You were in the living room with the guys when you heard a bike engine switching off outside of the mansion.

'hmm? who could it be? its literally 6.30' you got up.

"Hanee!" you heard a familiar voice calling you.

The guys look out and saw Jaehyun getting off your bike.

"Ohh peach boii" you saw him and ran out of the mansion. Heeseung watch you run to him.

"Heyy what are you doing here" you hugged him.

"Uhh your bike??" he laughed and pointed to your bike.

"Oh shit, thanks. Where's Yuta??" you asked him.

"He's with Taeyong hyung. Meetings" his cheeks were red, like peaches.

"Oh..about that night, i just want to say sorry. And thank you, for protecting me" you got embarrassed.

"i'll be honest, me and Yuta never expect all that from you. But it was fun. Let's go again and have fun, properly" he grinned and shook his head.

"I knoww, i just ruined my first time. but for sure, i will go there again with you guys" you chuckled. Jaehyun look behind you.

"Im sure he will tag along" Jaehyun laughed and you turn. Heeseung was leaning against the door, crossing his arms. You rolled your eyes and turn back to Jaehyun.

"Ahh, him.. yes" you laughed.

"He was furious that night, never saw him angry before. I could see him controlling himself from punching the guys around you. He really loves you huh" he smiled.

You just blushed. Jaehyun looked to your back again.

"Who's the new guy?" you turned and saw Jake resting his arms on heeseung's shoulder, also staring at the two of you.

You groaned.

'my god, why are they staring like that'

"That's Jake. My suppose to be dead, ex fiance? We somehow met again"

Jaehyun smiled at Jake. he smiled and slightly bowed.

"Lucky girl, you have two guys who would protect you with their life" he said, giving you your helmet.

"Really?" you laughed.

"I can see it their eyes, Hanee. Aigoo" he pat your head.

"Alright, i have to go. My driver is already waiting for me outside" he sighed.

"Ah okayy. Thanks again, Jaehyun. Say thanks and hi to Yuta for me. Be safe" you told him and he nod.

"I'll take my leave! Nice to meet you Jake" jaehyun yelled, waving.

Heeseung smiled and nod. Jake waved too and slightly bowed. You scoffed.

"Bye bye!" you yelled as you see him getting in his car.

"Fuhh" you sighed and walked to the front door.

"Hehe excuse me" you said to Jake and Heeseung who were blocking the way.

Jake flick your forehead.

"Okay ow??? What was that for??" you glared at him.

Heeseung flick your forehead too.

"Are you both insane??" you rubbed your forehead while looking at them.

"Hmph, come hyung. Let's play games" Jake pulled Heeseung, clinging onto his arms.

"Orh" Heeseung rolled his eyes at you and cling back to Jake's arm.

you scoffed. suddenly you remembered something.

"Jake....Heeseung. come back here" you called them. They turned.

"Noh. Don't wanna" Jake said, making faces at you.

"You two owe me something" you glared at them. They look at each other.

"huh?" Heeseung mumbled.

"My date?!" you grabbed them both,

"Oh my god, Chill women" you heard Jake muttered under his breath.

"When will you two give me my dates?" you choked them both.

"T-today?" Jake said, gripping your hands.

"T-tomorrow, for sure" Heeseung said. You released them.

"Ok great. Jake, let's get changed" you told him, climbing up the stairs.

"Good luck" Heeseung said, tapping his shoulders. Jake sighed.

You quickly changed.

'gahhh im so exciteddd'

you happily put on your make up, did your hair and grab your handbag. You saw Jake leaning outside your door, waiting for you.

"Wow, you look great seagal" he look at you up and down. You were wearing a crop top with checkered shirt, and ripped jeans.

You look at his outfit. Your heart started beating very fast.

'its..'

"Your favourite" he grinned.

He was wearing the leather jacket outfit. Just like the time he saved you in the cafe. You blushed as the memories comes back

He held out his hand. "ready to go?" he asked, smiling.

You hold his hand

"yep, let's go" you stood beside him and inhaled his cologne.

You missed this smell and his presence. You cling onto his arm. He chuckled.

'oh god'

Without wasting any time, he pulled you to his bike which is yours.

"You stole my bike" Jake laughed and you scoffed.

"I couldn't just leave it there. It was our precious ride" you put your hand on the bike. There was silence.

"Alright, get on. We'll do it, highschool way" he got on and tapped on the empty space behind him.

"Holy crap i miss this" you got on and put on your helmet.

"Grab tight seagal" he warned and you wrapped your arm around his waist.

He started riding. You miss the feeling of the wind pushing your hair. You miss the feeling of being free on the bike. You missed Jake.

