"Y/n, sweety wake up you got to get up for your first day at school" I heard my mom say.

I groaned and rubbed my eyes. "mom I'm old enough to wake up on my own" I sat up.

"Ok sweetie, I'm gonna go wake up Sophia, ok get ready I'll be making breakfast soon" she kissed my forehead before leaving my room.

I get out of bed and stretch, I walk to bathroom and get ready for school.

I admired how I look for a moment, then grabbed my stuff from my desk. I looked over and saw finn getting dressed.

I heard the window open. "you can't get enough of me huh?" He smirked.

"no, it just happen to be that when I go to where my window is, you're not wearing a shit. unfortunately." I replied. "okay, sure" he chuckled. I rolled my eyes eyes went downstairs.

"oh! You look so nice!" My mom exclaimed as she put y/f/b infront of me "thanks mom"

"ok bye guys I love you so much have an amazing day" Mom said.

"Bye mom"

"When are you gonna learn to drive?" I asked Sophia as we walked towards the school. some kids looked at us but I guess it was a normal thing when there's a new kid.

"When are you?" she said. we walked into the school, it was pretty big. there was a lot of students.

"Ok so you have Science and I have English" Sophia said, looking at the paper the school mailed us."Ok well I'll see you later " I said.

I looked at the paper then at each door to see if I'm here, I wasn't really paying attention to my surroundings and the I bumped into someone. "Oh shit! I'm so sorry" I helped them up.

They got up and fixed themself, it was a girl. "it's okay no big deal" she said. she had brown hair and brown eyes, and a nice British accent.

"No I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention, I'm new here so I don't where to go..." I explained. "oh! Well welcome, when did you get here?" She asked.

"Yesterday" I said. "oh ok well are you liking it so far?" "it's nice" I smiled.

"So what class do you have?" she asked. "Science! Ah okay well unfortunately I'm not there but I'll show where it is" she said and led to me to a room that was a 5 second walk.

"oh" I said. "hey it's okay, you're new, don't raise your expectations too high" she said.

"Thank you, uh I didn't get your name actually", "Oh sorry I should've done that first but it's Millie, and yours?" She asked. "y/n", "what a pretty name" "thanks" I smile. "ok well see you later y/n!" She happily says.

I walked in and went to a free seat but the teacher stopped me.

"Woah wait there, we have to introduce you" the teacher said. oh hell no.

"okay class so this is our new student, y/n." everyone waved and I awkwardly waved back.

"Why don't you take a seat over there" the teacher said, gesturing to an empty seat next to an empty seat.

I sat down and place my bag next to me.

The teacher started talking and I listened, fiddling with my eraser, I learned that his name was Mr.Newby.

The door opened showing the same tall curly hair boy. ugh finn is in this class?

"Finn, you're late, on the first day" Mr.Newby sternly said. "Yeah sorry, won't happen again" finn said.

He walked over and sat beside me. why him- "first you watch me with no shirt on and now you ask for a special request to sit with me" he smirked.

"yeah definitely" i rolled my eyes.

The bell rang for next period had I was about to walk out the door but I felt a hand grip my wrist. i turned around to see finn.

"What the hell let me go" I said. I tried pulling my wrist away but he only held tighter.

"Just because you're new in town doesn't mean that you can ignore me and roll your eyes like that" he said.

"How did I ignore you" I questioned. "This morning when I was joking around. You rolled your eyes, don't you think that was rude? can you take a fucking joke?"He said into my ear, sending shivers.(KinKy)

he let go of my wrist and I immediately walked away.

I held in my tears and went to find my next class. as I was walking I got these terrible flashbacks of my d-

"Hey y/n!" I heard someone call my name, interrupting my thoughts, I'd recognized that voice from anywhere.

"Hi Millie" I smiled. "hey- are you okay?" She asked, examining my face. i was still holding in my tears but you could probably tell something was wrong with me.

