Dax would have given everything to keep the people he loved alive, and he did.  No one knew of the time he spent in the Malivore pit. No one knew that two tribrids existed. No one knew that there was a fully activated tribrid in the world. He was free to do whatever he wanted, but now he couldn't do what he wanted because the people he cared about didn't know that they ever loved him.

It was going to be an eventful summer.

  - I swear this is not your stereotypical 'Forgotten Mikaelson' story. I did not write Hope a twin that no one cared about. Dax is her cousin, and he is very well known.
 - This takes place during and after the Legacies Season 1 Finale. I would recommend watching the beginning of Legacies Season 2 to watch without spoilers, though you do not have to for context (Malivore = evil black tar pit that erases everyone's memories of you).
 - This book takes place before and during Season Five of Teen Wolf.
 - Dax and Hope were born in 2004, and this takes place in the 2021-2022 school year (yay the future)
 - Erika Mikaelson is Nik's twin sister and she had a little boy with a witch a month after Hope was born.
