"He used the stones again."

Gwen woke up the next day, a strange feeling corrupted her body and made her feel empty. She had this feeling before, but it was recently after the snap. Natasha has always been by her side, helping her to calm down from everything she experienced during this phase. But this time, it was different. She stood up, leaving her room, not bothering to change into suitable clothes. She went straight towards the russian spy's room, knocking on the door, before entering. A small 'come in' was heard, and the young girl entered the room.

The room was not different that hers. A big bed was in the center of the room, a big window showed the view of the morning sun and a walk in closet was next to her door. On the bed was Natasha laying, in her clothes from the day before. Next to her was laying a magazine, and a cup of tea was put on a nightstand next to her bed. She watched as the young spider themed hero entered the big room, and jumped on the bed.

"Woah, there there little spider.", Natasha said, as she hugged the blond girl.

Gwen snuggled up to the older hero, closing her eyes. The former red head, hugged her tighter and closed her eyes as well.

"Have you got that strange feeling again?", she whispered into Gwen's hair.

A slight movement on her body, showed her, that Gwen nodded to her question. Natasha let go of the hug, and laid the girl on the bed.

"I'll bring you some tea. Be right back.", with that the spy left the room.

Laying on the huge bed, Gwen thought about everything that had happened the past three weeks. It all happened so fast. She may not have been fighting against Thanos, but she wished she could. The blond girl closed her eyes again, trying to calm her breathing. She reached the pillow under her head, and grabbed it tightly.

A red alarm was set off, letting her know that they got news about Thanos whereabouts. Gwen opened her eyes immediately, and raised out of the room, down the aisle and straight to the common room, where all the other remaining heroes where. Natasha has put the two cups of tea on a table, as she watched the hologram of the universe. There on a planet called Garden was

"He used the stones again.", Natasha said, as she leaned further into the hologram.

"Hey hey hey hey. We'd be going in shorthanded, you know?", Bruce said

"Look, he's still got the Stones, so...", said War Machine.

"So, let's get them. Use them to bring everyone back.", Carol interrupted him.

"Just like that?"

"Yeah, just like that.", Steve answered Bruce question.

"Even if there's a small chance that we can undo this, I mean, we owe it to everyone who is not in this room, to try.", Natasha turned around to the remaining heroes.

"If we do this, how do we know it's going to end any differently than it did before?", Bruce asked, looking at them.

"Because before, you didn't have me.", the female captain said.

"Hey, new girl? Everybody in this room is about that superhero life. And, if you don't mind my asking, where the hell have you been all this time?", Rhodey said, while gesturing his hand towards her.

"There are a lot of other planets in the universe, and, unfortunately, they didn't have you guys.", she answered with a slight smirk.

Thor stood up from his chair he sat on and walked towards the newer hero. They meet eye-to-eye. He stretched out his arm and summoned Stormbreaker, which whizzed right past Carols' head. But she didn't even flinch, and then smiled.

"I like this one.", he said, as he supported himself on the weapon.

"Let's go get this son of a bitch.", the patriot said.

"Wait, did I hear right. Did Captain 'Language' just say a swear word?", Gwen said.

Natasha turned towards her, smiling.

"Well it seems that our Captain has turned sides. Hasn't he?"

With that the heroes went back to their room, and changed their clothes to their suits. Gwen put out her Spider suit. She felt how the material of the suit tightened around her body, as she pressed on the spider emblem. Her mask had these wide lenses that adjusted to the brightness of the room. She took out the Web-shooters Peter had given her. They still had the official Spider-Man colors, but Gwen didn't mind it. When Gwen entered the common room, to meet the heroes again. She was excited, it would be her first ever mission, let alone with a few avengers. But her smile faded when Natasha came towards her and told her to stay on earth.

"Why?"

"If Tony wakes up, we're gonna need you to tell him what we're about to do.", Natasha had put her hand on the teenage girl's shoulder.

"You aren't trained for any of this. You may be good doing the little things, but this up there, that's the Endgame. I can't let you come with us. Do you understand?", Natasha said, looking deeply into the girls eyes.

