up. He has gone way past his own limits in this battle, that even seeing this look of exhaustion was rare from the Flame Hashira. One our strongest hashira's, in the Demon Slayer corps. His breath was staggering, as the exhaustion crept back on him, as he lost sight in his left eye as blood covers it from the Demons punch.

Even the Demon stops on his account, not being able to hear what their conversation from where we stood.

"Rengoku!" Tanjiro chokes out, trying to move forward to help him.

However just when I thought Rengoku was at his limit, this immense aura changes around him to a burning and empowering sensation coming from him. His stance was stronger than before, as he raises his blade that was at his hip and grips with both hands strongly. His feet shift to a grounding stance raising his head, "I....I will see my duty fulfilled!!!!!" He declares loudly. "No matter what it takes, no one shall die here!!"

Lowering his body at a certain degree with his blade and his iron clad stance, a heavy gust of wind surrounds him with the chime of his blade.

"Now you have to become a demon!" The Demon yells. "Now you have to imagine that! We will be able to fight each other for the rest of eternity!!!!!!"

"Set your heart ablaze, overcome your limits!" Rengoku yells, with an empowering voice that sent chills down my spine. "I am the flame hashira! Kyojuro Rengoku!!!! Ninth form: Rengoku!!!!"

"Destructive death: Annihilation type!!!" The Demon announces.

Within seconds Lord Rengoku disappears his spot as he charges forward directly towards the Demon, as their battle commences on. The intensity and suspension builds, as my mouth was left open in awe and wonder of Lord Rengoku's strength up close. Both the Demon and Rengoku's attack collides with a powerful gust, as it left the bystanders to gape in shock. It was like an explosion as it causes the ground to erupt around us, as I shield my face from the suffocating dust.

We couldn't even see for a moment from the thick dust, but slowly silence falls for a moment leaving all of us on edge.

"Did he........."

The dust soon disappears from around the two revealing a sight, causing my stomach to turn in that very moment.

"D-Did he win.....?" Tanjiro breath out.

There stood Rengoku standing still with the Demon's fist, running through his abdomen to behind his back as my eyes widen in horror. My breath becomes shaky in response seeing that Rengoku wasn't expecting it with his hand raised with his sword, as if time had stopped for a few seconds. Rengoku chokes out blood as it drips from the corners of his lips, earning a distraught cry from Tanjiro. The demon bickers with Rengoku, for a moment filled with concern for his enemy realising he still wanted Rengoku a demon. The words I couldn't hear very clearly, as I felt my ears ringing from the stress and overwhelming feeling.

Suddenly a flash of anger flickers behind Rengoku's eyes as he roars with anger, as he draws his blade and strikes into the side of the Demons neck. 

With every bit of strength Rengoku had he was depending on, the Demon soon tries to throw another sharp punch only to be blocked again. Then that's when I realised the sun was slowly rising, seeing that Rengoku was trying to lock the Demon in his strong hold despite his fatal injuries. My feet was wanting to move forward, but my breath was becoming heavy with anger and frustration. Suddenly Tanjiro stood up weakly and rushes back to grab his sword, as I decided to disobey Rengoku's order.

Slamming my fist on my sore leg I push myself towards the two, running with immense strength with Inosuke and tanjiro following.

However Insouke got ahead of me using a Beast breathing technique, only for the Demon to destroy his arms making Inosuke miss his attack by a few seconds. Growling under my breath I charge towards the demon as he landed, as I swiftly catch him off guard. He gasps in surprise by how stealthy I was, "Dragon breathing: Second form.....Dragon dance!!!" I strike him at short range, slicing his jaw in half.

"You damn brat!!!!!!" The Demon curses, before regenerating his fists at rapid speed. 

He then sends a powerful punch, as I redirect his attack only for him to counter it again hastily in resistance. He tries to run away again while I try following him in the forest, only to feel him send a powerful kick to my stomach flying directly into the train. The collision made everything go fuzzy, my ears ringing and my blood pounding.

"Don't run away! I'm not done with you, you coward!!!" Tanjiro yells angrily, from a distance. "Turn and face me, and don't forget the demon slayer corp is fighting you demons in the dead of night! Where you have the advantage! We're not like you at all, we don't regenerate as fast.....when we lose a limb it's gone for good! Don't run away you bastard!! You're a coward! Mr Rengoku is stronger than you ever hope to be! Must stronger! You didn't win against him! He kept everyone safe!!!!! he fought to the very end! So no one would die, you're the one who lost! Rengoku is the true victor!!!!

The sun began to rise as I slowly stood up weakly, my hand clutching my abdomen still using total breathing constant only to stumble forward.

"Lord Rengoku........"

Hey guys!

Hope you enjoyed this! I know it was mainly Kaito's point of view and his side of the story, but I promise there won't be much of his POV if you don't like it. Some others like to get straight to the point, and some enjoy a small side story. Except this one, I've been wanting to put a bit of mugen train in my story to show different perspectives!
