Katie and Sarah were both running to Katies house

"Jesus can we stop... I'm out of breath.." Sarah said stopping

Once they had caught their breath back they started running again

Then they finally got to Katies house to see Ace and the rest of the cobras

"Shit.." Katie said slowly walking straight past Ace and his friends

"Katie!" he shouted but Katie ignored him

Pulling Sarah straight in her room

Then Katie began filling a backpack with $7.00 And clothes

"Got any money.?" Katie asked Sarah

"Nope.. Sorry" Sarah said popping the P
"I don't usually bring cash with me.." she says slowly

Sarah grew up on a poor background so Katie didn't expect her to have money with her

"Okayy... Uh" katie say packing her other stuff away

"Ready?" Sarah asked

"yep! Let's go" Katie said grabbing her hand pulling her down the stairs with her

"Katie! You can't ignore me" Ace said grabbing Katie's backpack

"Get off you asshole," Katie said pulling away

"Oo your own sister showed you up Ace," billy said laughing

"Shut the fuck up!" Ace shouts

By this time Sarah and Katie were almost there

Then they finally arrived

"Katie! Sarah!" Gordie said pulling them both into a hug

"Okay so are we going now..?" Sarah asked curiously

"Yes men lets get going!" Teddy shorts wrapping his arm around Katie

"J-Jesus you're strangling me-" Katie says between breaths

"Oh shit sorry!" Teddy says taking his arm from her neck

"So wheres Chris..?" Sarah asks

"Ooo your boyfriend you mean" Katie said laughing

"Shut up!" Sarah said blushing

At this time a truck was driving down the street to their surprise Chris was in the back

"Thanks!" he shouts jumping off the back of the truck

"Thats one way to make an entrance" Katie says sarcastically

"Anyways let's get going!" Katie shouts walking along the sidewalk

(just act like she's not in a car there's not enough gifs of her 😭 )

"You have a really pretty smile you know that," Teddy said looking at Katie

"Oh uh thanks," Katie says flustered

"Stop flirting with Katie!" Chris says laughing

"I'm totally not flirting!" he scoffs angrily

katie's pov
We finally got to what seems to be train tracks

"Well, what do we need a pistol for anyway?" Vern asked

"It's spooky sleeping in the woods we might see a bear!" I suggest

"Or a garbage can" Chris added on
I just gave him a confused look

Then all the boys laughed as if it was an inside joke or something

"I brought a comb!" Vern said

"What do we need a comb for?" Chris asks

"Well... You know... Sarah and Katie!" Vern says

I smiled at this comment he honestly cared about us

"Lotta thinking Vern!" Gordie says patting him on the back

Then teddy quickly shoved his hand in front of Vern's face

This obviously caused Vern to flinch

"Two for flinching!" Teddy says punching him in the shoulder twice

Then we all came across a bridge

"How far you think it's gonna be," Sarah asked

"If we follow the tracks into Harlow it would be about 20 miles, Sar," Chris said

He must have given Sarah a nickname

"Yeah it might even be 30" Gordie suggests

"Maybe. We should hitchhike...?" Vern suggests

"No way! That sucks!" teddy shouts

"Why not! We could follow route 7 then back down Harlow road" Vern says

"That's pussy!" Teddy shouts back

"Hey it's a long way!" Vern says

"Did your mother have any kids that lived?" Teddy asks

"What do you mean" Vern asked

As they kept on going on and on about stuff we were halfway down the bridge

"Have gun will travel reads the card of a man! A knight without armour in a savage land! His fast gun for hire heeds the calling wind! A soldier of fortune is a man called paladin!" the boys all sing

Then once they finished singing that part Teddy continued to sing to himself quietly

"We have to fill up at the junkyard my dad said it's a safe well" Gordie says holding up his water

"Not if choppers there!" Chris shouts

"If choppers there we can send in the girls at least they don't have balls!" Teddy shouts from behind

"Hey, I'm kinda hungry who's got the food...?" Vern asks

Then we all stopped

"Shit! Did anybody bring anything" Teddy says

"Not me," everybody said

"Well..? What about you..?" Gordie said pointing at me and Sarah

"Nope," I say

"Well! What about you!" teddy shouts at Sarah

"Hey, asshole leave her alone! It's all our fault that we didn't bring food!" I shout pointing at teddy

Then we began to fight

"Hey hey hey hey! Let's see how much money we got" Gordie shouts breaking up the argument

Then we all sat in a circle counting up the money we had

"I got a $1.02" gordie says
"68 cents from chris"
"60 cents from teddy"
Then he slowly said
"7 cents vern..."

"Hey well at least we got $7 from Katie!" Teddy says pointing at me

"Well $9.37s not bad!" I say

"The store is at the end of that road that goes by the junkyard," Gordie says

"Train coming," Chris says pulling Sarah up by her hand

Then we all got up quickly

But Teddy just stood there

"Teddy come on man," Vern says slowly

"No! Uh-uh I'm gonna dodge it," Teddy says throwing his bag off his back

Then the train got closer and closer
My anxiety rose

"Teddy..." I say slowly

"No! I'm dodging it" he shouts

"Come on Teddy man get off the tracks your crazy!" Chris shouts

"Train dodge dig it," Teddy says

"GET THE HELL OFF THE TRACKS YOU WANNA GET KILLED!" Chris shouted

"Just like the beach at Normandy.." Teddy says Then he pretended he had a gun in his hand

Then Chris threw his things on the floor and ran over to Teddy 

Trying to pull him off

"Come on man" he says pulling him

"No no!" Teddy shouted

"You asshole! You son of a bitch!" Teddy shouted trying to wriggle away from Chris

Then the train passed both of the boys were fighting.

"STOP IT!" I scream

Then they all stared at me and went silent

"Skin it," Chris said
Once he said this Teddy walked off saying
"I could have dodged it.."

"Listen Teddy you can dodge it on the way back!" Sarah says

"Peace," I say pulling them both together

Then they 'skinned it'

We began to walk on the tracks once again
