Ji-Yeong observed that Y/n was off in some way. Every time she went to see her, she appeared as though she hadn't slept in days and had become a little paler. Ji-Yeong was starting to get concerned. She makes the decision to go check on Y/n today because she knows that Y/n will soon take a significant test and needs to pass it, but she also hopes that Y/n isn't pushing herself too hard.

After the five-minute walk, Ji-Yeong made it to Y/n's apartment and knocked on her door. When Y/n didn't answer, she tried knocking again, but there was still no answer. So she grabbed the key that was hidden under the doormat and let herself in.

"Y/n are you there?"

Ji-Yeong yelled out but received no response, which caused her to feel a little anxious. She could hear music coming from Y/n's room, and since she usually knows if Y/n has plans to leave the house, she knew Y/n was home and that something wasn't right. As she arrived in Y/n's room, she discovered the girl unconscious on the floor. Rushing over to her, Ji-Yeong began shaking her.

"Y/n, Y/n please get up!"

"Ji-Yeong,"

Just before she passed out once again, Y/n muttered. Ji-Yeong yelling her name was the last sound she heard.

A short while later, Y/n finally awoke with the sensation of being hit by a bus. She tried to sit up a little but was feeling a bit dizzy.

"Woah Y/n be careful!"

When she turned around, she noticed Ji-Yeong approaching her and pleading with her to get back to lying down. Ji-Yeong squatted down next to her and carefully brushed the hair away from her face that was stuck in the way.

"How are you feeling?"

"I feel fine. What happened?"

Ji-Yeong got up and sat next to Y/n and explained what had happened.

"I came over to check on you because I've noticed you've been off lately and when I got here, I found you passed out on your floor."

Y/n was speechless as she sat there, unsure of what to say. She anticipated that Ji-Yeong would be angry with her.

"Honey, when was the last time you got some sleep?"

"I don't remember."

Ji-Yeong sighed and pulled Y/n into a hug as Y/n cried.

"Y/n you can't keep doing this, it's not healthy."

"I know. I've been struggling to study since I've been so anxious about this next test. I haven't eaten anything all night because I had been up late."

She squeezed Y/n tightly and kissed her forehead.

"I wish you would've come talk to me Y/n you know I'm always here for you no matter what."

"I'm sorry Ji-Yeong."

She leaned her face closer to Y/n and softly kissed her lips.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

Ji-Yeong leaned against Y/n and whispered,

"Everything is going to be okay."
