❝ 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 ❞

it was three in the morning when paisley shot out of bed and ran to the bathroom and threw up.

the rushed movements woke matt up. his first thought was that something had happened to the baby. so when matt looked over to see baby paisley sleeping peacefully in her crib he was confused until he heard his girlfriend throwing up in the bathroom.

matt kicked the blankets off him and ran to the bathroom and knelt down and fixed paisley's hair as she continued throwing up.

for a moment paisley finally stopped throwing up. she turned to look at matt who stared at her with a concerned look.

"im sorry for waking you up." paisley apologized. matt immediately shook his head and spoke "don't apologize. you're alright."

paisley nodded at his words before she felt bile rise in her throat and turned back towards the toilet to let it out.

matt's and paisley's eyes widened as they realized paisley was starting to throw up blood.

"shit." matt immediately stood up and pulled paisley with him. paisley flushed the toilet and started brushing her teeth as matt ran back into the room and slipped his shoes on and grabbed his keys and phone. he called chris but he didn't answer. nick was his next choice until a know was heard on the door.

paisley walked out of the bathroom and opened the door to see chris standing there with a confused and concerned look on his face. "whats going on? i heard someone throw up? are you okay, pais?"

matt shook his head and looked at his younger brother. "can you watch baby paisley for us. im taking paisley to the energency room. she woke up throwing ip and now she just threw up blood."

chris looked at his brother like he had three heads. "what kind of question is that? yes ill watch her. go take paisley now!" he exclaimed as paisley slipped on her shoes and walked downstairs and outside to the car with matt following.

"please let her be okay." chris whispered as he sat on the edge of matt's and paisley's shared bed.

it is now seven in the morning. when paisley and matt arrived at the er, they were rushed back immediately after explaining their situation and paisley's recent diagnosis.

as soon as they had gotten settled into a room, the doctors immediately started running tests on paisley. all morning long paisley's vomiting was off and on. only once she threw up blood after they had gotten there and that concerned everyone.

the doctor walked into the room with a unreadable expression on his face.

matt immediately sat up and so did paisley, who was laying in a hospital bed.

"im so sorry. but the cancer is spreading quicker than we expected. we have to keep you here to do further tests."
