New York — Still in the Statue of Liberty.

— 3rd POV —

Dr. Strange emerges from a portal near the crown, carrying The Box. Peter drops down in front of him, taking off his mask.

"Strange, wait, we’re so close—"

"Skip it! I’ve been dangling over the Grand Canyon for twelve hours!" Strange exclaimed, he stops when he notices the older Peter.

"I know. I know, I know, I, uh...um, ah.."

The other Peter falls in — all three Spider-Men in a row. Dr. Strange looks at them, stunned.

"I’m sorry about that, sir. I mean.."

The older Peter steps in, looking at Strange. "You went to the Grand Canyon?"

"He could've used your help, man." The other Peter added.

Dr. Strange rolls his eyes, shakes his head.

"No, no, no, it’s okay! It’s okay! Uh, these.. these are my new friends." Peter told Strange before pointing the older Peter— "This is Peter Parker." and then pointing at the other Peter "This is Peter Parker. Spider-man. Spider-Man. They’re me's from.. other universes. They’re here to help."

Dr. Strange got overwhelmed "No, no.."

"This is the wizard that I was telling you about." Peter said to the other Peters.

"Look, I am really impressed that you’ve managed to give them all a second chance, kid. But this has to end. Now." Strange said to Peter but before he can reply, a person in a floating hoverboard arrives.

"Can the Spider-Man come out to
play?!"

the older Peter turns towards that oh so familiar voice, his eyes widening when he sees—

Green Goblin on his glider, silhouetted by the moon. He rockets down, lobbing volley after volley of Pumpkin Bombs!

Doc Ock adeptly springs into action —  grabbing bombs out of Dr. Strange’s path - while the Peters quickly dodge several explosions.

In the chaos, Goblin swoops down and — steals the box from Dr. Strange.

Peter turns his head, seeing it.

One of Doc Ock’s tentacles grabs onto the glider, holding Goblin in place, as Dr. Strange uses an Eldritch Whip to take back the box.

Furious, Goblin twists —  his glider slicing through Ock’s tentacle arm. Doc Ock shudders in pain, as Goblin jets off.

Strange started manipulating the box with magic. Suddenly, all three Peters sense it. Something off about The Box. something inside. A pumpkin bomb.

"Strange, no!" Peter tried to warn Strange.

The bomb detonates, the box explodes.

Fragments of debris hurled in every direction. Followed by the swirling, purple colored, spinning magic of the broken spell, unleashed and unstable.

— Y/N's POV —

Me, MJ, and Ned were chatting and taking a rest while the Spidermen and Dr. Strange are having a talk at the top.

"Suit shutting down." MISSY said as my suit goes back to the necklace, a hint of red light blinked. "And there it goes." I mumbled.

"So your suit is nanotech as well?" Ned asked, his face curious.

"Yep, though it needs recharging and that's not so cool isn't—" our conversation got cut off.

BOOM! We heard a loud crash. My gaze quickly looked up, confirming that the crash was from there.

"What the hell is happening?!" I shouted. "You guys should go now! the scaffolding is not safe anymore. It will fall of any minute now." I told MJ and Ned, they started running carefully. While looking at them, I didn't notice that a debris is coming towards me.

Hurtling through level after level of scaffolding, a crumbling avalanche of twisted metal. I lost my balance and fall backwards, tumbling off the collapsing scaffolding. "Ah!" I screamed loudly as I fall back.

Ned tries to to catch me, but loses to his own footing! He barely manages to grab a bent pole, dangling in mid-air.

"Ned!" I called his name.

I saw Peter dives in after me, reaching for my hand. A glint of hope came through me. I stretched out my hand hard as I could.  Almost there..

But then Geen Goblin slams into him, carrying Peter in the opposite direction.

My eyes widen as I witnessed that. At that point, I accepted my faith. I closed my eyes as I continue plummeting. My body feeling the breeze. I hold my breath. My mind goes blank as I feel the anxiety filling over my whole body. It became silent. A tear escaped.

Soon after, I felt a strong grip on my thighs, carrying me bridal style. As I felt that we landed, I opened my eyes and gasp for air, adrenaline surging. My eyes glistening as I looked at the person who saved me.

"Are you okay? It's alright. I'm here now." the other Peter asked me sincerely.

I nod, still taking it in. "Yeah. I'm okay. Thank you." I noticed his eyes. "Are you okay?"

Overwhelmed with emotion, the other Peter nods. I understand it now. He's having flashbacks. He put me down and immediately hug me tight. I hug him back and pat his shoulders softly.

"Thank you." I mumbled, thanking him for the second time. "We're okay. I'm okay. I'm here now as well." I added, assuring him.

"Mhm." he responded, burying his head further into your neck, trying to take all of the emotions in.

I continued stroking his back softly, comforting him in silence.

After almost 10 seconds, he pulls back gently, looking into your eyes. "Thank you." he said sincerely as he kisses your forehead quickly. "I need to go. Stay here, okay? I'll comeback."

"Yes, sir. Don't do anything stupid!" I shouted, he thumbs up and then webs off. I laughed softly. "Dork."

