"HEY GABS?"

"What's up Rye?" Gabbie asked the older girl, as she aimlessly scrolled through her phone.

"Do you think ants have feelings?" She asked, genuinely wondering, which made Gabbie look up from her phone and at raise her eyebrows at Rylan.

"What?"

"I mean think about it. We step on them all the time without knowing it. Do you think they mourn over their dead loved ones and have little ant funerals?" Rylan than asked and Gabbie sighed, seriously questioning why she is friends with Rylan.

"Rylan, how bored are you?"

"I'm not bored, I actually want to know." She answered and Gabbie looked around for her phone.

"Where's you're phone?"

"It's charging."

"Put a movie on then." Gabbie suggested and Rylan reached for her laptop on the coffee table.

"I'm gonna look it up."

"Look what up?" The younger girl questioned.

"If ants have feelings duh."

"Oh gosh, where are the boys?" Gabbie asked starting to get up from her seat.

"Where're you going?"

"You're gonna watch criminal minds and freak out over spencer reid while I go call the boys." Gabbie said, turning on Netflix and switching on criminal minds. Rylan just shrugged, not arguing over it and Gabbie left the living room to call Jack. "Where are you guys?"

"We'll be there in like ten minutes, we're on our way." Jack responded, as he drove with the other four boys in the car.

"Hurry up. I swear it's like I'm already raising a kid." Gabbie sighed, grabbing a water from the fridge.

"What? Why?"

"Because Rylan is already a handful, imagine having to raise a little baby in this house with a big baby."

"Hey I heard that!" Rylan yelled from the living room, engrossed in the tv and the five boys in the car laughed.

"What'd she do this time?" Jonah asked from the passenger seat of the car.

"She asked me if ants have feelings." Gabbie sighed once again, taking a seat next to the counter. "but I sat her down in the living room and now she's watching criminal minds."

"Woah do ants have feelings?" Zach asked, eyes wide with amazement.

"Zach—" Daniel started.

"No think about it, we step on them all the time what if—"

"I'm not hearing this again. I'll talk to you guys when you get here." Gabbie said, hanging up the phone and walking into the living room.

"He's so attractive." Rylan said pointing to the screen where Spencer Reid stood speaking.

"I know Rye, you say it every single day."

"The world needs to know what they're missing out." She shrugged, continuing to watch the show with Gabbie.

"He is pretty hot though."

"See I told you Gabs." After a couple of minutes of watching the show, the Why Don't we boys walking into the apartment, looking for the two girls.

"Nope, Absolutely not." Corbyn said, turning off the tv, where Rylan was gawking over, well you know who.

"Hey! I was watching that!"

"I know that's why I turned it off." He stated.

"You're annoying." She said rolling her eyes and he grinned at her as she stood up.

"You still love me."

"Doesn't make you any less annoying." She grumbled, her face flushed a deep color of red.

"Who are we waiting on?" Jonah asked, opening their fridge for food.

"Tate, and Quinn." Jack answered.

"and maeve." Daniel pointed out.

"Yeah, and Maeve." Jack rolled his eyes.

"tate said she just parked; she'll be up here soon." Rylan said, looking up from her phone.

"I'll be right back I'm gonna go make sure I don't look stupid." Corbyn said walking up to Rylan's room.

"What's the plan for when we get there." Zach asked, stuffing a handful of fruity pebbles into his mouth.

"I'm thinking Laser tag and then karaoke." Daniel suggested.

"Hey what's up with this 'competitive karaoke' stuff." Gabbie asked, and the four boys grinned excitedly.

"So basically, it's karaoke that's split different each night. You're stuck in different teams each time." Jack answered.

"Yeah and basically everyone who is there has a good voice, that's what makes the competition so fun." Daniel continued.

"Ill be right back." Rylan announced, getting out of her chair and walking up the stairs, "Hey Nasa, you think I should change my shirt, or just wear a dress. Nah I shouldn't wear a dress." She paused examining herself in the mirror, "I don't think I'm going to change this shirt. Do you think I look stupid babe?" She asked, and he muttered a 'no', which made Rylan furrow her eyebrows. "You didn't even look." The younger girl walked into her bathroom seeing Corbyn messing with the buttons on his shirt. "What're you doing?"

"Trying to cover my scar from the surgery." He answered which made Rylan look at him confused.

"What? Why?"

"It's making me look weird." He mumbled, feeling insecure. It was safe to say that they were super open about their insecurities at this point, which helped the other person pull them out of the insecurities.

