two years later...

Eversince you found out that you're a special dhampir, your life and perspective drastically change over the years. You feel like a new person as yoh discover being a half and not to mention you getting teach by your brother on handling your abilities. You only have two: telekenesis and telepathy. It was a question for Jaehyun since he have atleast three and stil mastering one more. He didn't bother to be stress about yours since you were only by your twenties and maybe they'll show later on.

Other than that, you also renovate the house because you and Taeil wanted to. It's been years since your dad even try to fix that house and it was hard for him to do because of the memories he has within the house. You also can't seem to even imagine renovating ut as you still hold onto your memories with your late boyfriend but, maybe it was for the best. You removed the doorframe between the kitchen and the the stairs. Instead,  the kitchen was moved on the left side (where the living room used to be) and it made the living room wider for the twins to have space to play more sibce the two are growing. For Kun's and the laundry room, it was placed along with the lee's room that is now on the right side of the house.

You were at his room, still occuping that room alone because frankly, you really can't seem to move on. You accepted the fact that he's gone and you know that he's happy wherever he is right now.

From all the renovation in the house, his room was the only one that didn't change. You didn't change anything at the room, you wanted to keep it just the way it is. His room will remained as it was as a memory for him that you will remember everytime.

You exited the room and hummed, hands on your pocket as you went to the twins room and finding a little male. You opened the door looking for your youngest but there's no sign of him. You close the door, eyes going down and you let out a loud snort as you close your eyes in dismay.

You asked one thing for Daisy and that is not to ruin the door with her drawings because the door was newly painted for two weeks. You painted the door because the color was already dull.

And there's your oldest, being a troublemaker and provoking you. She really painted half of the door using her own hands and ruining it.

You had yourself a pissed expression, teeth gritted as you face the hallway and attempt to find the said kid. Your eyes caught Daisy who just came from the stairs, looking at you. She blinked her eyes twice on seeing you pointing a finger on the door with your brows furrowed at her. She knows that your mad and she can see it on your eyes and your face.

She let out a nervous smile and waved. "b-bye mommy!" she uttered and instantly went downstairs.

"Kim Daisy come back here this instant!" You yelled and flew downstairs.

You were having a hard time finding her because Daisy is a vampire, making her having the ability fly and teleport. You went downstairs, eyes scanning at the living room on where she could have hide. You let out a smirk on seeing her tiny body near the table. You teleported near her and pick her up.

Daisy let out a shriek as she look at you. Well, she's a troublemaker and she really knows how to get her out your hold. You let out a groan when Daisy disappared in your arms, probably teleported again. You again tried finding her, hands at your hips as you were already done with her antics. "Daisy, if you don't show yourself within ten seconds, I'll ground you for three days!" you warned as you yell. You weren't really going to ground her, after all the misbehaving stunts she did. You just want to scold her since, Ten always let her pass and it wasn't right anymore.

She's getting used on misbehaving and you don't want her be like that at all.

"No never!" you heard Daisy yell from the kitchen, making you teleport and look for her at the said place. "You'll scold me!" your eyes then saw her hiding under the table, holding onto the legs of it as if her life depends on it.

"You know I can see you hiding at the table Daisy." You sighed and stomp your right feet for two times, waiting for her to finally get out from the table. "Come out now, don't wait for me to pick you up from there." you said, sternly.

Daisy look at your eyes for a second before retreating her way out of the table. She stood up and walked in front of you, pouting. She was trying to use her charms against you but too bad, you can resist her since you, yourself got that talent. She then utter a frown as her charms doesn't have any effect on you.

You grab her arm as you can sense that she'll run away from you again. She hissed loudly, eyes glaring at you as she attempt to escape. "Mommy, it hurts!" she whined loudly.

You let out a scoff on her comment, you barely even grip on her arm. Yoh were being gently too."Don't overreact, I'm not hurting you young lady." you remarked, giving her an intimidating gaze. You have no guts to hurt your kids and will never lay a finger on them.

"Care to explain why is the newly painted door ruined now?"

Your daughter let out a huff and showed a pout. "It's not ruined, I made it pretty!"

"Pardon me young lady?" you raised a brow, scoffing.

"Mommy!" she whined dramatically. She was sort of offended that you insulted her so called artwok and here she is, explaining it to you. "Why can't you just appreciate my beautiful artwork?" she asked, eyes furrowed at you now.

