A day had passed since Ben announced his plans to send his advisors to the Isle. Rylee and Morgan were currently in their room stuffing everything they thought they would need in the bags Mal supplied them with. As soon as they finished packing everything, the two girls went across the hall to Mal and Evie's dorm so that the daughter of the Evil Queen could give them looks to blend in better on the Isle. As soon as they entered the room, Evie tossed Morgan some clothes before she dragged the redheaded girl behind a changing screen. While the Macintosh girl was changing, Rylee sat down in between Jay and Carlos on one of the beds. A blank expression was on the Fitzherbert girl's face as she watched Evie put together her outfit.

While they sat in Mal and Evie's room preparing for the royal advisors' trip to the Isle, Mal was off somewhere with Ben going over the technicalities of their journey. On the other side of the school, Doug was helping Jane with planning Cotillion while Lonnie decided to go back to the gym.

"You need to be really careful," Carlos told Rylee for what felt like the millionth time, "you need to know who to talk to and who not to talk to."

"So who can we talk to?"

"Holly, the Queen of Hearts' daughter," Jay stated as he thought back to the girl who wanted nothing more than to get off that dark island, "from what I can remember, she didn't have many friends. Her mother left her to fend for herself because...well, she's really nice. There aren't that many people on the Isle like that appreciate that quality in people."

"Oh, there's also Skyler. She's the daughter of Scar. But don't worry, she isn't a lion. Fairy Godmother turned Scar human before he was sent to the Isle. I still don't know how she did it," Carlos continued as soon as he remembered the girl who faked being cruel to survive on the Isle, "unlike the rest of her family over there, she's really friendly and just wants to get out of there."

"And we can't forget about Dizzy, Drizella Tremaine's daughter," Evie said after reliving some of the memories she shared with the young girl, "she's like a little sister to me and definitely deserves to come over."

"It's probably better to know who we should avoid," Morgan told them before she came out from behind the screen, causing Rylee's eyes to widen.

Instead of her usual dark blue t-shirt and black jeans, the Macintosh girl was wearing a black t-shirt with a dark turquoise leather jacket over it and matching pants. On the back of her jacket was a bronze bear paw that matched the one that sat on the side of her leg. After admiring her outfit for a moment longer, Rylee looked beside her to catch Jay and Carlos staring at Morgan with wide eyes, causing the blonde girl to smile while her redheaded friend let out a small laugh.

"Your turn, Ry," Evie announced as she handed the girl in question a pile of clothes, causing the Fitzherbert girl to let out a small sigh before she got to her feet and walked behind the screen.

"Avoid Gil, son of Gaston. He has blonde hair and wears brown bandanas all the time. He isn't very bright, can't keep a secret, and tells his crew everything."

"Don't go near Harry. He's Captain Hook's son and is cruel and ruthless. I wouldn't put it past him to attack you on sight."

"Then there's Ursula's daughter, Uma. She's the leader of their little gang. She's smart and knows what she wants. She's dangerous so just don't even look at her."

As soon as the three of them finished warning them about certain people on the Isle, Rylee walked out from behind the curtain. Instead of her usual purple sweater and white jeans, she was wearing an outfit that resembled her father's old look, colors that were usually reserved for her brother. On top of her dark brown tank top that matched her jeans was a blue leather jacket. To finish off both hers and Morgan's new looks were black combat boots that they slipped on with ease.

"Anything else we should know?" Morgan questioned while she and Rylee were ignoring the looks they were receiving from Jay and Carlos.

"Watch your back," Evie stated while refolding their old clothes and placing them on her bed before turning around to look at them once again, "don't talk to anyone who looks at you weirdly."

"Maybe steal a little," Jay told them as a smirk slowly formed on his face, "it'll show the villains you're one of them."

"But most importantly, just lie low and stay quiet. Don't draw unwanted attention to yourselves," Carlos added as he fiddled with his fingers in his lap.

The three of them went silent as they thought of anything else they needed to tell the two girls about their home. Rylee and Morgan exchanged a look before they turned their attention back to the trio of worried teens. Just as the Fitzherbert girl was about to open her mouth and reassure her friends that they'd be okay, her phone went off and she pulled it out to see a text from Ben.

🦁BEASTY🦁:

Meet me in my office
when you're finished.

🌻FITZ🌻:
We'll be there soon.

"Are we almost done here?" Rylee questioned as she looked away from the screen and back at her friends before holding up her phone, "Ben wants to see Morgan and me in his office."

"We just need to do your hair," Evie answered as she forced Morgan into a chair.

As soon as she turned her around to face the large mirror on the wall, the Macintosh girl let out a groan. Rylee instantly let out a small laugh before receiving a playful glare from her friend through the mirror. It wasn't long after that when the blonde girl sat back down between Jay and Carlos. The Fitzherbert girl's giggles were soon put to an end by an elbow gently nudging her side.