"But I want to help. I want my friends and family back. He took them from me, from all of us."

"Gwen, just let us do this, we'll be back with everyone. Just trust me.", the young girl gave in, and nodded.

"Be careful. I don't want to loose you too.", with that she hugged the former red head.

Gwen watched as the ship with the heroes, a raccoon and a cyborg left earths atmosphere, leaving a trail of dust. She turned around and faced Pepper, holding to cups of tea. She handed one to the girl and they both sat down.

"Do you think we can get them back?", asked the blond girl, her blue eyes meeting the one of the adults.

"I know that they are gonna save earth. The thing is, it probably will take its time.", Pepper answered, taking a sip of the still hot tea.

"You want to see Peter's lab?", was the following question.

Gwen nodded, she always wanted to see it, maybe, just maybe, she would feel his presence and wouldn't feel so empty anymore. Peter was one of her closets friends, she saw him like a brother. And now she had lost her whole family and all her friends. It had been hard for everyone the past three weeks. Each morning she would get up, and think that everything that happened, was just a bad dream. But everytime she realized she wasn't home, showed her that the so called dream wasn't a dream. It was the reality. A cruel reality, no one ever thought, that something like that would even happen.

She followed Pepper down stairs, towards the R&B floor. There were still a few piles of dust laying on the ground. No one had left the building from the official exit. Either they would exit the building by the back door or by using their abilities by jumping out of windows and landing on the street.

Pepper had tried to clean up the dusted floors, but having a very, very, very tall building didn't help much, 93 floor's were too much for one single person. She just got to one third of the building in the last three weeks with the help of a few people. A glass door opened automatically, and FRIDAY welcomed them into the laboratory.

"Mrs. Potts, it's great to see you again. And Ms. Stacy, lovely to be accompanied by you.", FRIDAY greeted them, her politeness made both women smile.

"Hello FRIDAY. Can you please give us an alert for Tony, when he wakes up.", Pepper said, and FRIDAY followed suit.

"Mr. Stark's vitals are stable. If I am right, he should wake up in the next two hours. I have dimmen the lights, so that when he wakes up, he won't be attacked be the bright lightning.", with that FRIDAY stopped speaking for a while.

"As you can see, we still need to clean everything. There right behind these doors, is Peter's lab. He doesn't often work here, but if he does, he works till he falls asleep.", they entered the big laboratory.

Posters hang on the wall and a few framed photos were placed on his table. A picture of him, Mj, Ned and Gwen was also seen. Gwen took the picture and examined it. It was the day Peter had taught her how to use the web shooters. She smiled at the memory, it hadn't been such a long time ago. But it felt like it was. She place the photo back on its place. She saw a few notes for an upgrade for the web shooters, a few notes were crossed out while others were circled in red. Under another pile of paper, she found a sketch of other web-shooters, but especially made for someone else.

"Yeah, Peter worked on making specific web-shooter for you. He thought that since you having a suit you'll need the perfect web-shooters. He had worked on them for a long time.", Pepper opened a drawer and took a black box with a white spider emblem out of it, and gave it to her.

"Open it.", she said.

Gwen followed suit, and opened the light box. There was a note in it. She placed the box on the table and opened the note. As she read the note, a smile grew on her face. Peter had been writing down a formula for her own web fluid. She put the note down, and took out two identical web-shooter. They were black, perfect for the color of her suit, and the places where she needed to put her finger, so that the web fluid could come out, were white with a pink spider on it.

"These are amazing. But Peter didn't have to do that.", Gwen said, as she put them on.

"Next time you fight, you can use them.", Pepper said, watching happily at the girl's excitement.

"I will."

Hey,

This chapter was kinda fun to write. I used a scene of Endgame in here again, because as I said, I want to follow the plot of Endgame, and the only way to do so, is to know what happens during Endgame with Gwen.
Because as you can see, she didn't dissolve into a pile of dust.
And I realized that I needed some Natasha and Gwen mother daughter relationship in here. Never thought I needed that, but I proved myself wrong.
