INTERIOR HALLWAY

It was a week after the exam. The hall were covered with students, and loud noises. Their eyes are platter on the large board of exam results and ranked.

" Okay, where am I in the top fifty?" Grim float up, his blue eyes searching all over the board. Ace tap his chin " With an average score over 90, we've gotta be in there, right?".

Grim slowly grows panic as he scan over " First ten places...nope. Twenty...nope. Forty-eight, forty-nine, fifty...nope. Wait a minute-I ain't in here at all!"." Me neither..." Deuce sighed, slightly worried.

" Hooold up. There's a list of the total scores each top achiever got across all subjects.
The top thirty scored perfect marks-500 points!" (Ace)

" PERFECT MARKS?!" (Deuce and Grim)

My eyes scan over, until I saw my name. " Hey look at that. I made it on the board"." What!? Where!?" Grim jump onto my head, searching my name.

"S-SECOND PLACE!?!?"

Deuce eyes wided " you got a second place!?"." That's crazy!! What kind of spell did you use!?" Ace shake my body.

" Siot! I study like a damn student!"

" B-but if I don't make it into the top fifty, that counts as a breach of contract!" (Grim)

"Contract??" I thought. Thankfully, Ace some it up for me a bit " Wait, "contract"? Oh no. Grim, did you...?" Ace voice trembled, followed by Deuce. " Judging by the look on your face, Ace, don't tell me you also-,"

Suddenly something popped on top of their heads. Looks like a parasite or something....I can't take it seriously when it looks like a d*ck...." MYAH! What in the world?! A sea anemone just sprouted outta my head!" Grim screamed in horror.

" G-Grim, you made a contract too?! You big cheater!" Deuce pointed, bit also have the seal anemone on his head. Ace scoffed " Yeah, whatever, Deuce. You're just as guilty, keepin' your friends close and your anemones closer over there!"

Grim paws try to pull it out " I'll just give it a quick tug, and...OW! It's not comin' out!"." What in the actual fuck did you guys do??" I stare, disbelief. This idiots! They really did make a contract with Azul!

" I came to see what all the commotion was. Why am I not surprised it's you guys? What're you doing?" Jack appeared behind me. I look up. He doesn't seem to have the seal parasite things, that's a relief. At least one of them are not idiots.

Deuce spoke " Jack, did you make a contract too? Wait... You don't have an anemone!"." So much for looking like a bad boy. You're more of a square than Loosey-Deucey over here!" Ace pointed.

" Oi, red heart mf. At least Jack honest in his test"

" Okay, what? I'm completely lost here. What are you talking about, and what are those things growing outta your heads?" (Jack)

I sighed, before spoke " it's a long story...,"." Make it short" Jack said, arms crossed. I shrugged "they're basically cheating with contracts," I bluntly spoke.

" Look, it's uhhh... MROW?! What now?

This dang anemone's yanking my head!" Grim yelled. It's seems the anemone is like an antenna, it's dragging them, and other more students away.

" Owww, geez! It's gonna rip my noggin off!" (Ace)

" So when he wrote "absolute obedience," this is what he meant..." (Deuce)

There's at least like 500 or something that got dragged. Geez, I fuckin knew the students in this school is stupid, but not THAT stupid!

" What now? The way they were walking, it was like the anemones were pulling them in that direction.
Is a picture that stupid still worth a thousand words...?" Jack are confuses.

I sighed, pinching my nose bridge " let's leave them be, Jack...their idiotic moves and thinking are what making them into this mess,"." Huh? You're not worry for them?" Jack ask.

" They dug themselves deep this time," walked away.

BOTANICAL GARDENS

Ah yes, botanical gardens. Where my beautiful weapon of mass destruction was formed, RATAN. I was bored after the whole chaos, so I just walked aimlessly, until I arrived here.

But I am also looking for someone in particular....

" Hah...there he is..."

Spotted a familiar, long dark brown hair with slight lion features, I approach the sleepover figures. "Geez...he really is a lion" I thought, staring.

" Staring is rude, Herbivore " (Leona)

" Oh, you awake,"

He scoffed a bit " yeah, because you interrupted my sleep,"." Very funny, Leona....you sleep like a dead man," I sat beside, sighing.

" What are you doing out here, Herbivore?" He asked. I sighed, slightly irritated. "Just my idiotic friend got caught in their stupid action,"

It was a silence, before he spoke. "...hey, herbivore. Can I ask?"." Sure, sup?"

"..is it true? You hold a very big responsibility as a first born?" He ask. Tho his tone is cold, there's a hint of sympathy. I just sighed in soft silence. " Yeah....dad passed away, and as the older one, I take care of everything. Not until my mom got her fuckin boyfriend, then it's done,".

Leona stared down, tail wagging behind him "...you must have been through a lot,"." Sure is....but I suppose that's a way to grow up.." shrugged.

His tail slowly wrapped around my forearm. It's just there....his face looking away, staring at the garden. I just sat there.........we sat there for an hour....
