Nodding I give her a reassuring smile, "Yeah, just focused on this mission," 

Clearly I wasn't alright on the inside, feeling rather unsettled since early this morning. Even though I awoke in Levi's arms with no nightmares, I still felt nauseous and anxious. I'm usually never this way, given how I don't fear titans no more. My fear is losing the ones I cherish, and hold close to me. Even this morning I couldn't tell Levi my own feelings about my anxiousness, covering it with a smile and warm tea to start the day.

"If you say so," petra replies, unsure to question further. "Anyway where is Lena, why isn't she with us?"

I lower my eyes, "She's aiding Hanji's squad, for the time being,"

"Anyway, I have a request," I said.

She lifted her head, "Request?"

"At the expedition in a months time," I began, before explaining my own request. She listens in carefully, while wanting her to know I was serious.

"Why, she's an excellent fighter?" She questions, taken back by the position I gave Lena. "Besides, we're not doing anything severe today. It's practice, remember?"

Nodding to cover up the lies I just placed, I smile.

"I know, but......Hanji needed her assistance," I state confidentiality, but for some reason I felt the need to keep her from me, from this mission. If she was with Hanji, then she would be safe even though I questioned my actions. I didn't know what to expect for today, nor what's to come. Eren's safety was top priority, as Erwin stated to me. 

"I see......I guess she's also a very smart too," Petra smiles, while I smirk.

"Heck yeah, that's why I rely on her always,"
