♡ DAZAI can't help but encourage you to keep talking, always commenting on how fascinating those topics are.

♡ He finds your rambling a bit entertaining it's just so funny how your words seem to jumble and stumble around whenever you talk.

♡ Sometimes, DAZAI would playfully mock your interests, saying stuff like "Really? You like those slimy sea slugs? (Jorunna parva/sea bunnies)," and "Tsk tsk sharks are evil they'll just eat you up without thinking about the consequences" just to irk you.

EDGAR ALLAN POE

♡ POE would most likely stay quiet whenever you'd start to ramble but if there's a certain topic that intrigued him he'd start to show more interest by asking questions and sharing some facts that he already knows about the topic.

♡ If you tell him facts about raccoons, he'll gladly use them on his trusty companion Karl.

♡ Has strawberries ready whenever you'd come and visit him from work POE knows how much you love strawberries so the both of you can have them as a snack as the both of you ramble about animals (or him listen to you ramble).
