It's been a few days since the danger force kids lost their powers and since they had to say goodbye their fifth member. Ray was true to his word and sent Delilah away, for her protection even though it made everyone upset, especially Chapa.
Ever since Danger Force was formed she hasn't gone anything but a few hours from seeing Delilah, and now that's it's been a few days without seeing the brunette she felt incomplete. She was angrier then normal and sleep deprived.
Chapa had gotten so use to falling asleep with Delilah in her arms or her head on Delilah's stomach with her singing her to sleep that she couldn't sleep on her own anymore.
Mika, Miles and Bose were quick to notice the horrible change in Chapa's behavior and felt sorry for the girl. Her girlfriend was hours away and she didn't have any way to contact her because her phone was stolen.
They all agreed whenever Chapa wanted to speak or text Iris she could use one of their phones.
Of course Chapa was thankful for their support but all she wanted was to see her girlfriend again, in person. Promising to herself, that when she sees Delilah, she'll hug her tighter then she ever has before and tell the girl she loved her more often.
In Dystopia, the Henry Danger crew didn't agree with sending Delilah away either unless her identity was exposed to someone but not because she lost her powers. Delilah has been in her bedroom in the loft Henry, Leah, Jasper and Charlotte shared, for the past few days, bored out of her mind. If she was being honest she really didn't think her dad would send her to Dystopia but before she knew it she was in the man-copter with a suitcase on the way to her sisters place.
And because she had nothing better to do she's been getting into her music more. She's been writing songs and playing her keyboard and guitar. Delilah was more passionate about music then she's ever been before. Her escape from reality that she couldn't see her friends or girlfriend.
Delilah was currently sitting at her keyboard, gently playing the keys as she begun to sing the song she wrote the day prior. A song she wrote about Chapa, she missed her a lot and because she didn't have anyway to contact her she wrote a song. A beautiful melody came from the keyboard and a small smile formed on her face before she began singing.
"I remember life before. Faraway dreams and locking doors. Then you came, then you came." Delilah sung, as she remembered her life before Chapa came into it. Her life was so closed off and she was distanced from the world. Who knew being kidnapped by your biological father could change your life for the better.
"-There's no gravity when you're next to me. You'll always break my fall like a parachute. When you're holding me, so weightless I can barely breathe. You always break my fall, my fall. Like a parachute, you're my parachute." Delilah continued to harmonize, in her own world where she didn't have to worry about overprotective dad's so that way she could be happy.
But because she was so busy singing she didn't notice her room door open and her sister leaning against the doorway with a smile on her face until she spoke.
"Is that for Chapa?"
"Eek!" Delilah squeaked in fear from the random voice that interrupted her daydreaming.
Turning swiftly on the small bench that came with her keyboard, narrowing her eyes at her big sister.
It's like Leah just comes out of nowhere, sometimes.
"You almost gave me a heart attack!" Delilah scolded her sister, ignoring the question. "What are you doing anyway?"
Leah rolled her eyes and chuckled at her sister. "This is my apartment, Cricket."
"You mean our apartment, right?" Another voice cut in as she joined her best friend by the doorway.
Charlotte had a joking smirk on her face and her long blue and purple hair in a messy bun.
Leah laughed and shook her head.
"Anyways, we're going to go out to eat at this fancy restaurant that's an hour away. Get dressed." Leah pointed at Delilah who nodded. "Also, you have to tell us about your song for your girlfriend."
Delilah's face reddened while both older girls laughed and cooed at her bright red face. She was still shy when it came to talking about her relationship with Chapa but she always told Charlotte, Mika and Leah the important stuff in her relationship.
"You two are horrible." She sighed, grabbing her songbook and getting up, placing it under her pillows before walking to her suitcase to find something to wear.
"Remember how she would give you a hard time for always drawing Henry or doodling his name in your sketchbook?" Charlotte laughed and Leah agreed and pointed at her.
"Yep! I remember. Now it's payback. I've never would've expected you to be so happy in a relationship." Leah honestly said and Delilah sent her a confused look as Charlotte nodded in agreement.
Why would she think that?
