoherent threats to the girl because of them not being able to hear the album that took her away from home.

"I see you're wearing the big plans hoodie." Daniel said, pointing out the hoodie she was wearing.

"Yup, Corbyn sent it to me the moment I came out." She said as Jonah pulled her up into another hug, despite Corbyn's protests.

"I'm just happy you're home Rye."

Super anticlimactic first chapter but let the story flow

we got two new characters and a mention of another one so.......yeah

Also IM LITERALLY SO EXCITED FOR THIS YOU DONT UNDERSTAND 😅😂

After Friday night I might now have wifi so I will write, I just might not have wifi to post so yeah

I've already started chapter two haven't finished so expect it on Friday probably