You use your free hand to cover your head, face palming as you shake your head in disbelief. "I ask for you to behave for one day Daisy, just one day. Is that too much to ask, sweetie?" you asked her. You were so done on dealing with her disruptive acts.

"Uncle Ten, help me here!" you raise your eyes as you look at the half who just came inside the kitchen. Daisy let out a giggle when you let go of her hand and proceed to sprint towards Ten. The half then carried the girl and walk near you, eyes looking at Daisy. "Mommy's scolding me again." she complained, pouting as Ten was staring at her intently.

Ten then asked what did Daisy again and here you are, telling at how frustrating it is that the door you painted neatly was ruined. You even told your oldest to behave herself and not do anything at the door but she did the opposite.

"Oh the door," Ten commented, his thoughts remember the said door and looks like he already saw it before you. "But Daisy a did great job painting the door?"

"See mommy!" Daisy cheered, smiling widely as her gums showing proudly. "I told you I'm good at arts!" she then raised her hand and did a high five with Ten.

You let out a face paln again and sighed. This is so unbelievable. Since Ten is holding Daisy and him saving Daisy from your scold, you then remember the main reason why you went at the twin's room. "Where's Dopyo?"

"He's on the library." Daisy answered in an innocent tone, as if she wasn't defending herself and her mess. The girl then asked Ten to put her down and the half did. The little girl hop her way into excitement as she glances at you and Ten. "Race you to the library, the last one will be a loser!" She cheekily said and sprint her way towards the stairs.

You remind your daughter to be careful as she goes upstairs. You were having a hard time disciplining Daisy since she's a vampire and a troublemaker at the same time. You let out a long sigh, head cocked at Ten as you give him a smirk. "You should really stop on saving Daisy from getting scold. I don't want her to be menace as she grow older."

"But her art is really cute nugget."

"Ten that isn't the point on why I wanted to scold her." You retorted, sighing for the nth time. You really can't believe that Ten is defending her for countless of times in a werk "She needs to discipline herself and she should learn that misbehaving shouldn't be allowed here nor any place she'll go."

Raising the twins is challenging for you especially now that they're three and having their minds of their own. For Dopyo, you were really loving the fact that he behaves well and always listen to you and you barely scolded or got mad at him because he was obedient. Unlike the boy, Daisy was the challenging part, she gets tantrums everytime things doesn't go in her ways. She's pretty stubborn and always starts a ruckus as if it was a habit for her to do. And the fact that she's a full blooded vampure doesn't help you at all. It was really hard for you to discipline the girl, she's just too naughty.

You hissed as you recall Daisy's misbehaviors on this week. First off: on tuesday, she put some paint on the detergent drawer of the laundry machine making her twin brother's clothes all cover up in paint. Wednesday, she turn off the rice cooker when no one was looking thus Kun being shock on the rice not being cooked. Thursday, she randomly assault Dopyo and fighting her other twin of out boredom. Friday, she hid Yangyang's papers that he needed to pass in his subject and making the male stressed out and redoing the papers again. After doing the said files again, Daisy casually give it back innocently as possible.

And now, she painted the door and proclaiming it as a masterpiece. You even wonder how you managed to keep your temper this long and you not scolding her yet.

You were stressed as you went upstairs with Ten and going inside the library. You did a little adjustment on the arrangement of the table and chairs and left the bookshelves be, since they were many. You looked for your youngest, you lips lifted up as you were loving the sight of Dopyo attentively listening to Kun on teaching addition.

"Uncle Ten, uncle Ten!" Daisy teleported to the half and held his hand, the girl smiling as Ten gave attention to her. She let out a sly smile, another plan she has in mind. "I bet I can reach the ceilling faster than you!" she challenged the half, a devil smile plaster.

"I don't think so little one." Ten smirked at the smile Daisy is giving him, the half didn't want to lose his ego to a three year old, not even in his wildest dreams. 

"Don't.... you two dare try." Kun rolled his eyes when the two already race their ways up before Kun ever told them not to. Like you, he was also done with Daisy, not to mention he is also dealing with Ten being an influence on the girl and impelling your eldest to continue misbehaving. You can even hear how much Kun wanted to murder the half but he had no courage to do so.

You notice Yangyang going inside the room and proceeding towards Dopyo, engulfing the little boy into his arms. The male notice Dopyo staring above and it made him stare too, seeing a sight of Daisy celebrating that she won over Ten and flying extremely high. Yangyang let out a frown, carrying Dopyo as the two stare at each other. "Don't you just wish you wanted to fly Dopyo?  'cause I do too, most of my life."