"Why?" Delilah asked as both the adults made their way inside the guest bedroom and sat on her bed.
She closed her suitcase and sat on it so she could face them.
Leah and Charlotte shared looks and nodded before turning to the teenager.
"Well, when Henry and Leah started dating...heck! Whenever we even brought up the topic of dating, kissing or cuddling, you would be so disgusted and uncomfortable." Charlotte began and Leah nodded in agreement to what she said. "It got to the point where we couldn't even bring the topics up around you."
Delilah thought about it for a moment as she remembered doing that as a little girl but she had her reasons. When she was ten that was when she found out she was bisexual, she gained a crush on her friend from school named, Harper, and she didn't think it was normal for a girl to like someone of the same gender.
"Because you guys always brought it up when it came to straight people." Delilah smiled. "At the time I figured out I wasn't straight and thought it wasn't normal for me to like someone who was a girl."
"It is normal." Leah assured her sister who jokingly rolled her eyes and laughed.
"I know that now, silly!"
All three girls laughed.
"I think mom was the first person to realize you were going to be either bisexual or a lesbian." Leah said and her sister gave her a questionable look. "She would always say "She's going to be with a nice beautiful girl when she gets older."
Delilah and Charlotte deadpanned at the woman as she tried to hold in her laughter.
"She could see the future!" Both girls exclaimed and Leah let out a loud laugh.
Emily was a superhero who was longtime friends with Hank and Barb Thunderman, she was able to see the future and was a huge help to the hero league before she left and went to Swellview where she met Ray.
Charlotte grabbed a pillow off the bed and gently smacked Leah with it.

Delilah was in one of the two bathrooms in the loft doing her hair, making sure the ponytail that was in her hair was slicked back all the way, when she got a call from Mika. She grabbed her phone off the counter and peaked her head out the bathroom door, looking both ways before shutting and locking the door.
She wasn't allowed to speak to any of her friends, Ray's orders.
"Hello?" Delilah asked as she answered the phone, hearing muffled voices before it suddenly went quiet.
"Hello?"
It was quiet over the other line making Delilah furrow her eyebrows and sighed, she was about to hang up when a very familiar voice came over the phone.
"Bear!"
Delilah's eyes widened and a big smile formed on her face at the sound of Chapa's voice.
"Chapa?"
In Swellview, Chapa walked out the back door of the Man's Nest, pushing past Schwoz and Bose quickly, and walked down the steps and sat on the last one with a happy smile on her face. She was using Mika's phone to speak to her girlfriend because they figured out how to get their powers back and what caused them to be taken away.
"Hi." Chapa breathed out, hearing Delilah laugh from all the way back in Dystopia.
"Hi..."
It was silent after that, they both planned out what they were going to say when they saw each other again but now that they were actually talking their minds went blank.
"I miss you." They said at the same time, laughing as they did so.
"I miss you too." They said together again.
"So, what have you been up to?" Delilah asked as she sat on the counter, kicking her feet back and forth.
"We found out how we lost our powers but we also know how to get them back." Chapa said, looking around as she spoke, making sure Ray wasn't spying on her conversation.
"Really, what was it?" Delilah asked excitedly.
"Big Beard." Chapa responded and she could particularly see the confused look on Delilah's face. "The seafood restaurant where we were eating a lot? The owner and his creepy daughter were the cause."
It was silent on the other end as Delilah processed all that in her head.
"That makes so much sense." She laughed and Chapa joined in. "But how did they figure out how to take our powers?"
Chapa rolled her eyes, not at her girlfriend though but at Schwoz.
"Schwoz told his podcast how to take away our powers with Red Eyed Mudfish Juice." Chapa sighed and Delilah shook her head.
"Of course he did."
It was silent again after that, they were just enjoying the silence but they had a lot they wanted to say each other. Chapa looked at herself in the window's reflection and flinched at the bags under eyes, she looked horrible. She sighed and figured now was the best time to tell her girlfriend what was going on then having her figure it out later or having someone else tell her.
"Uhm..." Chapa trailed off as she felt tears well up in her eyes but she quickly wiped them away. "I haven't been able to sleep sense you left..."