I turned my head around and saw MJ and Ned.

"MJ! Ned!"

"Y/n!" they both exclaimed as we run into each other's arms.

— 3rd POV, at the fallen shield. —

Peter gets to his feet, concerned, looking around.

"MJ?!" he calls out.

MJ releases from the hug. "Peter?!" she responded.

"MJ?!" Peter repeated.

From the base of the Statue of Liberty, MJ, Y/N, and Ned look over to see Peter on the shield at the water’s edge. MJ waves at him.

"Peter! Hey!"

"Are you okay?"

"We're okay."

Peter sighs in relief.

But then Green Goblin jolts upright at the other end of the shield. The sun just beginning to crest the horizon. Peter turns to face him, eyes narrowing, seeing red. Green Goblin rises, rips off his goggles.

"Poor, Peter. Too weak to send me
home to die."

"No. I just want to kill you myself."

"Attaboy!"

Enraged, Peter rushes at Green Goblin — they clash. Peter pummels him with a murderous intensity. Goblin breaks free. Releases his arm blades and swings them at Peter as they battle it out. Peter getting the upper hand, brutally beating Goblin back.

At the base of the Statue of Liberty, the older Peter and the other Peter run forward to see what was happening.

Peter batters Goblin until he’s down on his knees. A barrage of punches. Goblin collapses to the ground, spent.

A quick look between the other Peters. We have to do something.

MJ, Ned, and Y/N also shared a look of concern.

Peter grabs Goblin’s glider, crashed at the base of the shield. He drifts towards Goblin, murder in his eyes... lifts the glider over his head, about to bring the gleaming blades down on Goblin when— the older Peter jumps between them, stopping Peter!

Peter screams.

A pleading look on the older Peter’s face. Don’t do this. Slowly and gradually, Peter relaxes. A wordless understanding between the two Peter Parker. As Peter sets the glider down- the older Peter’s face falls. Goblin stabbed him in the back. He collapses.

The other Peter rushes forward with the Goblin cure, spots the standoff on the shield. Then he throws the Goblin cure! Peter then turns, grabs it. He stabs him on the neck. Goblin fell on his knees. Stunned. In pain. Peter clicked the cure, injecting the Goblin with the anti-serum.

The Goblin falls back, his senses coming back. "Peter?" Norman uttered. He sees the older Peter on the ground. Remembering everything. "What have I done?"

— Y/N's POV —

High above the Statue of Liberty, the mangled spell continues. Silhouettes forming everywhere. I looked up and saw Strange trembling from the strain of holding the Multiverse at bay. But try as he might, more and more silhouettes keep appearing.

— Peter's POV —

"What if everyone forgot who I was?" I told Strange.

"What?!"

"They’re coming here because of me, right? Because I’m Peter Parker? So cast a new spell, but this time make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget.. me."

"No." Strange sternly replied.

"But it would work, right?"

"Yeah, it would work. But you gotta understand that would mean that everyone who knows and loves you, we..." Strange stops. "We’d have no memory of you. It would be as though you never existed."

"I know." If this is the only way I can protect the people I love, then I'll accept the consequences. It's my fault anyway.

"Do it." I said without hesitation.

Dr. Strange reluctantly nods. [his heart breaking for Peter.]

"You better go and say your goodbyes. You don’t have long." he responded.

"Thank you, sir." I thanked him and moves to leave.

"Stephen." Strange added. "Call me Stephen."

I stopped, moved by the gesture. "Thank you, Stephen."

Strange smiles halfway. "Yeah... still feels weird."

I smiled back. "I’ll see you around." then I left.

[ As Peter swings off, Strange chokes back emotion. "So long, kid." ]

— 3rd POV —

The other Peter holds the older Peter up on his feet. Peter swings down to meet them.

"Hey! Uh... I think this is it. I think you’re about to go home." Peter told them.

"Okay." the older Peter replied.

"All right." the other Peter added, with a hint of sadness in his voice. The older Peter notices it.

"Um, look, I, uh... thank you! I just want to- I want you-- I want to tell you that.. I really don’t know how to say this, I-" Peter stuttered.

"Peter." the older Peter called him.

"I want you to know that I'm-"

The other Peters smiled at him.

"You know. It's what we do." the older Peter added.

Peter smiles. "Yeah. It’s what we do. Um... Right, I gotta find Ned, Y/N, and MJ."

Peter moves off, then quickly turns back. Hugs them.

"Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you." he pulls back. "I guess... I guess I’ll see you."

"Same." the older Peter said.

A final smile between the three.

As Peter runs off, the older Peter winces.

"You’re in so much pain, huh?"

"I am."

"Yeah."

"You're in so much pain, huh?" the older Peter throws the question back at the other Peter.

"Me? Nope. I'm fine."

"Yes, physically. How about emotionally?" the older Peter said, the other Peter only looked at him, realizing what he meant.

"Put me down and go talk to her."

"You got stabbed."

"And so? I'll be fine. Just go, we don't have much time." the older Peter mumbles as he pushes the other Peter.

The other Peter quickly run to find Y/N, He saw her already running towards him.