"I wouldn't laugh if I were you," Carlos whispered into her ear as a small smirk appeared on his face, "you're next."

Rylee's smile instantly fell after she took in his words while her eyes stayed glued to Evie as she worked on Morgan's air. As soon as she snapped out of her daze, the Fitzherbert girl got to her feet. But the next thing she knew, a hand wrapped around her wrist and pulled her back down onto the bed.

"You aren't helping," the Fitzherbert girl hissed at Jay, who wrapped his arm around her shoulders to keep her on the mattress.

"You're the one who wants to go to the Isle," the son of Jafar stated without a hint of remorse in his voice as a smirk to match the one on his white-haired friend's face appeared on his, "besides, you gotta look the part."

"Plus, I wanna see what your hair looks like when someone actually puts work into it," Carlos mocked, earning an eye roll from his blonde friend before the three of them turn their attention back to Evie after she announced she was finished.

The daughter of the Evil Queen instantly turned Morgan around to reveal her naturally curly hair now perfectly straight. A small smile formed on Evie's face as her eyes scanned over her work before she said, "she can't have all of the curls. She looks too much like Merida with them."

After looking over herself in the mirror, the Macintosh girl let out a long sigh before putting on a black beanie that had a small bow and arrow charm on the side. The annoyance on her face didn't fade as she walked across the room and sat on the other side of Jay. It wasn't long after that when both Jay and Carlos pushed Rylee off the bed. The blonde girl stumbled a bit toward Evie before looking back at the two boys and shooting them a glare. Not even a second after that passed when the blue-haired girl forced her friend into the chair.

A few minutes of Evie messing with Rylee's hair passed before they ended up with a look that was deemed "worthy" by the daughter of the Evil Queen. After looking over her work one last time, the blue-haired girl turned the chair around to reveal Rylee's golden locks in a simple French braid.

"Woah," Carlos gasped as his eyes went from Rylee to Morgan and back again.

"You both look amazing," Jay said before a sly smirk slowly appeared on his face, "if I didn't know anything about either of you, I'd be totally into both of you."

"You were 'totally into us' when you first got here," Rylee retaliated as she crossed her arms over her chest and quirked an eyebrow at the son of Jafar, "both of you tried to get us to eat that magic cookie."

"And, boy, was that a mistake."

Both Rylee and Morgan rolled their eyes at the raven-haired boy before they punched him in the arms. Their actions caused Jay to fall off the bed and onto the floor at Carlos' feet. Their laughter filled the air while the son of Jafar sent them a playful glare. It wasn't long after that when Rylee and Morgan thanked Evie for their new looks before they left her dorm and headed up to Ben's office.

"You called, Beasty?" Morgan greeted as soon as she and Rylee walked into his office after getting his permission to enter. The two girls returned the smile they were receiving from Ben before they sat down on the couch across from the King of Auradon.

"I did. I just need to tell you a few things."

"We're all ears."

"First of all, please be careful. Your parents will kill me if anything happens to you," he told them then pulled out two small devices and held them out toward his two best friends, "secondly, these are communicators that'll work on the Isle. I have one too so you can call me if you need anything. The last thing is just to look for four kids to bring over. I only want to bring a few at a time so it's not too overwhelming."

"Is that it?" the Fitzherbert girl asked as she and Morgan placed the communicators in their ears.

The immediate response she received was a small nod from the Beast boy before he let out a long sigh and pulled the two girls in for a hug. "I'm serious. Be careful."

"Aren't we always?" Morgan responded followed by a small chuckle in an attempt to lighten the mood.

"You guys really don't want me to answer that."

"We know this is dangerous and that we need to be safe," Rylee told the brunette boy after pushing him away a bit to look him in the eyes, "despite popular opinion, we know when we need to take things seriously."

"I know. I'm just really nervous," Ben admitted before letting out another long sigh, "I've brought kids over but I've never sent anyone over. Maybe I should send Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos. They know the Isle better than anyone."

"We all know they grew up there but everyone on the Isle hates them for getting picked to come here," Morgan stated as Rylee nodded along while the boy in front of them just stared at the girls with concern in his eyes, "they'd stand just as much of a chance at coming back as we do...plus they've all made very it clear they never want to go back."

"We'll be safe," Rylee added before reaching out to take both his and Morgan's hands into hers, "I promise."

As soon as those two words left his blonde friend's mouth, the concerned look on the King of Auradon's face transformed into a somewhat forced smile and he pulled them in for another hug. For most people, that saying meant next to nothing and their word was likely to be broken in a matter of minutes. But those three knew that Rylee's promises were like her mother's...they were never broken.

After they finished saying their goodbyes to Ben, Rylee and Morgan left his office and headed downstairs to the school's garage. It didn't take long for them to find the scooters that Mal spelled so they would take them to the Isle. The two girls studied the matching black bikes for a long moment before they hopped on and began their journey to the Isle.