Delilah froze and a worried look formed on her face. She's been gone for at least almost a week now, meaning Chapa hasn't slept in five days.
She knew it meant she's been drinking a lot of coffee.
"Have you gotten any sleep?" Delilah asked, worried for her girlfriend and her well-being.
Chapa fidgeted with the chain that was on her pants anxiously. Even though she didn't like to admit it she knew she had anxiety and whenever it kicked it she became clingy towards Delilah. That's why she always had a arm wrapped around her girlfriends waist and why she kept Delilah close.
Sure, she had fidget toys but for some reason the only thing that calmed her down was the youngest Manchester.
Whenever she was with Delilah she knew she could be herself without being told to calm down whenever she got to angry or how some people would be concerned on why she was happy.
"I've slept a little, probably just for an hour." Chapa admitted softly and lowly.
Again it went quiet and before Chapa could ask to make sure her girlfriend was still there another call came through.
Chapa looked at Mika's phone and was about to hang up on whoever was calling so she could keep talking to her girlfriend when she saw it was Delilah face-timing her.
Immediately she clicked the green answer button and smiled at her girlfriend who softly smiled back.
"I'm going to come back soon, C." Delilah assured Chapa. "But you guys have to take down Big Beard and Lilith, then find a way for us to get our powers back so I can, ok?"
Chapa felt more tears form but she didn't bother wiping them yet. She was tired and sad. She hasn't slept in days and was running off of coffee and all she wanted was her girlfriend to be with her again. But Iris was right, for her to come home she needed a reason too.
"Ok." Chapa whispered, wiping away her tears.
Everyone thought Delilah was the clingy one in their relationship but it was truly really Chapa, she always said it was Delilah to keep up her confident persona.
"I love you." Chapa softly said, running a hand through her hair, messing it up.
"I love you more." Delilah responded back without hesitation.
"Impossible." Chapa smiled and her heart fluttered when she heard Delilah giggle.
She went to reply but before she could Chapa heard Jasper telling her they were leaving in five minutes.
"Gotta go, but i promise i'll see you soon." Delilah blew Chapa a kiss and her girlfriend waved back before the screen went black, before turning back to Mika's lock screen.
Chapa looked at her feet sadly before a determined look formed on her face. If she wanted Delilah home, she had to take down Big Beard and Lilith and get their powers back.
"I'll see you soon, Delilah." Chapa said to herself before getting up and heading back inside to make a plan with the rest of her friends.

It's been a week since Delilah last heard from any of her friends back in Swellview or Chapa. The team took down Big Beard and Lilith, Miles and Chapa were able to get more of the fish that was used to take their powers while Ray, Mika and Bose took down Lilith who was trying to make Brainstorm officially official with her. But they got stuck on a boat for a week.
Sad news was Schwoz wasn't able the make an antidote to get their powers back. Ray also realized that the kids could handle their own without superpowers and decided the kids could fight crime again. Of course the kids were happy but they also begged him to let Iris come back to Swellview.
And with some convincing and a few promises, he agreed. Delilah was playing her guitar in the living room of the loft when she got a call from her dad. She scoffed, her finger hovering over the decline button, because she was mad at him but she knew it could be important, she could be petty later.
"Hello?" Delilah asked when she answered, an uninterested tone in her voice.
"I just called to make sure you get a good nights rest, your flight leaves at five." Ray said over the phone, looking out at the city from the Man's Nest window.
The rest of Danger Force and Schwoz were on the couch watching the man.
"What?" Delilah asked confused with what her dad meant.
Ray chuckled. "You're coming home, Dee."
Delilah smiled and stood up straighter, if she was a cartoon character there would be stars in her eyes because she was so happy.
"Does that mean Schwoz was able to make an antidote to get our powers back?!" Delilah squealed.
"No," Ray laughed making her frown before he continued. "But I was wrong to send you away. I thought I was protecting you...but you don't need me to protect you anymore. You can handle your own just like Mika, Miles, Chapa and Bose. Besides, she's a total wreck without you." Ray looked over his shoulder at Chapa and saw her staring blankly at the table.
