-YOUR POV-

It was couple weeks since my panic attack at school, Finn still bothered me.

"So class we are gonna be doing a project on the solar system!" Mr.Newby says "Yes" I mumbled.

"I'll be giving you some papers for what I expect. I'll be picking your partners for the project and it'll be due in a month" he said.

I look back at Chloe and we cross our fingers, hoping we'll get each other.

Finn started tapping his pencil on my shoulder again, I hated it.

"CAN YOU STOP THAT AND LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE FOR ONCE YOU ANNOYING BITCH!" I yelled. everyone's attention went to me.

I started aggressively poking Finn with my pencil"OW STOP" he yelled.

"THEN YOU STOP!" I yelled. we started bickering like little children.  "hey! What is going on here?!" Mr.Newby asked.

Finn and I start talking over eachother, trying to explain but Mr.Newby shushed us.

"You two are always fighting, you need to get along, so you're partners for the project!" Mr.Newby exclaimed. my face dropped.

"Oh my god this isn't happening" I mumbled. "Well it is and it'll be fun" Finn smiled.

The bell rang and I quickly went to my locker, science was the last period.

"So this project you'll be doing the work and I'll just sit back.I'll be at your at 6 okay" Finn asks "So excited"

I slammed my locker and walked out the school.

"Hey!" Sophia says and wraps her arm around me "hi" I sighed.  "You okay?" She asked. "yeah why?"

"I don't know you seem quiet lately and you're in your room alot" she said. "Well you know I have my stuff so..."

"Are you getting bullied?" She asks "that was random, why are you asking?" "Because I hear people whisper about you and rumors"

"yeah but I'm fine, I fight my own battles" I said  "you've been getting bullied and you haven't told me?!"

"I didn't want to bother you" "y/n I'm your sister! I'm just surprised I didn't figure it out... I'm sorry y/n..." Sophia frowned and gave me a quick hug.

"Don't be and uh he was the reason I had that whole attack thing" "WHAT oh I'm gonna kill that bastard" "please don't, and actually he's coming to our house. he's my partner Mr.Newby did it because obviously we don't get along" I sighed.

"He's coming to our house? Maybe it'll be easier to kill him" Sophia joked. "also please don't tell mom" "okay..."

-TIME SKIP-

I checked the time 6:00pm, I was really nervous, Finn was coming to my house in my room.

I heard the door bell ring, which made me jump. I took a deep breath and opened the door to Finn.

"Hi" he said. "hi" I murmured. I opened the door and allowed Finn to come in.

"Hi you must be Y/n's science partner right?" Mom asked as she walked in the kitchen "Uh yeah" Finn replied.

"Would you like anything to drink?" Mom offers "I'll have water" (Finn + water)

"Well we're gonna go upstairs now and work on the project" I awkwardly said.

I lead Finn upstairs to my room and took a deep breath before letting him in.

"So this is your room?" Finn asks "Yeah obviously" "Nice I guess?"

He walked over to my desk and looked out the window.

"Wow so this is how my room looks like in your view, lucky you" Finn teased. "Yeah" I sighed.

I was really nervous everytime Finn went near me. He walked over to some photos I had of my family, friends from home and Noah, Chloe and Millie

"Who are these people?" Finn asks pointing to my old friends, Emma, Eddie, Olivia, and Ava.

"My friends from back home" I say "you had friends?" he chuckled "yeah finn."

"Where's your dad in these? he dead or something?" Finn asked.

"Um he-" I cut myself off, this is Finn, I can NOT tell him about my dad he'll just tease me about it.

"I asked you a question" Finn started walking closer to me.

I bursted nto tears as he did so, the door in my room swung open, revealing Sophia with a very pissed face.

"What the fuck did you do!" Sophia says closing my door "I didn't do anything!" Finn says "then why is she crying you bastard!" Sophia exclaimed.

"what is your problem I asked her a question and she started crying likes she usually does" he said. "Excuse me? Listen here you dick. I know you bother my sister and all the shit you say to her hell I found out today while this was going on for weeks!"

"sophia just stop"  "Now what did you say to her!" Sophia asks "I just asked her about her dad jeez"

"We never knew him" She lied. she sighed and left my room.

"What the fuck" Finn mumbled "you good?" he asks "do I look good to you?" he stayed quiet.

"Whatever, are we gonna start this project or what?" "yeah I just have to go the bathroom"

I walked into bathroom and cry into my lap.

"Why do I have to be partners with someone who reminds me of dad, this is fucking horrible"

I went over to the bathtub and got a razor.

before I could do anything, the door opened. I quickly put away the razor and wiped my tears.

-Finns POV-

I walked around y/n's room waiting for her, I kinda felt bad when y/n started crying.

I think something happened with her dad, I don't know. I grew increasingly impatient so I went to the bathroom and before I knocked I heard mumbling.

"Why do I have to be partners with someone who reminds me of my dad. this is fucking horrible"  I heard.

I remind y/n of her dad?

I heard muffled crying and I listen closely I heard her pick up something.

I accidentally leaned forward and the door swung open. I saw her put something away.

"sorry I was just- you-" I stammerrd "Why do you care?" She asked.

-Your POV-

"Why do you care?" I ask "I was just-" "just what?" I ask "I don't know" he mumbles. "whatever I'm gonna start the project. "

I felt arms around me and I quickly shoved them off me

"What are you doing!" I stepped back. "sorry! I just, it seems like you need a hug..." he said.

"Not from you!" I say "I'm sorry... but don't tell anyone you hear me? Nobody." "I know" I mumbled.

this guy is confusing.

It was really awkward. I planned out some stuff and list some things we need. Finn didn't do anything just said 'mhmm' to my suggestions.

"Well I guess we're done here" I say and open the door for him to come out "Ok..." He says

We walk down the stairs and mom was finished making dinner, please don't offer to stay, please don't offer to stay

"Finn, y/n! I've made dinner, Finn would you like to stay for dinner?" Mom offered.  "sure why not" Finn replied.

This is really happening. The whole dinner was glances and glares and awkward talking. The torture was finally over

"Bye Ms.L/N" Finn says, I opened the door and pushed him out "bye" I said before shutting the door in his face.

This is not gonna be a fun project.