" I'm fine" I smile. "ok, well what class do you have now, I have math", "oh I have History now..." I frowned.

"oh... ok well I'll see you later"

"Shit" I mumbled as I looked around to see that I'm in the middle of a hall, not knowing where to go.

I walked around a bit and looked for the room number but I couldn't.

"Shit!" I groaned. I started to smell something. it smelled like cigarette smoke.

I followed the smoke and see that Finn was smoking a cigarette under the stairwell.

"Well hi y/n, skipping class on the first day of school?" He smirked. "i don't know where my class so"

"new to school things, I get it" he chuckled. I gave a awkward smile "yeah" I said and turned around before he could say anything else.

"Wait wait where are you going" I stopped in my tracks and turned around.

"You don't even know where you're going" he chuckled "yeah i guess" I say and walked back to him.

"Want one?" He asked and handed me over the box of cigarettes "uh no thanks I don't smoke"

"Want me to smoke into your mouth?" He asked with a smirk. "um no thanks I don't want to do that either" he sighed. "you're no fun" I looked down at my nails and picked at them.

"You okay?" He asked. "yeah" "then why are you acting nervous?"

"I don't know I just remembered something" I said. "ok well, good luck on your first day at school" he says leaves.

//time skip to end of day//

"hey!"Sophia said, behind me. "hey soph"

"sooo how was the first day of school?" "it was alright, I was really late to one of the classes", " oh me too I didn't know where to go but I made it" she chuckled.

Then a couple people waved at her and motioned her to come.

"Hey guys! This is my sister y/n, y/n this is Sadie, Gaten and Caleb" Sophia says, and I smile at them.

"It's so nice to meet you y/n! You're so much prettier than your sister described you!" Sadie exclaims "it's nice to meet you too" I say and smile.

"Y/n I'm gonna stay with them for a while just tell mom I'll be home soon" Sophia says and continues back to her conversation
"Oh okay, bye guys nice to meet you"

I was listening to y/f/s with my airpods while walking home from school.

"Y/n! y/n!" I faintly heard.

"Y/n!" I heard again, I took an airpod out and turned around to see who was calling me. It was Chloe and Noah.

"Y/n!" Chloe said. "hey guys sorry I was listening to music" I take my other airpod out and put it into the case.

"Hi y/n" Noah says and smiles "hey" I smile back and I feel my cheeks heat up.

"How's was the first day" Chloe asks, walking beside me "it was good, struggled to find my classes, was late to one so that was fun, oh and I guess I made a new friend"

"Oh that's amazing who are they?" Noah asked "her name is Millie" as soon as I said her name Noah smiled. "really? millie's one of my bestfriends!" he smiled.

"oh cool! well guys this my stop I'll see you later!" I waved at them before leaving.

"You like her." Chloe teases, "I don't like her. I don't even know much about her" I say and walk ahead to our door.

"Don't deny it!" Chloe yelled.

"Mom I'm home!" I said as I unlocked the door."hi sweety how was school?"

"It was good couldn't really find my classes though", "did you go to them at least" she asks "yeah don't worry" I say and grab a drink from the fridge

"Where's Sophia?" , "she made some friends and she's hanging out with them" I said.

"oh okay. did you make some friends?" she asked. "yes, a couple. the neighbours and a girl I bumped into" I chuckled.

I went upstairs to my room.

"Goodnight mom love you! Goodnight Soph!" I yelled before closing my door..

In the corner of my eye I saw Finn was motioning his hand towards me to get my attention.

I walked over and opened my window.

"hi?" I said. "hey" he softly said.

"um are you gonna say anything..." I stood there, waiting for a response "I saw you talking to the other neighbours" he said.

"What?" I questioned "I told you not to talk to them but you did. I fucking told you that they're no good, they're rude pieces of shit"

"they're not rude, and why do you care?" "just don't talk to them!" "Whatever asshole"

I closed my door and went into bed.

I turned over and close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