"What're you talking about?"

"Mars look," he whined, "If I cover it up I look like a book nerd, and if I don't cover it up, all you see is the scar." Rylan frowned, squeezing her way in between the bathroom counter and Corbyn.

"Corbyn look at me." She said, as he gazed down at her shoes. The older boy brought his gaze towards his girlfriend, upset at himself for absolutely no reason. "You look perfect okay? There's no reason to put yourself down." She told him, softly grabbing his face to make him face her.

"You're supposed to say that you're my girlfriend."

"You're right, but I'm also very sure that your scar makes you ten time hotter, and that's saying a lot because let's face it babe, you're pretty attractive." She spoke and he laughed lightly.

"You're pretty attractive too." He told her, grabbing her waist as a goofy grin appeared on her face.

"I know, you don't have to tell me." She smirked and he rolled his eyes.

"You're awfully confident, aren't you?" She just hummed a response as they went out of the room and downstairs.

"What the fuck? This place is ginormous!" Tate exclaimed, making her boyfriend laugh.

"Yeah, you should see the inside." Jack says as they walked towards the entrance.

"Woahhh it's the why don't we boys, back at it again." The person says, doing the bro hug thing with all the guys.

"What's up Bryan."

"I see you guys got new people with you." Bryan said, looking at the five girls.

"Yeah, this is my girlfriend, Rylan, that's Gabriela, Tate, Maeve, and Quinn." Corbyn introduced.

"Nice to meet you gals." He grinned at the girls. "You hitting the Karaoke tonight? You get to choose your own teams tonight."

"Yeah can you reserve our group for ten o'clock?" Daniel asked and Bryan nodded, typing away on the computer.

"I'm assuming you guys all wanna be a team, right?"

"Actually, can you place me and Quinn on the opposite team?" Maeve spoke up with a smile on her face.

"Uh yeah sure." Bryan said because no one protested against her switching teams. After that, he handed them all wristbands, giving them access to the laser tag and karaoke. The boys led the five girls to the entrance of the laser tag area. The workers set them up, the teams there being boys v. girls because of the even difference. They were even stuck with some other group of three girls and three guys, which made the game a little more exciting.

"You're going down Nasa." Rylan said as they waited for the doors to open.

"Oh yeah?"

"Mhm." She said and he laughed, not really believing that she would win. Rylan had a plan already mapped out in her head. The moment the doors opened, Rylan grabbed Corbyn by his cheeks and pulled him into a kiss to distract him. She pulled away after a few moments and shot him with her laser gun, as he stood there stunned from the sudden kiss. "Told you." She whispered before running away, high fiving Tate.

The girls ended up winning because of them messing with the boys. Gabbie pulled the pregnant card on all of the boys, even the ones they didn't know, which caused her to shoot them all easily. Rylan and Tate tricked Jonah and Corbyn every time they bumped into the pair. Maeve and Quinn kind of went solo but did end up shooting up the boys multiple times. The other three random girls kind of just stuck to themselves, but they did a hell of a job attacking the guys the came with.

"That was so fun!" Rylan cheered, ignoring the grumpy boys.

"Yeah for you, because you CHEATED!" Corbyn pouted and Rylan laughed.

"Oh, shut up, At least we're not against each other in this karaoke thing."

"If we we're against each other, I'd lose again, and I don't think my ego can take anymore losses." Corbyn acknowledged and Rylan rolled her eyes.

"Oh, shut up you know you're insanely talented, don't act like you're not." As the group walked into the room, the girls were amazed. The boys went to go see the list of who was going against who when it was their turn.

"You guys wanna sign up for the duet rounds?" Jack asked.

"not tonight. I can already feel her crashing down." Corbyn gestured to Rylan who was yawning.

"Alright next time."

"That's not good." Corbyn mentioned, eye wide.

"What happened?" Jonah asked.

"Look who Maeve is singing against." Zach looked at the name and started laughing.

"This is going to be hilarious."

Rylan was the last scheduled to compete, and she walked up to the stage after her name was called. She watched as the devil incarnate herself walked up to the stage. Okay that was a little to harsh, wait not it's not never mind. Everyone was quick to notice the tension between the two girls because of Maeve's smirk and because of how uncomfortable Rylan looked.

"Alright Maeve, chose your song used to compete." The announcer said.

"That boy is mine by Brandy & Monica." Maeve smirked.

This can not be happening.
