A hearty laugh could be heard.

The two soulmates said their goodbyes, and Taehyung closed his laptop and placed it back in its case before leaving his room with his luggage in one hand.

He is looking forward to spending time with his family back home. He didn't even tell them he would be returning home or tell his girl he was planning a surprise visit to his family.

Taehyung stunned his family with a surprise visit. His family was noticeably affected by his surprise, and his siblings were just smirking broadly.

"Welcome back, Dork!" Eujin gave him a tight hug as the family welcomed him back home.

He arrived in Daegu at about six p.m.

His parents were overjoyed to see him back, and Jong and Eujin couldn't help but smile when Taehyung immediately realized something was amiss.

"I just spoke with Yunru an hour ago, and I have a sense that she is very close." He furrowed his brows and looked at his mother, who appeared to be feeling guilty. They were, however, tight-lipped.

"Oh, I got one of the brand-new clothes Yunru sent me. Maybe her essence is still on my clothes." Eujin smirked as she tried to pull the sleeve of her dress to exaggerate and inhale the sweet scent.

"OK, that must be it." He gave a gentle smile. He misses his girl so much that Eujin's dress permits him to smell her. So weird. It smelled strongly of Yunru. Maybe he is missing her too much.

"Why don't you go and refresh?" his father suggests, with a lopsided grin." Eomma made your favorite potato noodles. She decided to spoil the family because we missed you so much."

Taehyungs' eyes widen with excitement. "On wow! I just happened to arrive at the right moment in time. I'm looking forward to some Eomma. But please allow me to quickly carry the bag upstairs. I'm really appreciative to our CEO for giving us time to escape our demanding schedule." As he picked up the bag from the floor and excused himself.

His family appeared weird to him. He wonders what is wrong with them. because his parents were smiling and his siblings looked too eager. Since when are they so excited to see him coming home? They bicker and banter a lot.

Eujin and Jong followed their older brother to the second floor when he was nearly ten steps from the top.

When he opened the door, he felt the distinctive presence of his soulmate in the dark room, which set his heart racing.

He turned on the light and was startled to see a body sleeping on its tummy in his bed, deeply asleep. He blinks slowly to ensure that his eyes are not playing tricks on him.

"Yunru!" he blurted in hushed tones as he noticed his two sniggering siblings peering through his bedroom's massive double doors.

He smirked cheerfully, pleased with the surprise on his bed, but turned around and wiggled his brows at his smirking siblings.

"Tell Eomma and Appa that I love the surprise package in my bedroom, but I don't think I'll be coming down for supper..."And with that, he locked the door behind him, much to his siblings' shock.

"Bye!" he said smugly.

Outside the bedroom, he could hear them muttering profanities. Revenge for not informing him that his sweetheart was visiting them without his knowledge.

Taehyung inhaled deeply the intoxicating scent of his gorgeous sleeping soulmate in his room.

He smiled as he removed his jacket and snuggled gently behind her back. He gently stroked her beautiful black hair behind her little ears, stroking her rosy cheeks tenderly. His soft touch caused her eyes to flutter. He caressed her again, widening his smile until her eyes flew open and the feathery touch.

She jerked her sleepy face up, amazement in her eyes, unable to believe what she was seeing. Her soulmate is home! Oh my goodness!

Yunru inhaled sharply, and with a joyful shriek her arms shot around his neck, gripping him in an intense anaconda grasp, and she sobbed...

"Oh, Taelove!"

Taehyung pushed her softly down onto his bed, his body pinning her gently beneath him.

"I'm here, baby," he muttered breathlessly against her lips.
