Appearance:
With her present self she is a very curvaceous girl, and is shorter than average height for her age. She has more a toned slender figure, with a round heart shaped face. She has a slight tan complexion, but her eyes sparkle in the moonlight showing the true appearance of her mother's side. Her hair is Dark Cyan blue with white ombre which she has taken from her mother's side reaching to her waist, as her mother is from the snowy mountains. Over the years she has received many scars, especially one from her own mother across her cheek and down her neck to the collarbone.
She sometimes smiles to cover up her real feelings, and she is told that without her scars she would be beautiful which she found herself feeling more self conscious about her body. Her body is slight on the thicker side, seen most women are thinner and leaner.
Personality:
Hayami as a child was a child full of dream and hope, wanting to make her family proud. She held an undying love for her family, and she had a kind and caring heart towards them. She even admired her older brother Ryuji as he became a demon slayer at the age of twelve. Later on growing up, her personality changed after traumatic experiences as she became more serious, more distant towards others.
She suffers with post traumatic stress disorder, along with insomnia. She tends to put others first, and herself last. That's what a demon slayer is all about, according to herself. She is always putting a smile on her face to not worry others, as she is very calm but also can be a bit strict. She even has this aura that even calms down the short tempered Wind Pillar.

Explanation:
Breathe of the Water Dragon is a breathe technique from the Water breathing technique. She is able to utilise this technique as her own and unique style, able to control a blow that is ten times strong than an original blow with water breathing. She is able to control how sharp her attacks and aims go, withstanding the pressure and immense impact on the opponent. When attacking opponents, she is shown to show her true power through her technique as the water dragon.
Her strength even increases a lot more, when she gets her demon slayer mark as a small symbol of a dragon appears along her collarbone when her clothes were ripped.
She is a very good swordsmen, and she is very flexible and she is known to have immense speed and strength.
Forms:
First Form: Severing Tail Whip {ๅฃฑใๅ ๆฐดๅฐพๅต็ Ichi No Kata: Setsudan tฤruu~ippu} ~ The User generates enough momentum to be able land multiple scattering slashes, all simultaneously.
Second Form: Dragon Dance {ๅผใๅใใฉใดใณใใณใน Ni no kata: Doragon dansu ~ The User is easily able to slice the demon with a sharp and short attack, if it was close to hand to hand combat.
Third Form: Dragons eye slash {ๅใใใ ใ็ฎในใฉใใทใฅ San no Kata: Doragon no aisurasshu} ~ The User gets a clear view with their eyes, locking in on point where their weakness, giving the user the momentum to push with speed and slice the enemy with one strike
Fourth Form: Dragon's Mist {่ใๆฐด ใใฉใดใณใในใ Shi no kata: Doragonmisuto} ~ This allows the user to perform a move that makes their body lighter than it already is, making their speed increase
Fifth Form: Severing Wave {ไผใๅๆญ ๆณข Go no Kata: Setsudan Nami} ~ This allows the user to have the advantage by slicing upwards from a distance before charging, using extreme amount of total conentration and land multiple slashes upon opponent.
Sixth Form: Dragon Storm Gale {้ธใๆฐดใใฉใดใณใฎๆธฆ Roku no Kata: Doragonsutลmugeiru} The user unleashes multiple waves of heavy brutal slashes upon the opponent, severing them in it's path
Seventh Form: Dragons claw slash {ๆผใ ๆฐด ็ชในใฉใใทใฅ Shichi no Kata: Doragonkurลsurasshu} ~ This performs a normal dragon attack with their claw, but with this the user is able to strike three times with a sharp attack into three claws taking down the foe.
Eighth Form: Raging Waterfall {ๆใ่ใ็ใๆป Hachi no Kata: Arekuruu taki} ~ This technique comes in at a rapid attack like a natural waterfall, as the after attack strikes the foe again with a more harsher attack than before.
Ninth Form: The Noble Ryujin {็ใๆฐดใใฉใดใณ Ku no kata: Kลkina Ryลซjin} ~ This is her final form is she needs this, and this was her own technique she made and inspired by the dragon god of the sea that is known for respect and strength. Her attack shows the demons the form of a large dragon, emanating intimidation and channeling her energy hidden attack.

A clan that lived upon the mountains outside the Setagaya village, for many generations since the Sengoku Period. Their clan was well feared for a while, but also the first Chieftess became the head of the family under obligation and duty. Wielding the breath of the Dragon that was discovered by Yoriichi himself, the Mizutsuki became a strong clan that allied under the Master of the Demon Slayer Corps.
Yet as generations go by, many have forgotten about the first female chief and forbidden women to become slayers. Their clan had to multiply to expand seen their members kept decreasing over the years, leaving a harsh protocol they had to follow.
Being a clan for many generations there said to be a reincarnation of the very first member and demon slayer, whom fought beside Yoriichi and that would become the first female from the Mizutsuki family to ever become the strongest female form their clan to become that reincarnation.