You didn't mind the twins since they are Kun and Ten's supervision thus making you go around the library finding for one specific book. You were finding it and you don't know where he placed that book you read once. You were curious at how the story goes and still finding it odd at how the story was similiar to your life.

"y/n, what are you looking for?" You tilt your head and face the older vampire, seeing him on the piano that was at the upper right of the corner.

You didn't respond and proceed to go towards Kun, feet meeting the floor as you looked at the male sitting down, cracking his knuckles as he raise the lid of the piano, letting the piano keys be exposed. Your eyes shifted to Ten who is now beside Kun, his hands holding Daisy as he looks at the piano.

"Play me the piano Kun, give me a melody." The half instructed lowly, snapping his fingers.

Kun started playing the piano gracefully as Ten waits for a proper melody. You looked at Ten, who was eyes fixed at you with a sly smile. You were now doubting if he'll really sing any song and not, tease you.

This place is so quiet,
it feels like the time has stopped.

The sky is a pallete:
orange sunset and
indigo color of the sky.
I'm painting you again,
with colors.
yeah.

This feeling like
it's only two of us in this world.
Only our breathing is heard
in this silence.
All the stars are inside you.

"Everynight I'm singing~" Ten dramatically sang, eyes  completely shut. You can see how Daisy was weirded out on the half but shrug about it. "Ba ba ba-ra bab bam barid bam bam bada, I wish you were here yeah~"  Ten and Kun sang in unison.

"Don't you have any more songs to sing, Ten?" you scoffed, making both males stop and glanced at you. Daisy squint her eyes in confusion as to why you ask them to change song. You were getting bothered at the song and it's meaning and you weren't liking how Ten even sang that in front of your salad.

"Ah sure, nugget." he smiled tightly and looked at Kun again. You tried searching inside their thought but no interaction from them in their minds. "Kun play another one." he asked the older, Kun obediently taking the half's request.

The older was again playing a melody, this time you wanted to smirk at how sad the tones that the piano is releasing and it didn't make it better when Ten started singing someone you loved in front of you.

"It's easy to say, but it's never the same I guess I kinda like the way you numbed all the pain~" Ten again sang, adding more drama as he sway Daisy, which the girl was highly diagusted on the action.

The two males glance at each other and started singing. "Now  the day bleeds, into nightfall and you're not here to get me through it all. I let my guard down and you pulled the rug. I was getting used to being someone you loved."

You had your fist forming when Ten kept on singing, you were slightly annoyed right now."And I, tend to close my eyes when it hurts sometimes, I fall into your arms. I'll be safe in your sound 'till I come back around. And now the day bleeds—"

"Seriously, Ten are you broken hearted or something?" you said, annoyed. Finally relieved he stop singing. He have this dazed expression and you know that it was just an act.

"No?" Ten hummed, acting all innocent but his smile said another story. "I'm just singing a song."

"Yeah sure, Ten." You frustratedly exhale and cross your arms. You were honestly hurt at him singing songs that can make you remind you of him, and there they are, singing in front of you acting like they didn't know you and your weakness.

"It's just that," Kun paused when your eyes shifted to him, showing how sharp and scary your look is. He let out a sigh, hands slowly raising down the lid and closing the piano. "Why can't you just go on a date for once?"

"Yeah, it's not like he's  the only guy in this world, y/n." Ten backed up the older vampire. Daisy was confused at what you three were talking about and despite of misbehaving, she knows her boundaries on adult's conversation thus she had her mouth shut. "You should try to date, it won't hurt you. Also a fact that he even allowed you to find someone else." He said in a matter of fact.

Eversince the kids turned two, they constantly asked about you to date on a daily basis. It was kinda frustrating for your end since, you already made it clear that you don't want to date. You really have no plan nor guts to find someone else, and you know yourself that you can't replace him even if you tried too.

You took away Daisy from Ten and carry her in your arms, eyes still glaring at the two. "I already told you guys, I won't and never will date anyone again. I already made my mind and besides, why will I waste my precious time for men when in fact, I have kids to raise. I don't want to regret anything and rather will make memories with my kids instead." you hissed and continue hugging Daisy. You won't scold her this time, because of the two males. You were glad she hugged and kissed you sweetly, a good reminder on   your main priority are, and those are your twins.

The kids you have with the love of your life and you'll never try to replace him because no man could ever be a great father to your kids except Dongyoung himself.