Delilah listened to every word her dad said and smiled. She knew the team along with herself could handle themselves, they've been doing it for the past four years.
"Thanks, Dad." Delilah chuckled before looking at the time. "Well, I better get some sleep, gotta make sure I don't miss my flight. Love you."
"I love you too, I'll pick you up from the airport tomorrow morning." Ray told the girl who nodded.
"Gotcha."
Delilah hung up the phone and smiled, tossing her phone onto the couch and squealing in excitement, before running to her room to pack and to tell Henry and the others the news.
The next morning came slower then Delilah liked. Probably because she was so excited about going home and seeing her friends that she couldn't sleep, but finally four in the morning came. Leah, Henry, Charlotte, and Jasper drove the teenager to the airport and each gave her big hugs before she boarded the plane. Delilah slept the entire time on the plane, luckily the nice old man she was sitting beside woke her up when they got to Swellview or she would've been left on the plane.
After she got off the plane it took her ten minutes to find her father who was kicked out the of airport for flirting with a mom, she should've suspected that. After brutally shoving her suitcase in the backseat of the car the two drove back to the Man's Nest, talking and laughing on the drive back home.
"-That's how Jasper sneezed cereal out of his nose!" Delilah and Ray laughed when she finished telling the story of how Henry came out of nowhere and scared Jasper who was eating a bowl of Fruit Loops, making him sneeze it out of his nose.
"Ah, I miss those guys." Ray sighed with a shake of his head, as he drove into the Man's Nest garage and parked his car that was beside Delilah's white jeep, she couldn't drive it until she got her permit and license so it was just sitting there for the time being.
"They miss you too." Delilah smiled, getting out of the car and yawning. "I'm going to head to sleep. It's way to early to be awake."
It was currently seven-forty in the morning and normally Delilah doesn't get up until nine-fifty or ten.
"Alright." Ray kissed her forehead before walking through the metal door to head to the Man's Nest kitchen.
Delilah took the tube to the Man's Nest and walked to her room with another yawn and then another.
Boy, did she need some sleep.
She tiredly dragged herself to her bedroom, pushing open the door. She walked inside and kicked off her shoes. It was pitch black in her room but because it's her room she knew what it looked like and where everything was even in the dark. Then she remembered she forgot her suitcase.
"I'll just get it later." Delilah mumbled and she started to walk over to her vanity, but that's when she noticed the light on in her bathroom. She lifted her hand expecting a energy orb to form but groaned when nothing happened, she didn't have her powers and there was someone in her room.
"What do I do? What do I do?" Her mind completely went blank, forgetting she was a black belt. She looked around her room and grabbed her pig lamp off of her desk and slowly walked towards the bathroom door, reaching her hand out for the knob but before she could, the knob turned from the other side and someone stepped out.
Delilah swung the lamp as soon as she saw the random person who was in her room but the person who exited her bathroom ducked under her arm and took the lamp and then a wresting match began.
Delilah ducked when they sent a punch her way and went to punch them back but they grabbed her arm and held it behind her back before kicking her to floor. The young manchester let out a tiny groan, before kicking the person's leg out from under them making them fall to the ground too.
Quickly, Delilah grabbed the discarded lamp and crawled on top of the person, ready to smash the lamp on their face when the mysterious person reached up and pinched her hip making her squeak in pain, the mystery person then kneed her in a stomach making her roll off of them with a groan.
"Ouch! Low blow." Delilah complained with a pout, rubbing her sore hip while glaring at the person. "You break into my bedroom and you pinch me!"
The mysterious person froze and looked at their attacker, immediately recognizing the voice that she loved so much.
"Wait-" Chapa began but was cut off by her dramatic girlfriend who was still complaining.
"YOU PINCHED ME!"
"Bear, it's me." Chapa laughed tiredly, walking over to flip the light switch before turning her head to see her girlfriend looking at her with a mixture of excitement, anger and shock on her face.
"Chapa!" Delilah cheered happily as she got a good look at her girlfriend but she frowned.
Chapa had dark bags under her eyes and she looked extremely exhausted, she looked around her