"I miss this" Jake said. You saw his face through the side mirror. You hugged him tighter.

"I miss you" you said to him, resting your head on his back. He was quiet for a while.

"Remember skipping school and going to the beach?" he reminded you and you nod.

"That damn principal caught us and we have to serve detention" you said angrily and he laughed.

"We always run away, didn't we?" he asked and the atmosphere got sadder.

"you were always there to protect me.." you said slowly. Memories coming in.

"You would always yell at me for speeding" he laughed.

"And you would always scream-"

"i love you" he continued, looking sad. You paused.

"I've always wondered..if she didn't try to kill me.." he said slowly.

"Would we be happily married right now? Would you still love me?" Jake asked. You kept quiet. Your heart was beating fast but broken at the same time.

"Im sorry Jake" you muttered.

"Do you really love him?"

"I- i don't know" you told him. You really don't know.

'how do i feel? Do i still like Jake? Or did i really fall for Heeseung?'

"You have to give me a straight answer Hanee, im hanging on right now" he said, gripping the handles tighter.

"But i really don't know" you panicked.

"You do know, but you're denying it. Don't lie to me cause im at my limit right now" he started speeding up.

"Jake, slow down!" you tapped him.

"Do you love heeseung, Jung Hanee?" Jake asked again, this time with a serious tone. He speed up, overtaking more and more cars. You cried.

"Y-yes, i do" you admitted.

"I feel happy when im with him, he keeps me safe. I became insane when i saw him with her, Cause i love him" you blurted out, crying. You could feel the bike getting slower. You look at Jake through the side mirror. You saw tears rolling.

Yes, even though you knew Jake was the one who has been with you the longest, the one who stayed by your side throughout your abusive days at home, you knew your feelings for him have started to fade.

And you admit, you love someone else now.

"There you go" he said, you heard his trembling voice. Your heart sank.

"Jake-"

"Im letting you go" he turned his head to you.

'what is he talking about'

you cried even more.

"W-what?"

"Im letting you go, Hanee" he said again once more. Even though his helmet was on, you could see him crying.

"Heeseung loves you and you deserve so much more than me" he said, taking a deep breath.

"i saw how you look at him. You love him, Hanee. On the day we met again, in the mall. I knew you love him" he said with his trembling voice.

"I have to let you go"

"so we could be happy. So you could love him whole heartedly, without feeling bad for me" he continued, your heart broke as you hear him talk.

You couldn't say anything or even open your mouth. Its like being glued together.

"I really love you Hanee. From the bottom of my heart. Ever since you approached me at the beach, i loved you since then. You were on my mind everyday, everynight, every second" he confessed, your heart tightens.

"Im sorry i couldn't keep my promise to marry you and protect you. You have someone else to protect you now."

"So, could you let me go too?" he asked, looking at you. You trembled.

"I will. I- i will let you go too" you said and he smiled.

"Im sorry Jake" you hugged him tight.

"Thank you, for everything" he smiled at you. You saw that smile and you broke down.

He stopped the bike. You realised you were at the beach. You cried even more. You didn't move from that position, you were just crying. Jake got off and took out his helmet. His face was wet from crying. He took off your helmet and hold your face.

"Don't cry. Don't feel bad for me. I will still protect you. I promised heeseung that we will protect you together. So don't feel bad for me, cause i will still be with you, by your side" he wiped your tears.

He pulled you into a hug and you hugged him back, tightly.

"I love you, don't cry" he stroke your hair.

"Come, its our date, we shouldn't be crying" he joked and you both laughed. He pulled you to the beach. Even though it was 8, you could see a lil of the sun. You saw a mat with fairy lights and food on it.

"Surprise~" Jake said, putting his arms on your shoulders.

"How? We just planned this date like..an hour ago" you asked him, shocked.

"Anything is possible for you" he smiled and pulled you to the mat. You both sat down.

"Its prettyy" you looked at the fairylights and the food.

"Glad you like it" He took off his jacket and put it on you.

"Aigooo your make up is ruin" he wiped your face. You glared at him.

"Its your fault" you took a macaroon and stuff it in his mouth. You ate one.

"Oh damn it's sweet" you drank your water. Jake laughed and stared at you.

"Hmm?" you look at him.

"Ahh, i can't believe i did it. I let you go" he said happily, breathing a sigh of relief.

You hold his hand.

"Im sorry, and thank you" you said and he grab your hand tight.

You look at the ocean, admiring the scenary. Jake was just staring at you.

"Let me do this for the last time" Jake suddenly said, you turned to him.

"Do what-" he pulled your face and kissed you.
