• sweet ( allie is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. she truly cares about her family and friends and people in general )
• clean ( she's a bit of a neat freak, she sort of panics when things are out of place or not done correctly. she's also just a huge perfectionist )
• gullible ( her sweetness gets her into trouble sometimes, she can be a little too helpful or kind and it makes her vulnerable, this gets her kidnapped at some point )
• outgoing ( allie is extremely outgoing, she loves to meet new people and her and penelope are very alike in that aspect. she gets along great with her and they immediately clicked )

backstory
• childhood ; her mom and dad split up when she was just three and her brother was seven. samuel was their mother's favorite, she always seemed like she never wanted allie. her mom let her stay at her dad's house most of the time, which allie was grateful for, but she still had to be with her mom from time to time. growing up she was expected to have good grades and behavior from her mother, even when she was just a kid. her brother tried to defend her, but their mom simply brushed it off like it didn't matter.
• teenage years ; allison made sure to continue being a good student, afraid to disappoint her mom despite beginning to not care what she thought. her brother went to UCLA but still lived at home to be with her when they had to be at their mom's. her self esteem diminished and she developed anxiety over the years. then when she was 17, her mom died in a car accident. it really messed with her, feeling so guilty for not being as sad as she knew she should've been.
• early adulthood ; she attended UCLA as well, getting a degree in education so she could teach. allie loved children, she babysat for her dad's coworkers throughout her teenage years and she just loved it. allie was proud of herself for getting herself through college, going on to work at a local middle school. allie dated a few guys and girls throughout the years, some good and some bad, but she never really found what she was looking for. allie loved romance, she wanted it for herself. luckily all of that changed when she was 28
• recent ; after being shot one night just answering her door, she was rescued by the BAU and recovered after being in the hospital. she stayed in contact with one of her rescuers, eventually falling in love with them over months of long distance talking. she ended up moving to quantico with her brother where she found another teaching job at another middle school. in november 2013, a couple years into her relationship with spencer/emily, she was kidnapped. the team had to race to find her, but it wasn't before she was psychologically tortured and was nearly drowned. it was a miracle she didn't lose the baby {if with spencer} since she was around 4 months pregnant. it really affected her and she was convinced to get therapy, which did help. she and her li lived a happy life once she found a way to move past it, though spencer's prison time was a huge obstacle and a horrible experience, especially after her miscarriage from the stress of him going to prison

SPENCER REID — MAIN
; she and spencer met in may 2010 when they were solving the case of the serial killer who striked during the blackouts. she was one of the civilians injured in billy's rampage across town while he held ellie hostage. luckily spencer and emily find her, getting her taken to the hospital for the gunshot wound on her abdomen. spencer later checked on her after billy was killed, and they had a conversation and really hit it off. they secretly exchanged numbers, spencer wasn't one to typically break rules but he wasn't even sure if it was a problem to talk to a victim of a crime they solved. they stayed in contact, eventually deciding to date long distance. he visited her a couple times when they had to go back to california and she flew to virgina every so often, but it was hard. eventually she decided to move to virgina with her brother and they continued their relationship

; she and emily also met in 2010 in california. emily was immediately drawn to the poor girl, she stayed with her the entire way to the hospital. she came to visit after the case was solved and billy was taken care of, emily offering to stay in touch as a victim support person. for awhile, allie was afraid to go anywhere alone, but emily helped her through it even being across the country. the next time they had a case in california they met up after, where allie admitted that she liked emily and felt like they talked like more than just friends. emily agreed and they dated long distance, emily visiting her constantly when she had the free time or when they had cases in so-cal. when emily "died", she was absolutely devastated. then emily turned out to be alive and for awhile, she was pissed. eventually she and her brother moved to quantico and she and emily lived happily together.
